Très bon hôtel, chambres propres, personnel sympathique.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour visiter la ville. Les chambres étaient très propre, nettoyées tous les jours, les serviettes changées également tous les jours. Le personnel très bienveillant aussi bien à l’accueil, au petit dej et la femme de chambre. La Clim fonctionnait parfaitement dans les 2 pièces. La literie était confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité et varié.

Le seule bémol c’est le frigidaire qui ne refroidissait pas assez.

Très chouette séjour , ville magnifique

Emplacement plutôt calme , chambre avec petit balcon vue rue pas trop de trafic, chambre propre et climatisé, personnel très gentil.. vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à l’arrivée ou au départ pour profiter de la ville , bon petit déjeuner, que vous pouvez prendre en terrasse 👌pas trop loin du métro

Unhelpful staff

Clean place, good location

Unfortunately our bag was taken (by mistake or stolen - unsure) from the reception lockerroom and they weren't helpful nor did they take any kind of responsibility. They left us waiting over an hour trying to contact someone responsible, which never happened. They didn't help us find the right police department to get a statement for the insurance, which led us to navigate to 3 different police offices at night time. They also didn't bother to check the security cameras. Never heard from them again.

Hotel cosy, proche du métro. Le personnel de l'accueil était très sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux

Pas de lit King size dans notre chambre en tout cas et le matelas était un peu trop mou à notre goût. Jolie salle de douche mais pas de rangements même pour une trousse de toilette

Megfizethető, kényelmes és kedves szállás.

Közel van a központhoz, finom volt a reggeli, kedves volt a személyzet. Késő este érkeztünk, de nem volt gond a bejelentkezéssel. Figyelembe vették a glutén mentes étrendemet, kaptam pékárut is.

l ascenseur bruyant la nuit quand il n y a aucun bruit . Une information dans ma langue sur les transports en commun ( carte transports) dès l arrivée m aurait permis certainement désagrément lors de mon séjour Loin du centre ville si on veut tout faire à pied

Great hotel, exactly what I needed for my stay in Lisbon.

Great location, nearby to metro and a short walk from the centre of Lisbon and attractions. Very modern and great facilities. Room was very comfortable but maybe a little snug if I wasn’t there alone. Staff were helpful in answering my questions before I travelled and Sofia on the desk was also very helpful on arrival. I arrived before check in and my bag was able to be stored until check in.

The balcony and the bed was OK.

Tiny room! The receptionist was insisting I give exact cash, even though it was about 5am and I just arrived in Lisbon. He the said it's only 2 euros for tax as if I couldn't afford it. That was rude...Again I offered my 10 euros note and card. He said he didn't have change and stared at me so, I sat down and told him to do something about it as it is not my problem. Miraculously, he suddenly had change. That was weird. Then I was told I did not have breakfast included by the staff. They said I was wrong, I told them to check properly. The 2nd time there were other people watching and listening and so became embarrassing. Again, I sat down and tried to make light of the situation. I told them to check again and waited in silence through their denial. It voila, they had to admit they were wrong again. I left...

L'hôtel est à 5 min a pied du métro ! Petit hôtel convivial, entièrement rénové et très propre. Nous avons passé 4 jours fantastique à Lisbonne.

Le personnel est très gentil et le déjeuner est vraiment pas mal (surtout le yaourt au chocolat 🙃)

Nous avions eu une forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre qui n'était vraiment pas agréable quand nous rentrions d'une grosse journée où bien dès le matin au réveil. Les finitions de l'hôtel reste à désirer, on sent qu'il a du vécu quand même. La cuvette des toilettes bancale, impossibilité de fermer la porte de la salle de bain/toilette, tapis qui jaunit. La chambre était assez petite.. en soit assez déçu de ce séjour. L'emplacement n'est pas dingue non plus mais enfin c'est une capitale, les prix valent cet emplacement mais pas la prestation. (Surtout en été)

Buena ubicación cercano al metro y al centro histórico, buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable dispuesto siempre ayudar.

Había un olor extraño en el baño pero se solucionaba cerrando la puerta. El resto todo bien.

Weekend alla scoperta di una città particolare.

Hotel di buona qualità, pulito, in buona posizione, colazione ottima. Complessivamente consigliabile, senza aspettarsi cose da favola ma comunque più che adeguato.

La comunicazione del personale, si può migliorare. La dimensione di camere e bagno è un po' ridotta e non c'è troppo spazio per le proprie cose (manca un armadio ecc.).

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was s good size and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the downtown and very safe. Bus at the door, metro down the street.

Bonne exprience même si peut mieux faire.

L'hotesse d'accueil dans la journée, très sympathique et souriante. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner d'une rare efficacité et devancant les besoins. La déco dans son ensemble. La literie très agréable. La douche de belle dimension et douchette + pluie très agréable au retour de nombreux kms parcourus. L'espace lounge extérieur, encore plus appréciable certainement durant les mois d'été.

L'hôte d'accueil le soir. Pas souriant et ne faisant aucun effort pour répondre aux demandes. Le petit-déjeuner au niveau des plats chauds, du fromage et de la charcuterie très bas de gamme. Jus de fruits industriels. Pas de pasteis contrairement aux photos du site. Les ascenseurs limites en taille et facilement HS. Taille de la salle de bains pas compatible avec 2 personnes. 1 personne au lavabo et 1 autre dans la douche OK. Sortir de la douche oblige la personne au lavabo à sortir de la salle de bains. Plateau de courtoisie avec thé uniquement, du café aurait été apprécié.
