The hotel was clean, well priced and in an excellent location. My room was a decent size and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The very thin curtains and no shutters meant that I woke at 6.00am with the dawn each day. Combined with rather hard beds and noisy plumbing in adjacent rooms, my stay was not as restful as I hoped.

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Ystävällinen miesreseptionisti osoittautui illalla loistavaksi pianistiksi, saimme ilmaisen konsertin illallisen yhteydessä. Hienoa!
Kaikki oli hyvin, aamulla respassa olleet naiset olivat tylyjä ja yrittivät maksattaa laskun toiseen kertaan.

Nice friendly welcome. Very well mannered staff.
Price was great.
Nice terrace to have a drink on after a very long drive.
Room & bathroom was spotless. No complaints from us whatsoever.

Has it's own underground car park for €5 per day, good value but took a few 3 point turns to get into one of them
Quite noisy, woken at 7.30am with noise from another room

Extremely good value. Only needed a one night stop on our drive through Spain. Secure parking available for a small cost of 5€.
Breakfast was a little strange. Not detailed in advance and not explained on the day so expected standard continental fare. Although really cheap it was one hot drink, one juice and one slice of toast.

The staff, great people and very friendly.
The property is not confortable. The mattress very hard . They have to change it.

Food was not so good and breakfast (buffet) poor.
Personnel did their best to be kind, but were obviously being trained.
Plumbing was very noisy.
The quality of food was very poor. For breakfast there was only white bread, mostly moulded. No wholewheat nor brown bread. I found 4 thin slices of cheese and 6 slices of cold meat (supposedly to share with everybody). No eggs of any type at all.

The staff (and Iris?) were quite friendly. Hassle-free check-in/check-out. Clean and properly climatized (i.e. no scorching heating nor freezing rooms) It was quite close to where we needed to be (Palacio Multiusos), just a few minutes walking. There are other interesting spots and areas within walking distance. We're not sure if they speak English, but it will be a great opportunity to practice your Spanish.
The rooms were somewhat small but no big deal. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Breakfast was a bit lame but ok. I guess we are used to "heavier" breakfasts and this is why this one didn't meet our expectations, but if you're in for a quick "continental" breakfast it does the trick. If you're planning to stay for a long while we would suggest getting a bigger room.

Friendly staff
Bed very uncomfortable, breakfast limited, not secure parking for the extra cost as stated as they left garage door open all day on Thursday, shower pressure good but very narrow bath to stand in and soaked floor no matter how careful we were

Good location, easy to access off the motorway, very central. Good size room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Whilst the staff didn't have any english the girl in reception printed up a list of what was available in the restaurant in english for us. The parking garage was perfect for our motorcycle. We were within 5 min walk of bars, restaurants and museums. Good value for money.
Everything was clean except the floor in the bathroom.

The set up was looking good
The set up did not meet the service standards and in the room all the dustbins where full from the previous guest and it was not emptied . I was so scare waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them full I thought people entered my room

Location is excellent, staff members were all very nice, our room was clean, nice thick towels, everything we needed was there and perfect for a short stay!
Not a big deal at all but the position of bidet was a bit awkward when you use a basin and a hair dryer(because I’m short) the wall isn’t so thick so the noise could be a problem for some.

The staff was friendly, the hostess even helped me park my car when the spots were too tight and she gave me a good local recommendation of a place to eat! It's also so close to the palace and center of Guadalajara that its easy to walk around.
The breakfast could be improved but was great for what I paid.
