Amazing hotel

There are no words to express the happiness we felt stayin at this hotel. The location and the surroundings are extraordinarly beautiful and quiet. The room was very clean, well equipt and super designed. The view from our room was amazing. All the personnel was very kind. The hotel is by all means the best choice on Senja island. I strongly recommend. Big hugs to the management team and to all the staff that made our stay so wonderful!

Relaxing place in southern Senja

Fantastic location right by the water. Very friendly staff. Quiet place on the remote location of Senja far away from the busy north.

the bike rental was a bit too pricy. Lack of staff during dinner time and the resulting waiting time.

We loved evey thing about our staying at Senja Fjordhotell. the best choice.

Great location (especially if you're chasing Aurora's or looking for an amazing experience) We really enjoyed our staying at Fjordhotell, a very calm and beautiful spot the staff was very kind and joyful to speak with as they didn't save any good information from us. the breakfast was very good, the dinner menu is a surprise every day and we loved it. and highly recommended.

very good spot and nice people, the room was clean and fancy

breakfast has been disappointing: not wide range of choices and the food wasn’t fresh. yesterday the hotel gave the possibility to listen to a live music concert. Even if we were guests at the hotel we had to pay 200 kr per person to stay longer at the restaurant. There were not other common rooms to hang out so we felt obligated to pay 200 kr otherwise we would have had to go back to room at 8 pm. To cut a long story: it’s not kind to ask your guests money to allow them to spend their time in the only and one living room in the entire hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel

Breakfast was very good, versatile and delicious. Room was spacious and clean. View from the room and from the dining/breakfast room out to the sea was nice. Hotel was very quiet, just like we like it. Staff was so friendly, special thanks to my namesake Johanna who was at the desk when we were checking out. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we will visit this place again if we come back to Senja someday.

Location was a bit far from the Northern side of Senja where the famous peaks are but then again Ånderdalen national park was close by. Luckily we like to drive around so it was not that bad :)

- Senja Fjordhotel is located right next to a little harbour at the sea in a very calm area of Senja island - Many options offered by the hotel like renting e-bikes, fishing, etc. - rooms in each floor to relax with a great view to the see - good choice for breakfast

The pictures of the room shown on Booking.com was certainly not the rooms they gave us on arrival.

Difficult to get to/ from hotel- hardly any public transport at weekends. Need to use car.

Lovely place with great service in a peaceful harbour in Senja!

The room was super nice and the view amazing. Very quiet and relaxing place. Super friendly staff and helpful if you need any sightseeing tips. Very nice restaurant downstairs, with a delicious fish soup!

Really good hotel. Nothing bad to say!

Lovely hotel and excellent newly renovated rooms. There isnt anything bad to say about rooms! View was beautiful and district was lovely. Food in the restaurant was tasty and staff were friendly. Location is perfect if you want to go to Ånderdalen national park.

Only problem to us was that we wanted to rent a sauna and it was already reserved so you have to be quick if you want to go to sauna and swim.
