This spacious rambler located in Sun City West is built for fun.
Two bedrooms/Two baths. Large recliner sectional in the Living room for comfortable TV watching that includes ESPN. Game area. New kitchen and appliances. Laundry room. Large screened-in covered patio furnished with Bar and Dining Table. The outdoor patio includes a fire pit, BBQ, Heater, furniture.
This is all in a traditional Southwestern setting.
Wifi and workstation including a printer for those that work remotely. It is an "on your honor" space that each user should leave replaced with ink and paper.
**There is a homebook in the living room that has more community information.

My wife, her cousin, and I visit the Sun City area each year for a ten day golf holiday. This is the first time we've had a VRBO in Sun City West where some of our friends live. The house was magnificent and very clean. We've stayed in some nice VRBOs over the years, but this was by far the best. It is also located close to our friends and many of the golf courses that we play. We would definitely try to rent this house next year if it is available.

This is a lovely home. It is well equipped with little extra’s that pamper the guests. We highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend, a work trip or any time you want more than a motel room.

Really enjoyed our time at the house and in AZ. Very comfortable, very clean, great location, very well stocked in every way. We hosted family from both Sun City & Sun City West for coffee and pastries one morning and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxed time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Even though we had a small issue when we arrived, it was still a wonderful stay, The homeowner was very attentive. Great location and the home is extremely well kept and stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is on the eastern edge of Sun City West. It is very quiet and in a nice neighborhood close to 303 and Bell Road. The house is well stocked with paper products and supplies and has lots of room. There is a nice patio area. The house was very clean and in good repair. It requires some coordination with the owner to gain access to the SCW amenities but she was responsive and worked with us to get that accomplished. The internet was a bit slow at times which affected the TV streaming and my VPN connection, but nothing significant. All in all it was a positive experience and we would stay there again.

Minor appliance required repair took too long to figure out but fair compensation for the inconvenience was returned to clients. This was very good to see , I would recommend VRBO !! 5 star

This was our second (annual) one week stay at this rental, which serves us just perfectly when we are in the Phoenix area visiting family and celebrating a grandchild’s birthday. Very convenient, quiet, and well maintained.

Our stay was everything we expected. Safe and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for the two of us. Really liked the comfortable bed and direct TV with ability to record shows. Only hiccup was we did not receive any check in information so had to call to acquire. Would stay again.

This was a very nice home. Clean and convenient to golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. Check in was smooth. Kitchen was well stocked. The one suggestion that I would make would be to replace the bedroom tv with a larger one and connected to Directv like the one in the living room.

This spacious, lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to many activities in the West Valley. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the screened patio and listening to the sounds of nightfall in the desert. The home is exceptionally well stocked with things most vacation rentals don’t provide…spices, coffee and tea, cooking oil, laundry detergent and much more. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean. Nice that coffee, water and free laundry facilities/detergent and dryer sheets were there. Great neighborhood to walk in. Easy access to Phoenix and suburbs. Very quiet, safe area.

Casa de Cyndee is wonderful. It is in a 55 and older community so its very quiet and peaceful. Wouldn't recommend for younger children but families with teenagers is great. The house has more then enough space and all essentials were there for us to use. You need a car though everything is about a 10-30 minute drive which is basically the state of Arizona. We will be relocating next year and hope to stay at Cyndee's again as we begin our relocation process. Totally was pleased 😍😁

Cyndee's two palms felt like home away from home. We were able to really relax and enjoy our trip. She had wonderful amenities that really made our trip, little extras like full kitchen with small quantities of cooking essentials for our stay. We'd stayed here again in a heart beat if we are in the area again!

I stayed here with my teen son for a baseball tournament being played at several of the training facilities (Mariners, Royals, Reds, Dodgers). This house is 15-30 minutes from all of them. AC kept up with the heat wave and the home was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
