Just what we needed

Overall our stay was great, would definitely return!!

The location was very central, the shower was great and the bed very comfortable.

Could have had more room for the clothes. A mini fridge would be an asset especially if the holiday is in summer.

Lovely stay, perfect location.

We were in a large group with several rooms and the checking in process was a little long. would of been quicker if all rooms checked in under the main name

Very good hotel in an excellent location.

Excellent location right beside James Street station and all the major shops. Comfortable room and a very good breakfast.

No major issues. Water dripped from the AC on occasion, but it wasn't needed in any event.

nice room, nice staff, the rest was a let down

The reception staff, house staff etc were great, the room was lovely, very comfortable, clean and tidy, the room we had was very quiet, that included inside and outside noises, the hotel was close to all Liverpool sites, we mainly wanted the albert docks as we had a concert there, it was a 5 minute walk, (great).

We had booked a meal for before the concert only to find we had to leave the hotel and go up and around the corner to a pub, i had booked a gluten free meal which i was told could be supplied, this was not the case, the pub was busy and we were placed by the stairs which lead to the toilets, to top it all meal was not nice it consisted of a small chicken breast, mash potatoes and carrots, the following morning we were booked in for breakfast this was catered for inside the hotel (confused) when asked for a gluten free breakfast we were told they dont do them, but the company is company is working to put one together. we kind of got the impression we were told they had the gluten free just to get a booking, as these questions were asked before the booking was placed.

Enjoyable stay in city centre

Amazing location only 5 mins walk from Cavern Club etc, good price, nice clean room, affordable parking nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we are next in town.

Location is brilliant and probably the best thing. Room was clean, towels replaced and bed made, along with fill ups of tea/coffee and milk etc. Cannot fault housekeeping. Reception very pleasant and helpful. Good night's sleep, not noisy, very comfortable. Happy to return.

Breakfast could be improved. Good choice of hot breakfast, Eggs Benedict, poached eggs, vegetarian choices, but The Full Breakfast was rather disappointing, sausage dried out, but bacon was only streaky bacon, 2 very small slices, my preference is back bacon... meat not fat! Mushroom was tasty but very greasy, tomato cold. Just not the best breakfast I've had. No cereals/fruit/yoghurts/cheese.. no cold buffet at all. The only other thing is that it just needs a bit of 'freshening up' . However, I would go again as these are only minor things which you can easily work round, and just personal preference.

A nice relaxing short stay in a very pleasant hotel .

Great location, lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

one minor comment, I advised the reception that the hanging rail was loose, a stopper was missing. it didn’t stop us using it but was a little distraction cos you had to be careful not to knock it off again. I would have thought it an easy quick fix whilst we were out but it never got attended to before we left, even if it was for only one night. Just think the little things are the ones that can stick with you cos they’re so easy to fix.

Great stay at All Bar One Innkeepers

The hotel is in a great location with Albert Dock, Liverpool One, and the Cavern Quarter only a couple of minutes walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable and served our needs perfectly. Special mention has to go to the lovely, attentive staff. When finding out it was my son's birthday, we found our room adorned with balloons and banners, and they had left some chocolates for him. He was very excited by all the effort they had made for him, which was above and beyond. First time visiting Liverpool. It's a great city and will definitely come back again, and I will look no further than All Bar One Innkeepers when booking somewhere to stay.

Everything was amazing, the bar and restaurant is great, lovely breakfast. Housekeeping is exceptional, our room was so clean every day.

Fabulous location easy walking distance to most attractions. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Knock out breakfast eggs royal on beetroot hash browns are a must.

Excellent hotel, central to everything you need at a very good price

Location was excellent , a five minute walk from the city centre. Very clean, really good room facilities Hotel was nice and quiet so had a good nights sleep Sent a couple of messages which they replied to straight away Excellent price for the quality Will stay here every time we visit liverpool from now on
