Mazet 53 m² modern and very well equipped (including WIFI), fully renovated, located in the secure area of Font Mourier, digital code and video surveillance. House very bright, open on 2 private terraces of 25 m² each, one in front of the living room, ideal for meals, with tables and chairs, solar protection awning, garden furniture resin woven with coffee table, armchairs and sofa, barbecue, with a nice view on the hillside with oaks. Since this terrace (1st floor level of the house), is accessed by a large bay in the living room, where you find a large entrance closet, a modern lounge with flat screen TV, coffee table and sofa for 3, and open fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, storage space and casserolliers, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishes very complete. A staircase brings you to the ground floor level of the house, where you will find a laundry / pantry containing 1 washing machine, 1 table and 1 iron, 1 vacuum cleaner, then two bedrooms with dressing room, one with a double bed 140 cm and the other, with 2 single beds in 80 cm (can be paired to make a double bed in 160 cm for a couple). The bedding is of high quality.
Linen included home (including towels), except in July and August: Optional possibility. You will also find on this level 1 SDE with basin and walk-in shower and 1 WC suspended, independent. The 2 bedrooms open onto the 2nd terrace (25 sqm) with stunning views of the villages of Grimaud and Cogolin and a sea view to the side. Coffee table, deckchairs and parasol, you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets on this terrace, very nice for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy a glass of rosé. From the house, you access by a pedestrian path in the middle of the oaks to the pool privatized for the residence, with 2 pools and 1 paddling pool for the little ones, overlooking the bay of St-Tropez. Also in the residence, tennis 150 m. The house has a numbered parking space and private. The field of Font Mourier is a prime location, a few kms from all amenities and entertainment in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, near the best beaches: The escalet, Pamplona, Les Salins or Gigaro in Croix Valmer. Also close to Port Cogolin, Port Grimaud, St Tropez, Gassin, Ramatuelle, you will enjoy all the attractions of this beautiful area for an ideal stay with family or friends.

Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites dans cette appartement qui est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé, à une vingtaine de minutes de multiples centres d’intérêt. Les terrasses sont très appréciées, notamment pour profiter de la fraîcheur du soir. Le domaine est vaste et bien entretenu. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été fluides et très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll. Und auch wer gerne grillt ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den zweiten, schönen Aufenthalt in Cogolin.

Merci à Me JAMMES, la location était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Toutes les prestations ( électroménager, chambres, salle de bains etc) sont de qualité. Le calme de la coline permet à chacun de se reposer, sans un cadre agréable Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung,einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Die Küche ist was für Kochliebhaber, alles was man zum Kochen benötigt ist vorhanden. Auch die beiden Terassen sind im Sommer von Vorteil.Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und fühlen uns jedes Mal richtig Wohl. Vor allem die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend.Der nächste Urlaub in der Wohnung ist schon gebucht. P und B

Super location !!

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, et maison tout simplement parfaite! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, elle super bien équipée et en plus elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve, la vue de la maison sur les collines de Grimaud et Cogolin est à couper le souffle! La description de l'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité, et je dirai même que c'est encore mieux en vrai!! La résidence est très jolie, c'est calme et les 2 piscines sont très belles, peu de monde et une vue sur la mer fantastique. Quant à la situation géographique, c'est idéal car proche de tout. Bref, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est certain car c'est rare de trouver une location avec tous ces atouts. Bravo Sandrine et Norbert pour cette belle maison et pour votre gentillesse. Tout était réussi, la maison est super, la résidence au top, et la situation géographique de Font Mourier idéale. Un séjour de rêve dans une région magnifique. Location à recommander à tous ceux qui aiment le confort, l'esthétique, le calme et la propreté. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité/prix, et croyez moi, nous avons l'habitude de louer des biens, ce n'est pas toujours le cas!!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne erholsame Wochen in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht.Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand.Für Koch Liebhaber ist die moderne Küche bestens geeignet.Die Zentrale Lage war sehr entspannend,man war relativ schnell in St.Tropez und an den Stränden.Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit wieder mieten und können es auch gut weiterempfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns - Ehepaar Anfang 50 - sehr gut gefallen. Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen zu 100% den vor Ort vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Modern, sehr sauber, beste Ausstattung. 2,5 km zum Strand von Cogolin (ruhiger Strand mit Blick auf St.Tropez) und 9 km zu m Strand von Pampelonne (schon lebhafter). Die Dörfer Cogolin (einer der schönsten Wochenmärkte), Ramatuelle, Gassin und Grimaud sind allesamt mehr als einen Ausflug wert.
