About this villa rental

Decorated with great taste and authenticity, completely renovated in May 2015, the house is located in the heart of the vineyards below the village of Gassin, 2 minutes from the beaches. Very functional, the villa offers 4 bedrooms with bathroom and individual toilet . Facing south, the terrace and its pergola overlooks a pretty garden and an individual heated swimming pool. Saint Tropez is 7 minutes away and the beaches of Pampelone can be reached in 12 minutes without traffic jam by the vineyard route.

We had an amazing week at Le Cadran Solaire. It is really well located: seconds from the Wine Shop and The Geant Casino. Close by to beaches and pretty little towns. The house itself feel like a castle! Beautifully decorated with a beautiful pool. An amazing stay. Thank you!

we felt very comfortable. The property has a lot of charm. Artistic shabby chic furnishings. We liked it very much. Only the location is not ideal. Unfortunately it is difficult to walk to Port Grimaud or the supermarket. since the garden and pool have also been created with a lot of love. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Our stay at Cadran was wonderful. We adored the property, the host is kind and very accommodating. Even the pool cleaner was a fine gentlemen, a retired archaeologist. The property is peaceful, quiet, and close to everything. We will be returning

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée et ses quatre chambres, chacune dotée de sa salle de douche / bain, ont constitué un réel atout pour notre séjour familial. La situation de la maison est idéale, proche de toutes commodités et des belles plages. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation au calme, au cœur des vignes. La piscine, le jardin, magnifiquement arboré et entretenu, le coin repas sous la pergola sont très agréables. C'est un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis (nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu !), à la découverte de la magnifique presqu'île de Saint-Tropez. Enfin, merci au propriétaire pour avoir toujours répondu avec réactivité et précision à nos questions et sollicitations avant et pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison atypique et très bien équipée avec piscine chauffée. Nous avons eu la chance de nous baigner au mois de mai sans problème. Décoration soignée, maison et environnement bien entretenus. Maison chaleureuse et bien située au carrefour de Saint Tropez, Grimaud, Sainte Maxime etc. La maison est mitoyenne mais sans vis-à-vis.

Superschönes Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage im Weinberg. Schöner Pool, allerdings unbeleuchtet. Zudem auf der oberen Etage sehr klein mit nur 1 schlecht funktionierenden Toilette. Die unteren Schlafzimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage und teilweise morgens sehr laut durch Nachbarkinder.

What a fantastic place! It was absolutely perfect in every way. We were 2 families staying with 3 children which worked out perfectly as 1 family had the top floor and the other the first floor. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is stunning and the gardens are very well maintained. The position of the house is near to everything despite being nestled amongst the vineyards. It is 10 mins in to St Tropez and the beaches at Bouillabaisse, 2 mins to La Foux Casino SuperMarket and 10 -15 mins to the beautiful Pampelonne beach with all the super beach clubs. Finally, contact with Olivier, the owner was easy and he always replied promptly and he spoke very good English! Also Fabrice, the guy who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will be back. Louisa

Tout du debut jusqu'a la fin a été parfait. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, accueil et suivi parfait de Camille une fois sur place. La piscine est très bien entretenue, eau propre mais pas trop chlorée. Les gros avantages de cette maison sont son charme, ses 4 sdb (pour 4 chambres) et son jardin.

Idéal pour un séjour entre amis et stratégique pour découvrir les allentours de St Tropez

