About this house rental

This home has an open floor plan with brand new kitchen, dining room, living room which opens to a beautiful backyard private deck. The sunroom is off the living room and looks out to the lovely landscaping. The master bedroom is on the first floor and two large bedrooms on the second floor. Two fully remodeled bathrooms on first and second floor. We have a new outside rinsing station and a new den on the lower level. All this and only 75 feet from a private beach on Johns Pond. This is a great location for families with kids . Tennis court across the street and Mashpee commons only 2.5 miles away. Famous Old Silver beach or beautiful south cape beach is only a short drive. There is a gas grill on the deck.

Pauline’s vacation home is lovely. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The porch was a favorite. John’s Pond is very close by and we spent quite a bit of time down at the beach. I recommend it highly!

A Charming Home

Paulene's home is a charming well appointed vacation spot. The open concept living area made entertaining easy, although the deck is where we settled in for dinner. My husband loved the three season room but my fav was the new outdoor shower. My little grandson loved the easy walk to the crystal clear pond and swings. Everything we needed, and more, was provided. I hope we can come next year for another peaceful stay.

This is our second year staying at Pauline’s amazing house and we are beyond grateful to have found this property. Pauline is a most gracious host and the house is clean, gorgeous, and only steps away from the clear and serene John’s Pond ! The location is perfect … close to the beautiful beaches, cozy towns, and convenient Mashpee Commons. I can’t say enough about this house and host, she once again made us feel like were home while visiting Cape Cod.

Just perfect

Pauline’s house was even better than expected. It was beautiful inside and out, spotless, filled with light, had a large fully stocked kitchen, wonderfully cozy sun room and living room, a fantastic selection of books, and an oversized washer and dryer. My mother is still talking about how incredibly comfortable her bed was and how much she enjoyed the week. This is one of my all time favorite rentals and I look forward to returning with other members of my family.

I can’t even begin to describe this property. It was a truly magical vacation home. The house is absolutely amazing, the pond is clear and beautiful and the hosts were gracious and made sure the house was well appointed for our stay. It was very relaxing, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We fell in love with Cape Cod on this trip and can’t wait to return to this house to make many more family memories. This really is a true gem.

Relaxing week by the lake!

Our family had such a relaxing stay at Pauline and Larry’s home! They were so kind and easy to work with and the house was exactly as the pictures indicated. It was great being so close to the lake for our young family and also for our older parents who didn’t want to haul to the beach. The home is beautifully updated and we loved the sunroom for mornings. What a perk it was to not have to worry about linens and towels also! Great location if you like the Mashpee Commons, Centerville and Falmouth areas. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Fantastic rental

We had an amazing week staying in this beautiful home. The home was very cozy and welcoming. Our group of 6 adults enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and even enjoyed a lobster dinner on the back deck. The lake beach was just steps away and never crowded with crystal clear water. The owner, Pauline, communicated easy check in instructions and our visit went smoothly. This home is a true gem on Cape Cod!!

PERFECT VACATION RENTAL!!!

This beautiful home exceeded all expectations and we could not have been more comfortable, if we were in our own home. The house was immaculate and very well organized and there was nothing we would have needed that wasn’t there. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the lake, played tennis on the very nice court and it was very centrally located, making it easy to get to anywhere on the Cape. We had great communication with Pauline at all times and she checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. She was very warm and welcoming from the moment we contacted her with interest in renting. You can tell by the way the house looks and feels that they are wonderful people. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you so much Pauline and Larry!
