Wrzesniowy wypad na Chorwacje 2021

Wspaniale spedzony tydzien z rodzina. Pokoje i obiekt utrzymany w czystosci. Basen na wielki plus. Dzieci uwielbialy spedzac w nim czas. Plaze w odelglosci 20 min spacerkiem (dwie nawet z barem), najlepiej skrotem mozna zobaczyc jak zyja mieszkancy. Kilka restauracji w okolicy, jedna za ulica. Mozna zamowic nawet swoje danie w przypadku dzieci-niejadkow. Wszedzie mozna dostac sie uberem w rozsadnych cenach lub zamowic transport u wlasciciela. Wlasciciel bardzo pomocny. Mozna zamowic transport z/ i na lotnisko. Pobyt uwazam za pozytywny. Polecam.

One of the best holiday

Everything was beautiful and clean, from the kitchen to the bathroom and the bedroom. Even the small terrace was wonderful with an amazing view of the sea. It came with everything to cook a meal, to buy groceries and a restaurant and a bar to have launch, dinner or a coffee right outside the house. The house owner was so kind and explanatory and gave us some advice or two for a better stay in Croatia

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sunsets. The apartment was spotless and spacious, with a convenient shop and restaurant nearby. The host was incredibly friendly, providing great local tips. Plus, those sunsets from the terrace were breathtaking. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Room without the sunset view.

The view was nice, from areas of the house above my room. The location was convenient to go to Dubrovnik or ?Cavtat, but it was difficult to find some decent restaurants in the area. I did find a good restaurant, but that was after I found that the one I wanted to go to was not accepting customers.

the house has nice facilities, but not the lowest room that I rented. I guess it would have cost more to have a nice view. So if you think the price is reasonable think twice. Packing out of the room was a long trip uphill. By the time I brought part of my luggage, the cleaning lady threw away some of the materials that I was planning to bring up in the next trip. The bathroom was in principle nice, but it was not well set up. I will be back in Dubrovnik area, but not to this rental.

Beautiful location

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The main thing was how helpful danko and his father were. They have a good setup with customer service at the top. The villa is in a great location with a beautiful view and wonderful facilities. I'm so happy we stayed here and not in a hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Nice and relaxing holiday in a beautiful surroundings

We stayed in the studio (with pool/sea view) for 5 days. Room is small, but it has a little kitchen and spacious toilet/shower. Room was very clean and it had a brand new bed. There is a supermarket and a restaurant only few steps away and lovely beaches also in walking distance. We had airport transfers settled with the friendly owner. We really enjoyed the stay. In May it is the best time to travel, it’s not too hot and less people.

There was construction site next door and some noises were loud, but didn’t bother us too much. Also there is a lot of stairs and steps for you to take consideration.

Overall, an amazing stay!

Absolutely STUNNING view. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was so kind and generous. Only a very short drive from the airport. Overall an amazing stay!

Very good

The place was immaculate, the owner was very helpful, the view across the bay was fabulous. The property is located on a south facing hill overlooking the bay. There is access to a swimming pool which during winter was not being used.

The village itself was very quiet. We walked into Mlini where there is more happening with a few bars and restaurants to choose from.

Choose this place as the last stop on a Croatia trip, for the close location to the airport. It was super easy to find the hotel, coming from bus terminal in Gruz (bus 10 or 16) and a short walk from the stop Plat. Room had a brand new decor and felt truly luxurious, shower was grand and so was the double bed. Small fridge and electric teapot, all you need for a short stay. Pool area small but fantastic amenities, comfortable and new sunbeds. Hosts were superfriendly and arranged airport transfer, worked out really well. Would absolutely book again, for the comfort, cleanliness and tranquility of this place.

Presently no supermarket located close to the hotel, so if travelling without car you may need to bring supplies.

Too isolated, transportation needed - and charged costly.

The swimming pool is nice and the bedroom was clean.

The beach was far as well as the supermarket. So, we asked the owner's father who had previously offered to take us there as he suggested. The trip from the airport to Villa Sunset was 8,4 km and the price for that distance was 20€ - reasonable fee. However, the trip from Villa Sunset to the nearest store which is only 4,2 km away was also 20€ - unexplainable. We paid the same amount for the transportation as for the food we bought there and the way was only half of the first trip. Finally, the trip from Villa Sunset to the bus station in Dubrovnik was the worst one, 35€ for a distance of 10km - also totally unexpected. So in the end, we paid 75€ for the transportation that we needed because there was nothing near. This amount was charged to us at the very end, when we were left in the bus station of Dubrovnik. We understand that the owner's dad must make a profit from this too, but in our honest view this is overcharging people - taking into account the distances, it does not make any sense at all. The thing is that they explained the price for the first trip, and we though that the other two would be in the same line but then they calculated the other two trips with a much higher fee than the first one...we would not repeat the experience.

Wonderful stay for family of 5

The apartments were clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. We were delighted with our choice and glad we stayed there. We booked one studio apartment and another apartment for 3 people. The swimming pool was an added treat especially for our 3 children. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Danko replied to our queries so promptly and Zoran was there to show us around and also brought us into Dubrovnik which was beautiful and well worth a visit. We ate twice in restaurant across the road Zuppica. There are shops nearby also and it was so close to airport making our return trip very easy. The views from the apartments are breathtaking. Well done to Zoran and Danko for making our stay so wonderful.

The steps to beach were a little away from apartment and would recommend some more signage on trek/steps down to it. Its a lovely place to stay and an ideal place to visit Dubrovnik whilst also being ideal for going to airport.

Our staying was short but very pleasant. Everything was in the best way and order. Excellent sea view from bedroom and terrace is above all .... breathtaking.

The worst thing....our time was limited for a weekend so we have only one day to spent there.

Zoran (the host) picked us up from the airport and took us there on the last day which was very convenient. The view from our room was to the beautiful sea and Cavtat city. There are dishes in the kitchen counters and a pot and pan to use on the stove. Also an electric kettle to make hot water. There are extra blankets in the cupboard if it gets cold a night but there was also an air source heat pump that you could use for colder/warmer air. There's a bus stop nearby so you can get to Dubrovnik or Cavtat without needing a taxi. The pool was nice and clean, too.

The bathroom floor stayed wet after showering with nothing to wipe it (the sweeping brush had been stolen by previous guests) with and it didn't dry either so we put on shoes to use the bathroom.

Cleanliness, view, facilities. The owners were lovely and always available when needed. Very unobtrusive and left you to your own devices. Restaurant across road very reasonable.

Having to get transport everywhere. Need a car but transport available from apartment through owners father. No easy access to supermarket. Need to go to Mlini to get supplies.

We upgraded for a small fee to a small suite with terrace - the view from the terrace is breathtaking, location is amazing. The rooms and whole property are brand-new, everything in perfect condition. We had lucked out and booked this 'off-season' (late September) and got an amazing price for this place. Restaurant across the street, short drive to the airport and to Dubrovnik. Super friendly owner of the property, he even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs to our room.

Signage for 'Villa Sunset' was not visible from the street, at first we drove past it. Maybe add signage on the wall of the parking lot.