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits et réveillonné la St Sylvestre à trois couples d'amis dans cette maison agréablement décorée avec goût. Le site est calme. Nous avons apprécié l'indépendance de chacune des charmantes chambres équipées de salle d'eau et sanitaires. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à l'hôtel, d'autant plus que le linge est fourni. L'équipement cuisine et salle à manger est plus que complet. Les propriétaires sont charmants et particulièrement la personne en charge de la remise des clés et états des lieux. La situation de la maison est stratégique, entre St Tropez, Grimaud, Cogolin, Ste Maxime et Ramatuelle. Nous avons pu découvrir la magnifique côte via des sentiers de randonnées à proximité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Wir übernachteten hier mit zwei Familien (5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) eine Woche Ende Juni 2018. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Zweibettzimmer, die teilweise bei Bedarf auseinandergestellt werden können. Alle Zimmer besitzen eine eigene Dusche bzw. Badewanne. Es gibt im Haus insgesamt 4 Toiletten. Das Haus besitzt viele Treppen, zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 2. OG. Dies stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar. Parkplätze sind vor Ort vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Anwesen liegt zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und St. Tropez müssen jedoch mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Neben der großartigen Gartenanlage mit sehr großem Pool waren wir sehr positiv von der Ausstattung des Hauses überrascht. Egal ob Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke oder Soundanlage, es war alles vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr modern sowie stilbewusst eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und genügend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu Olivier und vor Ort mit Camille war sehr umkompliziert und freundlich, sodass keine offenen Fragen vor oder während des Aufenthalts bestanden. Wir sind verliebt in dieses kleine Schmuckstück und würden jederzeit dort wieder hinreisen. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und familienfreundlichen Aufenthalt in der Provence verbringen möchte.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison, au design irréprochable et conforme à l’annonce. Tout était parfait, Tant la décoration que les prestations, L’aménagement intérieur est a la fois confortable et raffiné avec sa salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre et sa cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée nous a permis de nous baigner au mois d’Avril. La gentillesse et les conseils d’Olivier, le propriétaire ainsi que l’accueil et la réactivité de Camille font que nous apprécions d’autant plus ce lieu. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner dès que possible.

Wow what a great place to stay ,rest and play .Located smack bang in the middle the Cote d' Azur with access to St Tropez . Port Gimaud was within walking distance and the Gorge du Verdon only 1 1/2 hrs away well worth a visit. It's filled with unique and quirky fixtures and fittings no dought some purchased from the Fabulous Jas Robert flea market near by, The sun and the pool were warm even in mid-September.We would recommend it highly to everyone.

Eine wunderbare Zeit in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben im August 2 Wochen Urlaub mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern (19 und 20Jahre), unserem Sohn (7Jahre) und meinen Eltern in diesem wunderschönen Haus gemacht. Es gab genügend Platz, um gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen und dennoch genügend Raum um sich zurück zu ziehen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Komfort, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist äußerst verkehrsgünstig; wir bevorzugen seit vielen Jahren die Plage de Pampelonne und waren dort in 15 Minuten trotz Hochsaion (Fahrt über Ramatuelle). Die nahe Straße ist gelegentlich zu hören, aber dies ist zu vernachlässigen. Der Supermarkt Geant ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und so haben wir häufig frischen Fisch dort gekauft und im tollen Gasgrill zubereitet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet! Die schönen Schüsseln lassen die Speisen wunderbar dekorieren. Morgens gönnten wir uns Croissants und frisches Baguette von La Tarte Tropizienne (mit dem Auto ca. 5Min., da man 1x im Kreisverkehr außen herum fahren muss).Der Pool wurde mehrfach gereingt und es war Luxus, dass nach einer Woche das Haus gereingt und die Betten frisch bezogen wurden. Zu Gerard, dem Verwalter vor Ort, hatten wir whatsapp Kontakt und seine Kinder waren sofort persönlich zur Stelle bei Fragen, da sie gleich nebenan wohnen. Olivier und Constance sind wunderbare Vermieter, die ihr Haus lieben und stets schnell erreichbar sind. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr reserviert!

On hésite à dire trop de bien de cette...merveilleuse maison, de peur qu'elle ne soit louée la prochaine fois! Car nous y avons passé des jours merveilleux avec nos grands enfants qui préparaient leurs examens dans le calme. Merci aux propriétaires qui vous fournissent le linge et beaucoup d'autres choses, pour que nous nous sentions "comme à la maison".
