Located in the heart of Sonoma Valley, this quaint cottage is tucked away on a peaceful country road that is an easy one-mile walk to the Historical Downtown Sonoma Plaza.
The recently renovated cottage is a two bedroom one bath surrounded by the Western Hills that have a spectacular view of the sunset every night. With a bocce ball court, gas firepit and BBQ in an enclosed backyard, it is the ultimate place of relaxation and enjoyment. Whether with the family or friends, it is an amazing place to gather and enjoy the beauty Sonoma Valley has to offer. There are 4 cruiser bikes, for your use. Please bring your own helmet.

Stayed here with three other girlfriends for a long weekend. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped well enough, and the house was in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for a small family. House has just about everything you’d need. Bring your own bicycle helmet if you plan to use the bicycles.

The house was perfect for our short stay in Sonoma. The neighborhood has a rural feel, even though it is just a mile or so from the Plaza. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful backyard space, listening to farm animals in the distance. (The yard is more established now than in the photos... very nice.) The house itself is exactly as described, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Owners were very easy to work with.

Quaint home with a beautiful backyard that was perfect for a long weekend in Napa/Sonoma. We enjoyed glasses of wine by the fire and walks on the local bike path. Very close to town square so many restaurant and shop options. Excellent and easily available hosts. Would stay again!

The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Back yard and patio was nice, but we never got a chance to use it. Location was good and a short drive to town. Listing says it is walkable to Sonoma Plaza and the central part of town, which is true, but I am not sure I would walk it at night because the neighborhood is very dark and the street is narrow. Had no problems with anything in the house or the check-in or check out. Overall, a very nice house in a good location for a wine country visit.

We had a terrific stay in Sonoma & Napa in September. The rental in Sonoma was just what we were looking for during out trip - comfortable, clean, nice layout, with extras on the property that made it enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time staying in Courtney’s home. It was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. The fire pit was awesome, a nice way to end the day and enjoy one of the many bottles of wine we picked during our tasting adventures. The location was great, just outside of town and Ubering was a breeze. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay.

Super convenient location to the Sears Point raceway for my husband's AMG class and for me to turn back into Sonoma until his pickup time and catch a few wineries. Several of the high points of the location we did not get to enjoy due to schedule such as the lovely backyard. I did get one bike ride in! Sadly we took the heat there with us & the a/c was working hard to keep up until the night cooled down. The intake is a bit noisy, but would rather have a/c with noise than no a/c:) Owners communicate well and left a nice surprise for arrival.

This is the 2nd year my friend and I have stayed at this house in Sonoma and it’s just like coming home! We felt very comfortable and safe. All the amenities that you need are there including a wonderful bottle of Gloria Ferrer sparkling wine to greet you upon your arrival, delicious. Courtney is very easy to work with and we had no issues with check in or check out. This is an amazing house to stay in for your visit to Sonoma, so close to everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend staying here for your wonderful wine country adventures!

This cottage was perfect for our couples trip away. Cozy but comfortable. Being able to walk downtown was icing on the cake. The bathroom could use a little update, but very clean and well maintained. Our only regret is not spending more time in the backyard. We'll definitely be back - thank you Courtney!

Cozy, clean 2 bedroom - great location and backyard area. Next time we hope to enjoy the bikes and new fire pit. We only had one day of sun but we expected rain this time of year. We always love the shops and restaurants on the square - this place is so convenient to everything.

The house was just as listed, if not better than our expectations! It was perfect for three of us spending the weekend in Sonoma. The house has all the basic amenities you would want. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and just as pictured. We found the furniture and particularly the beds to be comfortable and cozy! The kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we needed....we didn't cook, but used plates, bowls and the coffee maker. We didn't get to use the bikes because of the rain, but could see them out there calling us! The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and close to the main square and a good trail. We will be back!

As soon as you walked in to the house it felt welcoming and CLEAN. The whole house was comfortable, loved the bottle of champagne that was waiting for us in the refrigerator. The back yard was great including the huge tomato plant and the grapevines loaded with grapes. We were so happy with this house, definitely the next time we visit the area this is the house we are going to try and get.
