朝食時の事を除いては大変満足でした。

朝食が美味しかったお風呂とサウナが良かったロケーションが良かった

朝食時に茶色のブラウスを来て行ったら、ホテルの部屋着と勘違いされて大変嫌な思いをしました。ちゃんとした謝罪も無かったです。恥ずかしかったし家族にも何で怒らないの？って言われました。誰にでも間違いはあると思いますしその場では笑っていましたがショックでした。

View of Mt Fuji from your room terrace (provided weather permitting)

Onsen available with indoor or outdoor facing Mount Fuji (but Mt Fuji may not be visible due to fog / weather... so it's a bonus if you get to see it). There is a club floor, offering only coffee/tea/juice options.... but if weather is good, you can get a great view of Mt Fuji Complimentary parking with ample spaces.

It is our second time staying here, but it did not turn out as good as the first stay. Firstly, the rate charge was much higher than our first stay last year. And the rate this time did not even include breakfast that is offered at 3,300 yen per person for a set meal (not buffet). From recollection on first stay, the breakfast is only an American set so pretty basic and nothing special. The power sockets in the rooms are dated, no international style plugs nor USB charging ports. The Yukata is a boring brown 2-piece (collared top & 3-quarter pants) that is well used The bedroom slippers are dated as well, with signs of heavy multiple use (long-term washing)

飯店裝潢設計得很漂亮，人員親切有禮，很滿意的住宿體驗，可惜天氣不好，看不到富士山, 期待下次天氣好時入住

1.住宿地點離御殿場outlet開車10分鐘，自駕的話很方便 2. 飯店服務人員超級nice，還幫我們升等成有富士山view的房間，可惜天氣不好, 看不到富士山，但還是很感謝 3. 男女各有一個內湯兩個外湯，樓上還有迎賓俱樂部，可以邊看風景邊喝飲料看漫畫 4. 停車場有兩台洗衣機和烘衣機免費使用，洗衣精還可以跟櫃台索取

נוף מרהיב, אונסן מדהים, כל השאר נורא.

המלון בעל פוטנציאל אדיר, מיקום מנצח, נוף מרהיב להר פוג'י, מתקני מלון (אונסן) ברמה מאוד גבוהה.

לצערי על אף החוזקות יש הרבה יותר חולשות, החדרים ישנים, מסריחים ולא נקיים בכלל. הרבה מאוד חלקים בחדר שבורים, במרפסת הרצפה שבורה, הרהיטים מיושנים, המסדרון עם שטיח לא נקי ועם כתמים. החדר היה פשוט מסריח, לא יכלנו לישון בו לצערי, ביקשנו לעבור לחדר אחר, פקידת הקבלה עברה איתנו בערך ב 10 חדרים נוספים ובכולם היה ריח נוראי. היא הודתה שהסיבה שמסריח כל כך זה בגלל שהמלון ישן ולא עבר שיפוץ שנים.

服務良好，房間面積大，清潔乾淨，入住富士山景的房間，幸運地早上天氣好在房間露台可看到富士山美景，離開時職員還贈送富士山明信片，與房間露台看到的富士山景色幾乎一樣，留下美好回憶。

酒店及房間比較陳舊，浸溫泉的開放時間較短，外出時要向Counter職員交回房門鑰匙，回來時才取回鑰匙，酒店位於森林，自駕遊才方便往市區餐廳及便利店。

素晴らしい景色が見れるホテル。

母の誕生日祝いに伺ったのですが行く前の食事の相談など丁寧に対応頂き本当にありがとうございました。温泉もお料理もとても素晴らしく母もとても喜んでおります。とても良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。

贅沢でした

食事がとても美味しかった。駐車場が地下にあり、雪だったが濡れずに荷物をゆっくり下ろしてフロントに行けたのが助かった。ファミリールームが広くてリラックスできた。

Perfect view of Mt. Fuji

Perfect view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel with free drinks. Huge size of rooms. Staff very accomodating. Onsen is top notch! With free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station and tourists spot.

A bit dated. A bit of renovation to freshen up would be nice. Free shuttle only between 10am to 3pm. Have to rush going back otherwise have to look for taxi which can be challenging.

