It’s highly over taxed to have my power to continue cutting off, to have broken soap and to have hair on my towels.

The separate rooms

There was hair on my towels both rooms. My power kept shutting off. No dishes I have to go down to request. Soap was broken up.

Seedy good value spot. Operators seem to have a good system in place for trying to guarantee quality

Good bang for your buck. Location location location.....but also...location 😅. Operators seem to be smart and practical. You'll get the experience you're entitled to we'll say lol I had a great time. Low expectations on my end great execution on their end. Enjoyable stay. Would recommend if you like the boardwalk scene in the classic sense.

Bang for your bucks depending on what specific building you're in. Buildings were a bit rough around the edges but area is going thru rapid off-season renovation like most beach "towns" and could be worse for the wear. If walls could talk lol

Location

Run down rented Rome with a broken door lock did not get in until 930 at night. Not to mention the Wi-Fi was out of service.

If you splurge just a bit more, you’ll get much better value elsewhere.

The room itself was nice but cold feeling.

Long-check-in process due to understaffing and strange policies, downbeat area, and way overpriced for the value. Also, it takes a long time to get your deposit back.

Front desk staff was amazing, Kind, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was a delightful surprise. Great atmosphere wonderful selection. Great location walking distance to the beach. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant.... Thankyou! Will stay here again without hesitation.

I would be great if the pillows where a little firmer. Parking- to somehow have an agreement with the City of Hollywood that parking passes are honored. I parked on the street and it was a huge ding to my pocket book.

it’s close to the beach and has a small kitchenette

I was advised by an employee that they price match. the manager refused to help me when I presented her with a better price as I couldn’t afford the price being presented. Hence the reason why I tried to price match.

The staff and location was amazing. I cannot complain about the service what so ever. They were friendly and helpful.

The room was horrible. Water leaked in the bathroom shower from upstairs with a redish tint to it. The room smelled of mold and the door seemed like if someone gave it a push they could get inside my room. The upkeep of the hotel itself is horrible ( not dirty ) it seems as if it has not been upgraded since the 1950s and the only upkeep thats been done is painting.

The entrance should be also in the back of the building for easier access to parking and safety from main road.

Terrible. Awful, what a dump!!!

Nothing. Want, need ,requesting for full refund. Have contacted your company to no avail. Terrible Hostel. Terrible staff. Manager there horrible and did not care to help me and my family. Please contact me. Will be contacting Booking.com

The Palms, the hostel. Terrible stay!!!Need my money back!!!!Horrible stay. Felt that I spent too much time going back and forth with The Palms, for nothing. What a terrible service, they got going on. And your truly stuck in there hands without a solution to your room problems.

Worst ever for 600.00

worst I have ever been in! They robbed me of 100.00. Nothing but lies and ignorant staff. Reserved parking spaces was a lie. I plan on putting my trip experience with them on a radio show. CROOKS. Others got the same treatment

We had to pay to park we have handicapped plates... And there was a 100.00 deposit at check we where unaware of that gets refunded at check out
