The villa itself is a spacious three bedroom property with great golf course and sunset views.
Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms (share bathroom with bath & overhead shower), one twin bedroom (en-suite with bath & overhead shower).
Description:
Villa Tala is a spacious three bedroom property set in pretty landscaped gardens with golf course and sunset views. The interior features a large open plan living and dining area with a well-equipped central kitchen. The three patio doors lead to the spacious outside terrace which is gated for child safety. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, a dining table and chairs and Gas BBQ. The ground floor also hosts the first twin room which has an adjacent bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The two double rooms can be found on the first floor. They share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Both bedrooms have access to a roof terrace which are furnished with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the great golf course and sunset views.
Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional €315.00 per week. Surcharges may apply, enquire for more details.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: West plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, and this villa is around a 10 minute walk from these facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.
We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.
During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
