Nonostante sia economico non vale i soldi che costa.

L'ingresso indipendenre e la tranquillità . Il letto abbastanza comodo e nel complesso la stanza sarebbe anche graziosa se non avesse tanti difetti. Per una notte è comunque una soluzione passabile.

La struttura ha diversi problemi strutturali 1)È tenuta male, molte cose sono consumate o rotte 2)Ha problemi di muffa alle pareti e di conseguenza puzza 3) il più grave a mio avviso è la biancheria scadente e consumata. Che ci vuole.a cambiarla e metterne di adeguate? 4) Aria Condizionata rumorosa ma fortunatamente ben funzionante, considerando il contesto non mi sarei meravigliato non lo fosse. 5) Il prezzo. Ok il prezzo è basso ma oggettivamente pensavo fosse dovuto alla posizione e non in generale al livello della struttura.

Parcheggio scomodo, ma buon prezzo

Owner was able to accommodate our requests even coming earlier for a check in. 12 min from Nettuno. The position is what you can see from the nap, it is near a swamp-forest

- the owner made clear that we could not park inside (even if there was space) but we needed to park on the road’s shoulder. We did so and we were woken up at 8 by some truck drivers honking because they could not pass by. It would be good not to let people park on the road if the car blocks the traffic. - there were some ants in the room and a lot of mosquitoes

Cheap, clean and comfy location with flexible check in/out.

On the way from Rome its easy to get. On the way from Napoli it is a bit of drive through country side.

Superb

The place was very quiet, and very pleasant. The room was prettily decorated. The host went out of his way to make himself available, and fulfilled our request right away, and at the same time he was discreet. The location is in the countryside, but only a few minutes by car from the beach, so it was quiet and restful. the entrance of the room is independent, and has a very well kept and lovely garden in the front, with flowers and trees, equipped with garden furniture and sun umbrella and in the middle of the country, so we had our tea there in the morning, in a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and environment.

We had a very pleasant experience. we only stayed one night, and we didn't find anything we didn't like.

Cheap room

Quite place, parking, comfortable bed. Good location if all you need is a place to sleep and have a car as I did.

Tea and coffee set incomplete. Unfed cats; they like milk too. Fortunately, they were hungry enough to help me eat my pizza.
