My family really enjoyed the home. The house was very clean. The view is spectacular. My only suggestion would be to make the room with 2 twin beds, a single room. The other room already has two bunk beds.

This is a very nice house with a well stocked kitchen (equipment) and a wonderful view and deck. The hot tub (big) was clean and I'm working order and beach access was very easy, even for a senior. The beds are fairly good and no one had any issues sleeping. Wi-Fi was also good.
The house does need some maintenance as we found a couple of cabinet doors ready to come off (especially the kitchen garbage door) as well as a couple of outlets that need to be fixed that are close to dangerous (one in the master bedroom especially). The BBQ needs some repairs as well, one burner is non-functional which may hinder cooking for a bigger group.
Overall I would stay here again, it is super close to Lincoln City which is also handy. I hope the owners do a maintenance pass on the house this fall so this little gem doesn't deteriorate.

I cannot tell you how amazing this place is. It’s the absolute perfect location for a large gathering. So many comfortable places to relax and the beds are perfect. Plenty of blankets to cuddle up in. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We saw whales and dolphins!! We will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our dogs. The beach access was super easy and the games (both inside and out) kept our little ones busy and happy. Only note there is the pictured arcade games do not work. The deck and hot tub can’t be beat. Would recommend and stay again. Vacasa was great to work with.

What a great property! Hot tub did not give us folliculitis like most properties have. Thank you for the great hot tub maintenance! We saw whale from the deck. We will definitely be coming back!!

This is a great location. The beach is easy to access. The house is wonderful. The hot tub is large. The kitchen is very spacious and allows for visiting while preparing food. There are enough couches and seating for everyone to have a place to relax. This is our favorite place to go on the Oregon Coast. We had three generations of family all able to enjoy this lovely relaxing house.

Home was clean and had comfortable areas to relax and visit. Kitchen was well stocked and there are a ton of games to choose from. There was a deck remodel that must have recently happened that resulted in the hot tub not being in service and deck not being set up with chair/fire table/bbq etc. Be sure to inquire and plan on bringing your own firewood. The view is amazing from this home with windows on the entire wall facing the ocean

Location is great; loved our stay; twin beds uncomfortable but king and queen good.

Reports from the ladies who were able to attend were all quite positive. Everyone loved the location and ocean views. Several mentioned the lack of wash cloths (we will bring our own if needed!!) One cousin is a professional home cleaner and did mention the fan in the bedroom needed attention - maybe a new filter? Also, labels on the garbage and recycle bins outside would help get the items in the right place!! I will be asking for a count of ladies for next year and unless there are more than fit at Neptune's Watch that house is at the top of our list!! Thanks so much for sharing your beach house! Beautiful view, kitchen stocked, Dirty, very bad master bedroom, 85 degrees in there maintence could not fix, shower pressure excellent, not in master or on suite middle room, not worth the price, outside door would not lock when leaving.
Tv, didn’t work until maintenance came out to fix. No ice freezer not making ice. Bunk beds you can’t sleep on do to the springs, twin beds could only use 1 other mattress sunk on the left. Lots of little things. But beautiful view

We love this beach house, plenty of room for all. The views are amazing and hot tub is great! The ice maker does not work and there’s no ice trays available, just an FYI.
We will probably be back this summer! Thank you!

MISERABLE! Day one, heat would not work, called several times, we stayed a week and never came to fix. We were miserably cold. Not enough linens for 8 of us, had to call. Bathroom shower in master s HOAX!! Heaters plugged in threw breakers. Called , no help and no one would call us back. STAY AWAY FROM VACASA, they get your bucks and don't are about you thereafter.

The listing is as stated. There IS central heat! Be sure there is firewood on the property. The garage could be cleaned up and only one arcade game worked. There was probably 100 ping pong balls under the shelving unit, behind the washer & dryer etc. The 2nd bedroom shower head needs attention. It's not adjustable. The hot tub was awesome. The view was worth every penny. The beach access is 1/2 block north and you'll need good footing. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as their game selection. The TVs in every room were a plus! We loved it and will stay again!! ❤️

We absolutely loved the layout and location of this house. The house is fully stocked in the kitchen and there is plenty of linens/blankets etc. Even beach towels for you to use. We loved how there was more than enough room for everyone to sit. Multiple areas to hang out and have games/conversations going on with out being on top of each other. However, the cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The hot tub had beer cans and a bunch of sand in it (a few of us ended up with red itchy spots from the hot tub), there as old food in the fridge and that also needs a good wipe down, and the bedspread in the second master had really nasty dried stuff all over it.
Vacasa was amazing though. There a few things we needed and had a very quick and polite response to. We were very impressed with the customer service and will definitely use Vacasa again. Hopefully the cleaning service steps up their game.

