The kitchen was well equipped location was very good. Great views to the sea.Nice sized bedrooms overall a pleasant stay.
The walk down to the harbour was a little tricky with young children due to the country lane with no footway and lighting.

Cosy and set back from main town

The grain store is a lovely stay in a beautiful location. It is deceptively spacious with plenty of room inside. Facilities were great and a well stocked kitchen with utensils. Malcolm and Fran were lovely hosts, unfortunately our car broke down while we were staying and Malcolm went out of his way to try and help us get it started again and then printed some bus routes for us when we couldn’t. Luckily the grain store is within walking distance of Abersoch! We would stay again… but with a working car next time!

We like the fact that it was good value, there were some good amenities and the heating was very efficient.
Some appliances need upgrading ie, the oven and the fridge. The bathroom also needs updating, it didn't look very smart and the floor in the kitchen needs replacing with something more modern like laminate.

Full facilities with everything supplied plus more
Waste bin was strange and a pain to use. Double bed was too soft for me but singles were fine

The acommodation is very close to the owners house. The host were out most of the time which was a positive for us. The cottage was very good budget accomadatiom, some furniture was dated. An ash tray was provided to smoke outside. Absolutely stunning views rom the balcony.
Outside furniture on veranda needed replacing
Some other furniture dated but for the money it was great. No welcome pack so take tea, coffee and milk

Lovely property, lovely view
Was quite expensive

Location was excellent, wonderful sea views and ample space for a family of 4.
My husband and I struggled to sleep as the mattress in the double room was too soft or the springs had gone, so with me being a bit lighter I rolled downhill onto him and whenever one of us moved the whole bed moved too. As much as we really liked everything else about the property, this would put me off returning as we hardly slept.

Location and sea views where excellent very quiet location
Would of liked normal TV channels but could only get on demand

The interior was way above expectations. Nice & compact whilst in no way feeling cramped, so easy to relax, cook & keep clean (essential with 2 dogs). TV includes Netflix, which was great for rainy days. Hosts onsite & very friendly and helpful, without being over bearing. Village centre nice. Good clothes shops, plenty pubs & eateries & way above average local grocery shop/post office
The 1 mile walk to the main centre is hilly & about 1/2 mile on windy country roads without pavement, which can be difficult with dogs or children & adults for the uphill part back home after a visit to one of the many local hostelries or shops. Out of season a opening hours of eateries & hostelries can be limited

Beautiful location. Very cosy. Just what we needed.
No issues.
