A fantastic little place in the middle of the city

Fantastic place. The location was superb, and the room was nice and clean. For the price, it was really good. The bathroom was clean, with good pressure.

The place is a bit tricky to find, so you need a bit of time to understand what's what. But other than that, all good.

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect. Jolie was excellent with communication. Let us enter remotely later at night due to late arrival to HCM. Exactly as pictured. Area excellent. I’ve been to HCM around 20 times and never stayed in same place twice but I have now found a place I would return to. Mini mart at end of street, excellent vegan Restaurant opposite accomodation and easy walk to markets and river for my exercise! Great shower and the softest, cleanest and fluffiest towels of my entire three week trip! Air con great. Everything great.

super value for a central spot in Saigon!

Amazing location in quiet street, very clean and comfortable little room- it has all necessary anemnities.The comunication with the owner was super easy and her uncle that was around the building had always had a sweet smile! great value for the price! Please stay here!

do not expect an amazing view from the windows, it is a private building- but we did not even search for this so no delusion at all.

The apartment with balcony is an extremely spacious and comfortable stay. Communication with the host was fantastic, and she offered many excellent food recommendations to eat like a local. The apartment is conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and makes it very easy to walk around and explore HCM. Great to have air conditioning for some relief of the summer heat too! Would return.

Note that payment needs to be organised in cash at the end of your stay. We didn't realise we hadn't yet paid and needed to navigate an alternative payment method to square up the bill.

Nice and cozy place

Hassle-free check-in and out. Owner was very helpful, giving many tips and recommendations prior to visit. The room is cozy and clean, quiet but near to everywhere.

Superb quiet central accommodation

You will be staying above the family home on a side street. This meant it was very quiet (except for the birds singing in the morning! which I loved by the way) as there aren't people coming and going all night. Simone's Shophouse was very fast at responding to any messages and enquiries I had. The location was superb, only a few minutes walk from the Ben Thanh Market, and within walking distance of most of the city centre attractions. The room was spacious (and I had the smaller sized option) and very clean and light. There is a fridge which was great for keeping your drinks cold. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, stayed 3 nights in the end, and this would definitely be my first choice if I am ever able to visit again

Superb

Good place to visit Ho Chi Minh City. Everything in walking distance: shops, supermarktes, restaurants, river and so on. Nice & clean room, comfy bed. Good communicaton with host. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet at night since the place is not at a main street. Nice big fridge, air-con, kettle for tea and coffee and also a microwave (didn't use it). Grab from and to the airport takes around 30 Min (depending on traffic) and costs less than 200K.

Perfect place for city stop

Great accommodation with everything you need provided. Absolutely huge, comfortable apartment. I found it to be a really good location for exploring the city and would stay here again. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt via messaging.

The host was very helpful and communicative. The place is located in a very good position and close to the main attraction of the city. The place is located in a small street which is ideal to minimise the noise and get a good night sleep.

Very good location. Good bed, clean room. Attentive host (communicated through booking.com) and nice people at the shophouse.

I'm a solo traveller, but I think my room would have been a bit small for two persons. They also have a more spacious room with balcony for rent.

Terrific value

This guest room was a terrific value. We spent 6 nights there, and while it was a little small for two people with luggage, we managed okay. Loved the large window and lots of natural light it provided. Very quiet, as the unit doesn't face a street or alley. Our host was very responsive to my questions throughout the stay. I'd definitely stay again.

Only stayed there for a night, but my stay was exceptionally comfortable and unforgettable. The owner warmly assisted me on everything and even before checking in. The room (I stayed at room 3B) was spacious, clean, comfy and was bathed in natural light (which I love). Could not ask for more!

We had an amazing stay in this comfy studio. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great, a short walk from the restaurants, shops etc. We didn't get to meet the owner but she was super responsive and great at providing check-in and check-out instructions.

Staying here was like staying in a great AirBnB. The room was simple, but clean and well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful, reaching out to ask if she could give us recommendations (and tailoring them to us), as well as booking a more complicated bus journey for us. Checkingout was very simple, the whole stay went very smoothly. Thank you so much! :)
