Very noisy and poor breakfast - polite staff

Near Jogeswahri Train station, you can easily reach the hotel in a straight line from there in minutes by foot, even with luggage (find the Suzuki dealer nearby and look to your right). Super fast elevator, polite staff and a person at the entrance who opens the door which is a nice touch. Two bottles of water waiting for you each day.

Very noisy, the area is near a train station and you will hear car honks, people shouting, TV noise from other rooms 24/7, rooms are not sound proof. Guests are also uncaring about making extreme noise at 1.00 at night, so expect no peace at all. Noisy A/C too and rust on bathroom handles. Staff is polite but forgetful, I found the bag with the toilet trash on the sink one day, the other day they forgot the toilet paper and the next the towels. They correct their mistakes when noted but could be more attentive in the first place. Crowded room so space is limited, you get what you pay for. Breakfast is served at 08.00 but there is really nothing at that time ready or until 08.30, besides Indian porridge, bread and cereal without milk. Lastly, the hotel credit card reader does not accept international cards, only local, thankfully I had cash at checkout...

The level of service

Exceptional Service: The quality of service at this establishment is top-notch. The facilities provided are in their prime condition. The staff members are unfailingly polite and attentive. Notably, the rooms are generously spacious and impeccably maintained, and the staff's care and courtesy stand out as the highlights of the experience. The level of service received was truly exceptional. I would enthusiastically recommend this place to a friend. All in all, my interaction with the staff was incredibly beneficial, and the amenities on offer were superb.

Fantastic hotel

I found the staff to be extremely helpful. Their behavior was excellent, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. This property has quickly become one of my favorites. Overall, my stay was memorable. The food available here is fantastic, and the location couldn't be better.

Excellent service

The staff's assistance was much appreciated. Their exemplary behavior and the immaculate rooms make this property one of my top choices. My overall experience here was memorable. The food served here is of high quality, and the location is exceptionally convenient. The staff members are not only friendly but also provide excellent service. I'd like to highlight that everything about my stay at Treebo was excellent. The hotel's location, in particular, is superbly connected to the heart of the city.

Hotel staff are very polite and hospitable. These guys go out of their way to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Clean rooms. Good housekeeping done everyday. Efficient and quick laundry service. Lot’s of halal food options in the vicinity.

Pros: small hotel so quick to get checked in and out. Decent sized room for such a large city. Decent rates. Air conditioning worked well. An ok option for the airport.

Cons: don't open the curtains, the view is concrete and mess, soul destroying. There is no air flow in the bathroom so it is stuffy, and although clean, it needs an update. The soap will leave your skin very dry, bring your own! The area outside has no decent vegetarian food available in walking distance. It is also not very clean.

Hospitable but badly needs maintenance

Large spacious rooms, well located, sheets were clean and bed was comfy

Overall rooms are in bad shape. Lots of moldy smell, wallpaper peeling off, didn't get any toiletries. Food was average and very limited options.
