To have the experience of staying in a real 100 year old Kibbutz is simply exceptional! This Hotel has 100% up to date and modern rooms and amenities to provide the best and most pleasant accommodation. 10/10 staff attention, excellent value for money, immediate response to your call no matter what time, the restaurant offers Kosher food with breakfast included.
They really deserve 10/10 for their excellent service.

that it was surrounded by nature, and it’s proximity to several major archeological sites ; also, a great breakfast was included in the price.

it was a very nice and quiet location. The breakfast was quite good.
A place to hang clothes would’ve been nice.

Great kibbutz lodging! Clean, great breakfast, great kibbutz and lovely staff. Communication was great and the location and price are great. Especially with Israeli prices it’s nice to find a good reasonably priced place that is clean, cute and great value. Thank you!

Breakfast was quite adequate (i.e. cereal, eggs, pancakes, cheese, bread, coffee), however, the staff was exceptional and extremely accommodating. Located near Beit She'an and the Kinneret by car.
No fresh fruit at breakfast. In fact, no fruit whatsoever at breakfast which surprised me.

There's plenty to do and see in this area and the kibbutz is a very pleasant place to stay.
Before we arrived, the office called us to tell us that if we came after 5 PM there would be no one in the office to greet us - so they sent us a phone number of someone on "Night" duty who could answer questions and open the gate of the kibbutz for us if necessary. We thought 5 PM was early to close a hotel office. We called that number and received minimal assistance. Eventually, we wandered around and finally located the room with the key in the door after we ran into one of the kitchen staff (but the kitchen and dining room was closed). She showed us the room and told us there would be no breakfast served in the dining room and that she would bring it to us in the morning. If we hadn't run into her quite by accident, there was no one else there to give us this notice. There were no notices or information sheets in the room and no staff. After 8 PM, we wanted to drive from the kibbutz to nearby Beit Shean for dinner, but the kibbutz gate was closed and we were provided with no code to open it. We waited until another car come with the code and left, hoping that we would be able to get back in around 10 PM. Before we came back, we tried to call the person on night duty to find out how to open the gate. We called three times, with a few minutes in between each call and no one answered. Luckily, when we came back the gate was open as someone else had just left - but there is not a lot of movement in the late evening there. We might have had to wait for a while. The room itself was pleasant and clean, but very basic and simple. Given the lack of service and the very basic facilities, we felt that the place was overpriced. The location in the scenic kibbutz grounds and in an area rich with scenery and historic sites is the primary asset.

The people around in the Kibbutz were very helpful and it was interesting to see the life there.
The location was a little far from the train station and it was hard to access it without a car.

The room is good, the breakfast very good and staff also good
The bathroom gets all wet after the shower

The location was beautiful, complete with a wonderful pool. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. We hope to return.
On Friday evening, a large group of guests acted as though no other people were around. Their partying, complete with loud talking and yelling back and forth at children, till well past midnight left ruined our night. We thought that such a well-run bed and breakfast would have established time after which guests were expected to respect the rights of others to relax in relative quiet.
