Everything you need in the historic centre of Modena!

Located right downtown in the historic centre of Modena, this small apartment has been thoughtfully carved out of a historic building. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Be prepared for a significant stair climb!

Adatta a chi piace vivere il centro città anche di sera, e a chi arriva in treno

self check-in acqua,latte,cioccolato,frutta,lambrusco in frigo marmellata,nutella,thè,nesquik,latte per colazione. cucina attrezzatissima e con l'essenziale per cucinare (spezie, sale, olio) doccia e acqua calda letto grande e comodo bagno con bagnoschiuma e shampoo pass ztl fornito dal gestore tv anche in camera da letto

in zona soggiorno/cucina sentivo un po' il soffitto basso mancanza di divano vero, soprattutto in zona soggiorno/cucina. ma d'altronde lo spazio è già stato sfruttato al massimo cortile trascurato, umidità nelle scale (tipico delle case vecchie) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i posti auto si trovano appena fuori dal centro, purtroppo tutti a pagamento. la casa è consigliata (secondo il nostro parere) a chi arriva in treno e vuole girare in centro anche di sera, cenare fuori

Sehr gute Lage, individuell und charmant

Wir haben die Lage der Unterkunft mitten im historischen Zentrum sehr genossen. Die Konversation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut saniert mit viel Flair und Charme. Kann man sehr empfehlen. Schön, dass wir hier wohnen durften.

Ótima localização. Rua tranquila e silenciosa. Comunicação clara com o anfitrião.

O local não estava com uma limpeza adequada. A cama não era confortável.

Cute little apartment near Ferrari Museums

The apartment was very cute, provided all the amenities of home. Bed was comfortable. Owner had complementary coffee and water bottles for us. Our stay was very comfortable.

Lots of stairs to access the apartment.

Exvellent experience

Stefano was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We were walking distance from restaraunts and the market. The apartment was well furnished. We had everything we needed.

If you are unable to walk up stairs, this isn't for you.

Un buon weekend a Modena .

L’appartamento è pulito , silenzioso , il letto molto comodo , gli spazi ampi e ben distribuiti . E’ rifornito di ogni cosa possa servire , cosa che accade raramente. Situato in centro ,e grande disponibilità del proprietario ! Ottimo !

Nulla che ci abbia davvero infastidito .

Soggiorno per 3 persone

La mia famiglia ha soggiornato in questa struttura molto accogliente ubicata al centro di Modena per 4 giorni ; host super gentile e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni nostra necessità; casa fornita di tutto il necessario, c'era anche un vassoio di frutta fresca, oltre a diversi generi alimentari. Super consigliata!

Les travaux dans l'immeuble nous ont un peu gaché notre séjour.

Un appartement bien agencé à proximité de la cathédrale (Duomo). La bouteille de lambrusco au réfrigérateur.

L'accès à l'appartement par une cour malpropre, il est situé au 3éme étage et on y accède par un premier escalier poussiéreux à cause de travaux puis un e petit escalier étroit et peu commode.

Beautiful flat, perfect location

A beautiful flat right in the heart of Modena - a better location is impossible. Claudio was a kind and attentive host who made sure everything was perfect for when we got there. The self-check in was easy and made arriving stress-free. Thank you!

Perfect bolthole

Comfortable with everything you need whilst travelling!

The location was very close to the center of Modena.

We found the stairs a challenge with luggage but we expected this in an older building in the center of town.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay, easy self-check in. The apartment was perfect, fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen etc for a comfortable stay. Claudio was such a legend, great communication, really helpful and provided clear easy to follow instructions for check in. We would absolutely stay here again if we make our way back to Modena.

Amazing apartment close to town centre

Claudio kept in contact with me frequently and was there to meet us on arrival. The accommodation was spacious with a large bedroom, dining, kitchen and bathroom. An added bonus was having a washing machine and lots of goodies in the kitchen and fridge. Thanks Claudio for a fantastic stay!

Perfect location, so close to the centre of Modena. Badia is a lovely apartment in a period building, but with all modern facilities.

A traditional cosy apartment in the heart of Modena

The apartment had everything. The bed and the pillows were great !! Claudio the host helped us to find out many good places around the apartment and also to keep our luggage for a couple of hours after our check-out. Moreover, I didn't take any photos because the photos of the apartment were accurate. Also, I liked the TV in the bedroom that I don't remember if it was in the photos :)

I didn't find out how I could set up the heating manually e.g. to 23 Celsius and it was constantly at 21.5 Celsius. Also, I couldn't connect to wifi but the host Claudio was always there to support us via the WhatsApp app with excellent communication.

The location is just perfect, in the middle of the centre, near to all touristic interest points, bars shops and restaurants. The host, Claudio, is very friendly and helpful. The flat is comfortable and fully equipped with all you may need even for longer stays. Besides, Claudio has a taste for interior design and everything is taken care in all details.

The apartment is located next to the center. Just two minutes away on foot. It was well equipped and super clean. Little details that made my stay very pleasant: a bottle of water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, little chocolate bars, some fruits, sugar, coffee, a moka pot and many others. The host was nice and helpful. One of the best apartments I've every started at! I loved it!

Exceptional

Really modern, comfortable and clean apartment right in the centre of Modena. It's in an old building, but everything inside is brand new and works perfectly. The bed is comfortable, the shower is lovely and the air conditioning is great. Claudio was a very responsive host, answering my questions in advance and helping to ensure that the apartment was clean earlier to facilitate my early arrival. Easily walkable from the train station and you can walk to everywhere within the city in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

fantastic location and amazing host. very helpful, friendly and made our stay super easy. you’re also just a stone’s throw away from everything modena has to offer.

the bedsheets and bathroom could do with being a bit fresher, but i think both were down to the older washing machine that smells a bit. but minor points.

Great location, amazing apartment!

Amazing apartment in a great location. The apartment was big enough, will all necessary facilities. Bed was really comfortable. The apartment also had aircon (big bonus!)

Lots of stairs (for bags), but it was a lovely old building that makes up for it.

Loved this cozy little apartment

Badia is a cozy little nest with everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable in a large bedroom, kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathroom and shower. Washer is a plus. Great air conditioners for comfort. Everything is very clean. Host is wonderful. He also left us a welcome bottle of wine, some goodies, fruit, and coffee. And a list of recommended restaurants close by. A convenient small market is a few doors down for fruit and yogurt. Excellent location, near Duomo, Piazza Maneotti and Piazza Manzini, and bus stops. We really enjoyed our stay in this historic building.

The stairs up to the apartment can be a challenge, especially with luggage. But if you take your time, it is doable.