I rented this home for my husband and I to create family memories with our two adult kids, their partners and 3 children. For that I am grateful. However I do need to say that this home was not very clean. We could not enter the home until 4:15 and the house cleaner was still there folding towels. In the primary bath it looked like the bottom of the toilet along the floor was never cleaned (yellow crud) and the floor was not clean. In the main living area the kitchen table needed to be cleaned and the adult sized metal games (connect four and tic tac toe) on the coffee table were very dirty. The large window overlooking the ocean needed to be cleaned.
After our first day, we noticed our food in the refrigerator was not very cold and drinks were warm-cool. We moved our food into the garage refrigerator and called to report the problem. The service person was very nice on the phone and said he would come the next morning. We received a call in the afternoon and decided to decline the offer to have a service person come over because we did not want to loose any precious time of our 3 night vacation.
Many of the wood slats on the deck railing were not nailed down on the bottom so we had to be vigilant that the children did not stand near those.
I am describing these cleanliness and safety issues because the cleaning and other fees for the rental of this home are high and are there for a reason. I expected a clean house when I agreed to pay those extra fees and when I am not permitted to enter the premises until 4:00pm and must leave at 10am. The owner of this property should be aware of these issues because if we (the renters) did not have to deal with these issues, the home and its wonderful location would receive 5 stars. I am not a wealthy person but I will save to pay $700.00 a night for a family memory on the beach but please please please provide me with a clean house.

Loved the views, the space, the availability of just about everything you might need when you’re away from home (cookware, kitchen gadgets, etc.), proximity to restaurants, and of course.. the beach!

We are very picky people and we found nothing wrong at this magical home.

This home was unbeatable for the amazing deck and views! We were fortunate to have incredible weather so we spent a lot of time on the deck, bbqing and enjoying the view. Beach access is just a couple houses away which was perfect, even for the grandparents! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. We had four teenagers and all of the games plus the ping-pong table and video games were a life saver!
I would say the only drawback was the hot tub had an unclean smell and sand in the bottom, and we could not get the fire pit table to stay lit despite changing out the propane tank (which was empty).
We had a nice fire in the pit in the front of the house on the last night, and overall everyone agreed this was one of the best homes we’ve rented for a family beach vacation!

I have not had a response to my queries about a refund on part of the rent for this property since it was not ready for occupancy when we arrived at the appointed time on 8/11/22.

Our family had a great time. Special memories on the beach. Some first time ocean visitors. The home is a perfect setting on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Central location for all the activities we wanted. It was difficult to leave.

We selected this home for a celebration of my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was spacious, clean, and the location and view exceeded expectations.

The house was beautiful but very disappointed in the service. It was after check in time before we got in and it took almost 7 hours to get the internet fixed. I called and texted after no response in 90 minutes and they told me to “please be patient”. Then no one actually let me know it was fixed. (It was almost 11pm before it was fixed). Just disappointed and not sure if we will ever use this service again.

Amazing stay!
Great view! Loved the hot tub! Plenty of activities to do with the family. Loved the short easy walk to the beach and hearing the waves all night. Kitchen was well stocked too. Plenty of seating and the rooms were also great.

WOW!!!
We have stayed in many beach rentals, but Neptune's Watch is by far the best. The home layout is so fabulous with many spaces for family activities and a full view of the ocean. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The beds were wonderful! The backyard with grass along a very long deck and hot tub was an added plus. We had sunshine everyday! Neptune's Watch is located on a quiet street close to Salishan and Depoe Bay, not far from Lincoln City and Newport. Be sure to eat at Tidal Raves and the Sea Hag in Depoe Bay.

Our family loved your home with its beautiful ocean views. The long living room was perfect for being together and apart at the same time. The kids mainly enjoyed the large TV area. The only thing we would change, and we did, was the seating arrangement. We moved the couches from their backs-against-the-windows position and placed them facing each other with coffee tables in between. That made a nice conversation area, and we could see the sea and the fireplace. There was enough room behind each to be scooted backwards to use as beds, but we did not need to. Of course we moved them back when we left. (I have photos if you're interested.)The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. It was too cold to enjoy your outside amenities, except for the hot tub, which we loved even in the rain. I am in fairly good condition at 80, but needed help on the north path to and from the beach.Thank you.P.S. It would have been nice to have more toilet paper.
