We like the privacy, friendliness of the staff and the location . What we love the most is the country style garden inclusive real farm animals 😊
We missed a little bit of a view but I was made up by a beautiful garden .

Everything. Location, ambiance, design, style of the place. Most of all is the hospitality by Azmir. Really enjoyed our stay, too bad it was just for one night. Will definitely stay here again with the family. For more nights!

Great view of the garden.

Walking distance to many eateries, nice outdoor atmosphere plus cool weather. Acceptable cleanliness and efforts to make our stay comfy
Water seepage, could fall & slip if missed the wet ceramic floor. Its time to revamp with fresh paint to make it look new again. Having only 1 toilet can be challenging for a group of 4 or more.

It will be better if the room is equipt with small refrigerator to keep our foods and drinks i.e strawberry, vegetable and etc.

This hotel is not up to standards. The beds were absolutely terrible, matresses old and metal bed frames cracking all the time. The bathroom is very 'tiny' and the toilet seat is too small for the toilet. Adjoining rooms are very noisy too. We ordered some food at the restaurant. The food (many items on the menu were unavailable) was okay, but no drinks available except water? Also, we could not order any tea or strawberries after dinner, which is quite extraordinary for a restaurant located in the Cameron Highlands. More attention should be paid to the rooms (need renovation) and restaurant service, not only to the garden - which is indeed pretty.

The rooms surrounded by beautiful flower and restaurants are just nearby. Just a walking distance you can get a delicious breakfast. Very strategic location
I travel during school holidays. Room rate considered quite expensive. All the time trafic jammed. 😭😭😭😭

The garden was pretty
The room were smaller and much more basic than we had expected. No coffee nor tea were provided for being in the tea area, it was strange. Shower and toilets are right in the same spot and if you take shower, the toilet get all wet. When we arrived the toilets and the shower area were still all wet, as well. Towels were low quality, most TV channels were not included so we could not see much TV. The cafe was closed for Ramadan, and all other surrounding restaurants were all closed too.

Location. Not busy area.
Food too expensive at the cafe

Spacious room with a mezzanine floor. More than enough beds for a family of 5 with teenage kids. The garden is simply beautiful. Parking space for guests so you can just park your car and walk around the area to go food hunting
A small heater would be nice. Or a small pantry area with a microwave

clean
cctv only for monitoring, no recording. I lost my belongings at night and cannot trace back using cctv
