Relax y encanto en plena naturaleza

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos allí, Silvio es encantador te ayuda y te da muy buenos consejos sobre la zona y te agasaja con regalitos de cosas de por allí. La casa es un paraiso , un jardín precioso y una naturaleza en estado puro que puedes disfrutar desde la propia casa con esos ventalanes que nada más abrirlos entra la Naturaleza dentro , está decorada la misma con mucho mimo y cariño y se nota , es tu casa nada más llegar, no falta de nada para hacerte sentir estupendamente. Estamos deseando volver!

We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this relaxing haven - thank you Silvio! It was so nice to turn up to a bottle of wine & pastries to enjoy in your stunning place...which we didn't want to leave :)

It's better to hire a car or accept the fact you will need to make frequent taxi rides to and from town. But also you could just do a big shop & enjoy the accommodation!

Superb

Our host Silvio and his little pup Nellie were lovely. What a beautiful piece of paradise. Simple, quite and just what we needed for the end of our 3 week european trip. Lovely pool and hot tub all surrounded by an amazing gardens. A little gem, away from the madding crowd.

Little things like no oven, better bathroom ventilation and maybe a kettle. Bring your own coffee, and good knees for some stairs. Otherwise all good

Magical Place

The most beautiful place we were allowed to visit on our trip through Portugal. Silvio also made us feel at home because of his warm and hospitable nature. There was a warm welcome gift and even eggs from the chickens that also live there. Everything is super clean, you can move around the property freely, use the washing machine and really relax. Thanks for sharing this magical place.

Wonderful stay with difficult start

The room was spacious and adequately equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful. Words fail me to describe the garden, a wonderful variety of plants and trees. Despite our difficult start, a wonderful experience

The walk-in shower was as requested. My wife has a slight handicap and cannot get in or out of a bath. What we had not anticipated that the steps leading up to the property were some 23-25 cm high which my wife could not mount. Hats off to the host who cleared a path through the garden which enabled us to get in and out of the property. My Tomtom satnav initially steered me to a different property some 12 kms away, Rua da Liberdade being a popular name. The region is known as Taboadelo, that should be shown in the Booking.com webpage. Google maps handles it well.

a little piece of paradise

Silvio’s property is incredible. Not only is it beautiful - every little detail has been cared for. The rooms and property are very clean and beautiful and Silvio’s hospitality and welcoming attitude makes it even better. We travelled to the accommodation by bus. In advance, Silvio responded to messages promptly and was flexible with our check in time. When we arrived we were awestruck by how beautiful everything was. When we entered our room, we were greeted with fresh orange juice and pastries. Throughout our stay, anything we asked was taken care of by Silvio. After a sudden storm, the sunloungers cushions were wet. Silvio immediately went out of his way to find some dry ones for us. When we indicated we would go to the store by bus, he offered to drive us if we needed it. We asked to use the hot tub later in the evening, also no problem. This transformed the beautiful property into a warm and welcoming place. We hope to be back someday and will remember this stay as one of the best we have ever had.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful little house, nice pool, lovely garden with ducks and chickens in the back. Silvio, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The house stayed cool during the hot days, and we had our own grill. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some pastel de natas were set out for us when we arrived. There is a total of three apartments in the house, but there is still a feeling of having it all to yourself. We had a great stay.

It was unclear from the descriptions how many apartments we would have to share the garden and pool with. But this is a small detail only.
