Immer wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden: Geschirrtuch, Handtücher, Seifen, Kaffee, Tee, Backpapier, Frischhaltefolie und vieles mehr. Die Wohnung hatte gut isolierte Fenster mit Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, so dass man den Luxus einer zentralen Lage aber auch die nötige Nachtruhe hatte. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen.

Ich kann nichts bemängeln. Weiter so.

Ein rundum gelungenes Familienwochenende in Colmar.

Die Dachwohnung ist direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Zudem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein günstiges Parkhaus ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ruhiges geschmackvolles Appartement in Top Lage in Colmar

Sehr schönes Appartment im Dachgeschoss eines Wohnhauses in exzellenter Lage: keine 200 m bis zu Petite Venice, 100 m bis in die Altstadt, dort auch Einkaufsgelegenheit für Lebensmittel. Viele Restaurants in Laufnähe, Patisserie gegenüber, Bar 50 m. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Funktionelle Ausstattung, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, großer runder Esstisch. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Das viele Holz des Fachwerkhauses schafft eine warme behagliche Atmosphäre.

Relativ teuere Parkplätze nur im hellen und geräumigen Parkhaus, ca. 10 Minute zu Fuß oder weiteren Weg für kostenfreie Parkplätze in Kauf nehmen. Die Räume im Spitzgiebel (Bad, Sitzecke) sind wegen der geringen Stehhöhe eher für Kinder nutzbar.

Gemütliches Appartement direkt in der City

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartement zu einem fairen Preis, Herausragende Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Problemloser Check-in. Freundlicher Vermieter. Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden uns hier wieder einquartieren.

Es sind nur Geringfügigkeiten. Im Haus müssen bis zum ganz oben gelegenen Appartement einige Treppenstufen zurückgelegt werden, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber für ältere Menschen könnte der Transport des Gepäcks bis oben beschwerlich sein. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann in Nähe der Wohnung nicht kostenfrei parken. Die ausgewiesenen öffentlichen Parkplätze sind häufig besetzt. Aber mit etwas Geduld findet man etwas. Positiv: Zwischen 19 Uhr am Abend und 9 Uhr am Folgetag werden keine Parkgebühren verlangt. Rund 1,4 Kilometer von der City entfernt stehen zudem kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung (Parkplatz Le Grillen).

Lovely little apartment with very good location

The apartment was located in a lovely old half-timbered building right in the old town, close to Little Venice. It was tastefully decorated, and all the old timber beams were left exposed. Very attractive. The kitchen and facilities were all modern and included everything you might need. There's even a washing machine, for which we were grateful.

It's on the 3rd floor, so just be prepared for that. I found it to be good exercise! It can get a bit hot at night, but the fans in the rooms worked well.

Would choose different apt

Had 2 separate rooms so that worked for us. Was in a perfect location in old town Colmar.

The bathrooms were very difficult and disappointing. No overhead shower, it's a spray hose attachment. The worst part is you can't stand up because of overhead beams. The 2nd level went up a spiral staircase and had 1 tub with the same issue. Was very odd and inconvenient. There were 3 bristly hard towels and no soaps. The apt had a washer but we had no idea how to use it and there were no instructions. I think it was a washer/dryer combo but we weren't sure. When we left we were told by Mgr we could store luggage at nearby address. We walked to find they were closed. Ended up walking with luggage on cobblestone roads for half a mile and found an alternative. I would not stay there again. I would stay in area but choose apt that is on lower level so beams don't obstruct you from standing up to shower.

Exceptional

Location is so perfect, can't even describe it. Apartment is so cute, there is everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. TV is smart so you can log into your Netflix and enjoy evenings. We had really excellent time.

Everything is great. Just maybe to take a note for tall people like me, to be careful in bathroom, with your head. But I will definitely recommend this place, very much

Excellent location in a spacious apartment

The location is fantastic right on the main street in the old town with wonderful views of the half timbered houses. The living/dining room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed including a microwave and fridge and the tea bags and sugar was a nice touch. The bedrooms were tiny but was to be expected in an old building on the top floor and since the main living space was big, overall there was plenty of room. There was plenty of hot water and the beds firm and comfy with a cozy comforter. We never met the owner but he always quickly responded to our texts and was helpful.

Keep in mind that this apartment is on the top floor in the attic of an old building so it is 3 floors up by stairs which meant lugging our luggage up and down was tedious. Also there are lots of sharply angled ceilings in most every room so we banged our heads a few times. We knew it was an old building and this was to be expected and it added to the charm of the apartment so it was not a problem but wanted to mention it as walking around one needs to pay extra attention. The shower is very awkward as it is attached to a steeply angled wall.

Living in France - Vivre en France

The appartment is right in the old centre of Colmar. In one word: fantastic. The appartment is on the top floor, so some condition is necessary, but what a treat to be part of a lively city.

It was relatively easy to reach the accomodation by car. However, parking is a real challenge. In fact not an option. Drop off your luggage and park your car in one of the parking garages. E.g. la Montagne Verte is at walking distance.

We were two couples in our mind 50’s, visiting Colmar and Strasbourg and we stayed at Appartement à Colmar for 4 days. s

This is a very charming, comfortable, stylish apartment at the heart of Colmar, ideal for two couples or family of four. French esthetic and style at it’s most! Well equipped with all necessary appliances, clean and quiet.

Everything was perfect only weather could be a bit nicer 😁

The apartment was okay. Right in the centre.

We had specially sought on an apartment with internet and tv. NOTHING WORKED THROUGHOUT THE STAY. THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR. NO ELEVATOR. IT WAS NOT TOLD.

Wonderful stay

This apartment was absolutely lovely. It is very tastefully furnished and has all modern amenities, was very clean and is right in the heart of Colmar! It’s in an old building that probably dates back a few hundred years, if not all the way back to the 16th century like much of the rest of Colmar so it was really the perfect place to feel at home. Very cozy! Because if it’s age, there are some quirks, but nothing that would deter me from staying again!
