Great location. Home had everything we needed.

Very cute place. The back door keypad didn’t work and we asked for it to be fixed which never happened. That made it not possible for us to park in the designated spot in the back which was a bummer. The rental itself was adorable and very clean. We loved it and would visit again.

First and foremost, the Oyhut Bay Village itself is absolutely amazing and a wonderland for kids. The Whale of a Tale house was situated in the village perfectly if you have kids. We could watch our 7 year old play on the playground, volleyball court and bocce ball courts right outside the front door.
The house itself is very cute and felt like home with all the features you would need. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire and playing Exploding Kittens as a family.
The village is situated minutes away from coastline hikes which were absolutely breathtaking.
We fell in love with the area and the village and will definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

Great community, super convenient and comfy!
Wonderful stay and a beautiful house. Worked perfect for us. I would only suggest adding a cookie sheet to the kitchen supplies. Gotta bake cookies when on vacay!!

Great Location
We loved this house. I traveled with my kids, so my favorite aspect was that it was located across the street from the park and bike rentals. It is a great little neighborhood. I didn't time the walk to the beach, but all four of my young children were able to walk to the beach and back on their own without a complaint. We hope to be back in the fall.

Great fun!
Cute house, perfect for family and one toddler. Clean, well maintained, Wi-Fi worked great for a few work-related video meetings. Easy walk to private beach and not far from town. Looking forward to going back again!

Lovely and snowy at the beach
We enjoyed our stay at Whale of a Tale house. It was so nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes and small appliances including pots and pans. We did have some problems with the internet. The owner plans to replace the router. I would definitely recommend this house especially with teens!

Very nice place and location
House was perfect, almost new, with plenty of bedrooms and baths for all of us. Location was very quiet and only 1 mile from beach and 4 miles from Ocean Shores.
Had some problems with the internet. Wifi router had to be reset, but was behind a locked door which required the resort staff to come and unlock. Dishwasher didn't want to work with a full load. But worked okay later. Router still didn't allow others to log on later, we gave up on it. Don't put it behind a locked door or upgrade to a newer router.
Other than those minor issues everything was very clean and nice. We had a good stay and would stay there again.

Amazing last minute get away!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay. My family needed a place to go while our house was on the market and was so happy to stumble across this place! Extremely kid friendly with the parks and close beach access. Would definitely stay again!
