Bardzo przyjemne miejsce

Gospodyni to przemiła i pomocna osoba. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, nie mieliśmy problemów z codziennym serwisem. Śniadania skromne (rogalik, jogurt, coś innego zwykle na słodko) i pyszna kawa. Jak najbardziej wystarczająco..szkoda że w pokoju nie ma małego ekspresu do kawy np. na kapsułki, byłoby to ogromne udogodnienie. Lokalizacja w przyjemnym miejscu blisko promenady ale daleko od centrum miasta. Niedaleko stacja pociągu podmiejskiego którym można dojechać do centrum.

Siamo stati molto bene. Nonostante l’esposizione sulla strada, la camera era silenziosa e ben climatizzata, con riscalda

Camera ampia, pulita ed accogliente. Claudia è stata molto gentile ed ospitale. Posizione strategica, 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare Mergellina e 10 minuti dalla stazione di Mergellina.

Breve soggiorno a Napoli piacevole e rilassante, zona Chiaia-Mergellina

Posizione centrale, lungo la villa comunale. Stazione di Mergellina a due passi. Palazzo storico con interni ben manutenuti. Self check in comodo. Ambienti ampi e luminosi, attenzione e cura nell'arredo. Colazione più che accettabile essendo in bassa stagione. Personale gentile.

Va bene già così come è. Se proprio devo spaccare il capello in 4 consiglio di usare prodotti per la pulizia, partendo dall'ammorbidente, meno profumati e persistenti (ad una esigua percentuale di persone provoca fortissimi mal di testa).

Calm location, self checkin, kind staff, possibility to keep luggages there after checkout

According to the picture I was expecting continental breakfast. Instead of that there was a voucher for a croissant and cup of coffee in the near caffé.

the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life and booking allows this type of fraud

it is a fraud. the photos do not reflect the poor condition of the accommodation, dirty, poor condition of stairs, bad smell, the buildings around with hanging clothes, it is scary, it looks like a pigsty. I could’t stay no more than 20 minutes I requested ny money back but the hotel refused the money back. how booking allows this type of fraud??

Lovely clean, modern, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Lot's of restaurants nearby and also the sea front with fantastic views.

It was a bit difficult to find and my questions about parking location weren't answered via booking.com's messaging service. However, all was well once we got hold of the manager, who contacted a lovely lady who let us in and told us where to park.

awesome place great price. nice people. amazing room!

the relative distance to the us consulate and the fact it is in a much safer area then the rest of the city

Bad, will never come back nor reccomend

Cleaniness was ok and room size also ok. Personell at check-in was welcoming even though they asked to pay for late check-in, transportation and city tax by cash (only last one was expected).

Extremely noisy, from morning to night there were always people passing by the receptions and the walls are very thin so you hear as if people were in the room. Bathroom was stinking of sewer quite badly. Additionally they made us pay 25 euros for late check-in as we came in at 9 pm at night.

Hotel was very difficult to find and unfortunately the hotel was not manned at all so the staff/assistance wasn’t great. No help on where to eat/what to see/how to get to places.

Bad

Unfortunately the staff was not trained in customer service. They contacted me by phone, I was busy at the moment, I sent the calls to voicemail. Unfortunately, they thought that their calls were more important than whatever I was doing, so they kept insisting 5 or 7 consecutive times (plus messages). I couldn't believe it. When I got the chance, I returned the call. There is no lobby or staff at the reception, reason why they needed to know the time of my arrival, I understand that part. Nevertheless, they were upset I was busy, so I couldn't check-in into my room until 3-4 hours later. Management try to fix it, it was nice of them, but I definitely don't recommend this place.
