Affordable option to sleep and shower in the heart of Hyderabad

Affordable option to stay in the heart of Hyderabad. Helpful and accommodating staff. Although centrally located, the locality is very quiet and away from the hustle of the city. There is a lovely park right next to the hotel.

The description of the 'View' in the Booking.com listing is inaccurate. There is no terrace access that I'm aware of, nor a balcony attached to the room. The building is very close (approx 4 feet) away from neighboring buildings on two sides of my room. When opening the curtain, instead of the garden or 'city' view, it was looking into someone else's house. If you just use the room to sleep and shower, this is not an issue at all. One suggestion to the staff would be to switch out the use of naphthalene balls in the cupboards with something a little less distinctive (e.g. Odonil). The naphtalene smell sticks to clothes long after leaving the hotel.

lift facility available but still have to climb 20 stairs to get the room Breakfast only 2 idli n 2 vada with tea costing 200rs per day too costly not worth it

Nice place to stay, Homly feel and Affordable stay.

nice place. Clean. Homly feel. Quiet location and good staff.

Good place for families or old people bur for youngsters, need a more flexible place. This place is strict on timings and not a great fit for single or group of boys staying.

Great

They have a nice collection of furniture and paintings in the lobby of each floor. It was a nice experience. Location was secluded in a residential area and was quite peaceful.

Staff was very polite and obliging. Room and premises are neat and tidy. Serene location.

Room was having 4 cots which occupied most of room phase along with tables. Not even 1 chair was provided in the room. No intercom to contact room service.

Will definitely stay here again.

The location was too good. Bang in the heart of bustling Hyderabad, but still out of the hustle and bustle, and very quiet and with lots of greenery all around. Room was also upto the mark. The service by Ramesh was excellent and very prompt and with a smile.

The Elevator was out of order

Quiet, safe, homely stay in a neat and compact room, with good service. Thanks.

The location was good. Calm but connected. Unfortunately, breakfast couldn't be supplied although included at the time of booking. The Manager reduced Rs. 50 per head per day. I agreed.

Nothing specific. Everything was good. The lift / elevator was not working and we had to climb the 3 floors. But, it was ok for us! No complaints.

We were conned.

There was no concept of breakfast. Once we went there, we realized that its just like a flat. Food is to be ordered from outside. (We went with swiggy)

Basically its not a mansion or a hotel. Its just a flat. Its only accomodation, nothing else. There is no food, no support , no receptionist. Also, we had to pay Rs.3000/- extra because they said that it was the commission they had to pay to booking.com, and so that commission comes from us! We didnt have any option being late there and so we had to cough up the amount. You get cheaper 3 star facilities than this. We felt like we were idiots.
