Welcome home to this fully renovated vacation rental in downtown Hudson, WI. This immaculate home is just blocks from the St. Croix River, and the fun shops and restaurants in historic downtown Hudson.
This home was remodeled specifically to host traveler. Every effort has been made to provide guests with the comforts of home.

Comfortable new beds (1 king, 2 queens), wifi throughout the home, printer/scanner available, charming 3 season porch, fully stocked kitchen with fresh ground coffee included. Large high-definition televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. This home also boasts an outdoor combo gas/charcoal grill, fire pit, and patio furniture. Guest have access to a washer and dryer as well as a garage spot (upon request).
I always provide my phone number to guests and make myself available as much as possible. I host on VRBO because I genuinely enjoy meeting new people. I am from Hudson and am happy to provide recommendations for anything in the St. Croix River Valley, all you have to do is ask!
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The home is very close to the lively Hudson nightlife bars, but far enough away that it is quiet at night. I require my guests to respect the neighbors, no loud parties or music after 10pm.

The location is just a few blocks from all the downtown activities. The property itself is outstanding, the owner does a simply excellent and thoughtful job in providing everything you need, and even things you didn't know you needed.

We came out for a memorial service, but our stay was extremely enjoyable. Was great to walk a couple of blocks down, say hi to individuals that passed by, wave. Really enjoyed Hudson Tap and Konoke Chocolates in Hudson. If you want to stay in one of the friendliest towns, stay here and walk around. Fantastic. Not to mention the home is so comfortable and quiet. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay longer next time. I could have slept for days on that bed.Lovely time, despite the circumstances of why we came.

We had a great stay in Hudson at this property! Everything was simple and the property was perfect for our girlfriend getaway. It's within walking distance to downtown Hudson where we enjoyed great shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean, cute, and comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Awesome VRBO, such a cute house close to everything in North Hudson. The only recommendation I would make is if there was some way to light the house numbers to see after dark. We all arrived after 6pm and could not see house number. Had to drive around the block a couple of times and get out of car to see an address. Otherwise great trip easy check in and quiet neighborhood.

Our weekend getaway was amazing. This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed at, hands down. If you want to go to a home that has EVERYTHING you need, this is it. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were comfortable, happy, relaxed, and felt that we had found the best place in Hudson. Thank you, Matthew! We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect and walkable to downtown Hudson. We have already booked again for Easter

We were visiting Hudson for a girls weekend. The house was cute and perfect for us. We loved how cozy it was plus being so close to everything! Would highly recommend staying here and have a feeling we will be back!

We have stayed in several rental properties over the years, but none compare to this one for cleanliness and attention to detail. Every corner of this home was tended to with care. We enjoyed the location as it was close to several restaurants and shops in downtown Hudson. The home was comfortable and cozy.

This is my second visit and it won’t be my last. House is adorable with a spacious screened in porch. Everything you could need and want! And when I say everything, I mean it. Two blocks to many restaurants. Highly recommend Pier Five Hundred, nice view and good food and Smiling Moose, more bar atmosphere but really good as well. Knokes is right down the street and it was a favorite for all our sweet tooth needs. Candy, chocolate, caramel apples and ice cream.
Matt is very responsive though I never had any issues.
Can’t wait to come back!

This house is a perfect get away! We were so impressed by how clean and organized everything was! The beds are really comfortable and the house is well stocked for all of your needs! The coffee was delicious and our daughter loved the tea choices. We bought some local honey that was delicious with the teas. We had a blast, there is so much to do in this area. The owner had great communication and great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed over the years. Excellent host! The house is always clean. We love the modern decor and the host goes above and beyond. It’s a short 5 minute walk to town which is easy for the younger kids. We are also a short 5 minute drive from the grandparents. Win win!

This was the perfect stay for our girls weekend! It was walking distance to the river and Hudson’s Main Street, and just a short driving distance to downtown Stillwater. We had all the amenities we needed and especially loved sitting on the screened-in patio for coffee and breakfast. There’s a beautiful yard to hang out in, but we spent most of our time out and about. Communication with Matt couldn’t have been any better. Highly recommend!

Small but very nice 2BR home about three blocks up the hill from Hudson's main commercial district. Both BR's are spacious, comfortable and modern. Close enough to walk, easy access to highway but very quiet. Owner communications were great. Would love to come back during a warmer season!

First VRBO rental for us was impressive experience. Property was clean and well maintained while retaining character and charm of its history and use in a film. Owner was friendly and responsive. LOL: Maid was too thorough and removed checkin instructions but owner was responsive and friendly about it and got it to us quickly. Write up talks about “just leave the mess” but it is a shoes off deal with lots of reminders to keep things nice. I prefer the latter reality but prolly should have brought slippers because there was a heavy snowfall for our January rental. Wife and teen twin boys loved it, too. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return for a longer stay.
