The appartment is located directly at the coast and offers a spectacular view of the harbour and the old city of Concarneau. It is very clean, completely and nicely furnished and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils for preparing all kinds of meals which can be enjoyed while watching the ships and boats in the sea.

As soon as we arrived at the apartment we were thrilled to be there! All communication with Gaille was superb and accurate.
The coast walk was beautiful and there was something very special about catching a ferry to the mainland. We spent many hours just watching the boats come and go!

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Lage direkt am Meer mit phantastischer Aussicht perfekt. Einzig das Schlafzimmer könnte etwas größer sein. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Wir sind begeistert.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce bel appartement, sur la terrasse ensoleillée et dans le jardin bien entretenu.

L'appartement est très agréable. La vue est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont disponibles. Le linge de toilette fourni est de bonne qualité. L'appartement était propre et en prime un cadeau de bienvenue. Emplacement sécurisé pour le véhicule. Environnement très très calme. Nous y retournerons.

Location conforme à la description et superbe emplacement.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir admirer la mer à tout moment de la journée et de pouvoir aller nous promener sur le sentier douanier aussi facilement. L'appartement est bien équipé (à part l'absence de lave-vaisselle) et confortable.

Un petit coin de paradis
Logement idéalement situé à Concarneau, vue mer et sur les remparts, au calme. Appartement optimisé dans les espaces, très bien pour un couple. Equipement avec des matériaux de qualité. Les photos sont le reflet exact du logement. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

Cela fait la 3ème fois que nous louons et c'est toujours aussi magique.
Gaëlle et Gilles, les propriétaires, sont très sympathique et très prévenants.
La vue est toujours a couper le souffle surtout avec la magnifique météo que nous avons eu pendant 2 semaines.
Vous trouvant à l'entrée du chenal du port vous pouvez voir tous les bateaux passer très près devant.
Le T2 lui est toujours aussi joli et fonctionnel.

Vous pouvez louer sans hésiter .. les yeux fermés !

On ne se lasse pas pas de cette vue mer magnifique. L ' appartement est assez petit mais bien aménagé. On s 'y sent très bien, au calme et le jardin est très joli. Il nous semble cependant qu'un lave vaisselle serait plus utile q 'un lave linge .
Nous recommandons absolument !

Une vue imprenable, un logement bien équipé et propre, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. De plus, la procédure de remise des clés automatique est très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ. C’est notre second séjour dans ces gîtes. Une très bonne adresse si vous aimez Concarneau !

Très certainement dans le top 3 des locations que l'on a pu faire (et l'on en a fait!), logement très agréable, extérieur avec terrasse sur jardin avec vue sur la baie de Concarneau...rien n'est laissé au hasard, que demander de plus!

Un séjour agréable dans cet appartement en tous points conforme aux photos et au descriptif du site. Les prestations de qualité, équipements complets et... une vue à couper le souffle, plein ouest et à 180°. On vit au rythme des entrées et
des sorties des bateaux du port de Concarneau, le spectacle est devant la porte... n'oubliez pas votre appareil photo et vos jumelles L'appartement est décoré avec goût, tout y est. On s’y sent très bien. Le sentier côtier jouxte la propriété et la ville close est vite rejointe en empruntant le bac. Gilles et Gaelle sont très sympathiques et très avenants, que du bonheur !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Maison idéalement située en bord de mer et au calme. Il est fort possible que nous y revenons. Concarneau est une ville très sympathique. L'accès du jardin au sentier côtier est un plus pour tous ceux qui aiment marcher ou courir.

Detaillierte und freundliche Hinweise durch die Vermieter. Gartenanteil mit Blick auf Concarneau und das Meer. Traumhafte Aussicht. Direktzugang zum Küstenwanderweg. Kleines, aber praktikables Schlafzimmer mit guter Matratze. Mit verstellbarem Lederfauteuil bequem eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Hell und gemütlich. Eigener Parkplatz mit Fernbedienung für Rolltor. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nou avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue depuis la localisation est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et propre. La supérette avec produits frais et de qualité est à 10mn à pied. Nous reviendrons j'en suis certaine.

Superb apartment with amazing views
I highly recommend this apartment. It is very comfortable for 2 people with high quality equipment both inside and outside on the terrace. The outside area is very private and there is direct access out to the coastal path from which you can walk to Concarneau old town via the little passenger ferry. The views out to sea from the apartment both inside and out are unbeatable. We would not hesitate to return.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhaften Ausblick
So wie das Inserat war, war auch das Objekt. Die Fotos auf der Homepage waren schon wunderschön. Sie passten zu 100%. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar, Aufgrund von Corona hat sich der Kontakt leider auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem kleinen Präsent empfangen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und die Bretagne von dieser wundervollen Seite genießen . Vielen Dank für wunderschöne erholsame Urlaubstage!!!

Bel appartement très propre et aménagé avec goût.
35 m2 cela semble peu mais ce n'est pas le cas car c'est fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût.
Une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse mais aussi de l'intérieur.
Le jardin est bien entretenu et agréable.

Emplacement idéal
Superbe séjour passé dans un appartement moderne, très propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié face à la mer et à la ville close. A proximité de la maison, un sentier longeant la mer, permettant de grandes ballades. Des propriétaires charmants et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Tout est bien expliqué,clair. Nous avons l'intention de revenir car nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit.

AU TOP ! VUE MER ENORME !
2ème séjour dans cette location et comme d'habitude tout est parfait. Une VUE MER JUSTE MAGNIFIQUE et juste à l'entrée du chenal ce qui vous permet de voir tous les bateaux (plaisance et pêche) entrer et sortir du port. Logement tranquille à l'écart dans une impasse mais néanmoins à 7 min à pied (par le sentier côtier) de la ville close en passant par le BAC. A la prochaine fois surement !

Genialer Blick - wunderschöne Wohnung - klare Empfehlung!
Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber so klasse aufgeteilt, dass sie viel größer erscheint. Es gibt sehr viel Staufläche und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht.
Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern und der Ausblick ist fast noch schöner.
Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, zuverlässig und antworten schnell.
Absolute Empfehlung! Ganz klar, wir kommen wieder.

Modern, well equipped apartment set in an exceptional location with fantastic views
My visit to Concarneau in September was my third trip to Brittany this summer. Whilst all of my other visits were highly enjoyable this trip was perhaps the most relaxing. The accommodation is modern, well equipped and wonderfully positioned with great views of the port and ocean. The town itself is busy and full of charm and character. The port is a hive of activity for both the fishing fleet and keen sailors. The apartment is private and comfortable. The garden and its secure access to the coastal path at the foot of the garden are a real bonus. Gated parking is also a great positive. The owners were very organised in their communication, friendly, informative about my week ahead and flexible in allowing me access to their property much earlier than anticipated on my day of arrival. This was very much appreciated. All told a great holiday experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would very happily revisit.