富士山ビューが素晴らしいです露天風呂やワーキングスペースから見える富士山が綺麗でしたワーキングスペースに漫画があり、漫画読みながらコーヒーとオレンジジュースをサービスで頂けるのが良かったです

山の中にあり、近場にコンビニを見つけられませんでした売店が夜は閉まってしまうため必要なものは買っていかなければいけないです

富士山の見えるお部屋に泊まれて嬉しかったです。いい思い出です。

富士山が見えて綺麗でした。清潔で広くてよかったです。大浴場がよかったです。サウナもついてました。

トイレとお風呂が近いです。でも大浴場があるのでそこまで問題ないです。値段の割に部屋の装飾が特になかったです。あればともう少し旅行気分が味わえた気がします。

Lovely Stay as usual, we'll definitely comeback if we're in Gotemba again

- Great hotel, good-sized room, comfortable bedding - nice view of Fuji mountain - near town and outlet - friendly staff, and they even help me with a booking of Izakaya restaurant in town - free parking

- Need a car to get around, quite far from the town and train station

We love the onsen in the hotel. But quite hateful as many tourists came in with their mobile phone and tried to take photos during onsen. Very intruding and hotel have no ways of checking. Love the Mount Fuji view from our room.

Lack of manpower and not attentive like before. This was our 3rd time staying here and back then in 2018 and 2019, several years ago, service was amazing. Maybe they have a serious lack of manpower.

There is no futon arrangement service It was totally out of our expectation as all the hotel we went , hotel will place & prepare the futon in the room before we arrive , but it was so strange that there was not such kind of service here ! When I asked the staff , they said they didn’t provide such kind of service !

Early morning view of Mt.Fuji. Fantastic outdoor onsen.

The view of Mt. Fuji from this hotel is unbeatable. You do have to wake up early in order to see Mt. Fuji (by 7:00am, the cloud moves in to cover the mountain). You can see the full glory of Mt. Fuji with its villages underneath and a big blue sky in the background. The outdoor onsen was fantastic. You'll be able to see Mt. Fuji while you soak in an onsen tub outside. There is a racing car simulation in the basement. (kinda like a really fancy video game) Though expensive, my boys had a grand time playing.

The dinner was tasty but the service was bad. The inside had a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway because there was a designated smoking room on the floor I stayed. (Inside of the room was ok) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is no convenient store nearby (unless you go all the way to the train station).

Lovely hotel in Gotemba

Great hotel in Gotemba, although you need a car to go around as it's not near the center, which was not a problem for us. Big, clean and comfortable room.

Perfect for the whole family, even with a Kindergartner!

We liked pretty much everything! The hotel is in a very futuristic building which looks like that it is straight from a James Bond movie. Staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room, which was an interesting experience. The room was super clean and everything we needed was there. In the late evening we visited the Onsen. Men and women are separated! I took our three daughters, which was something they have never experienced before. There we several other mothers with their daughters, so they didn’t feel uncomfortable. I can only recommend going to the onsen. It is also very, very clean and other guest were very helpful, because we felt kind of lost in the beginning! The next morning we had an exceptional breakfast! I can recommend the soy milk/peach fruit drink very much! It was super delicious, even though it sounded not something I would have usually tried, but the waiter recommended it to me. After breakfast we walked into their yard and saw a lot of different little insects. From circadas, which are in the areas we stayed so far are pretty much everywhere, to a little salamander, which had a shiny blue metallic tail. If I ever come back to Japan, I would love to stay at the Rembrandt Premium Gotemba hotel again! Thank you for such a great stay!

I personally enjoyed the experience of a traditional room, but would go with regular room (real beds, not futons) next time. But it was still worth the experience!

Room is ok, but need to do the turn down by ourself given that we stay at Japanese style room. We stayed in other Japanese style hotel room, most of the hotel will provide the turn down service. , WiFi a bit slow, can't work at this hotel given the speed of the WiFi.

get little get away.

The view is amazing! The balcony was really good to sit out and have a wine/coffee. The staff were really nice. The washing machine/dryer was good to have. It's a lovely boutique type hotel. Not so many rooms so a nice quite hotel.

Room was small but that's normal for Japan. t is a bit out of town so a $20 taxi into town or the local bus. Breakfast was too fancy with no choice, you get what you get which did not work for my kids but it was lovely.
