PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Ours is the most spacious floor plan at Hali’i Kai with 1677 square feet, 1930 square feet if include the two lanais. This is a two-story Townhome with the entrance on the second floor, no elevator.
You will enjoy our newly remodeled condo with One-Of-The-Kind Peru Travertine floor, Elegant-Beachy-Color scheme, and many new appliances (update photos coming soon). Our three bedrooms are well separated for privacy,1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, three bathrooms, an open concept great room with living room, dining area, kitchen and two covered lanais, one on each floor.
The gourmet kitchen is finished with tiled backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and African mahogany cabinets. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, making the space ideal for cooking and conversing. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seats six. The outdoor lanai of the dining room has an additional table for four and a gas BBQ.
The great room is furnished with an extremely comfortable L-shaped couch, a large chair, TV and a Bose Bluetooth sound system.
The upstairs master boasts a king-sized bed and its own private lanai with two chaise lounges. The ensuite master bath has dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower. There are shutters over the bathtub that open into the bedroom which allows for the outside light to filter in while you soak the day away. The additional bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed. Please note that the bottom floor of our townhouse is actually the second floor of a building with NO elevator.
We have our own spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, and just about everything that you often want in the comfort of your own home.
Our townhouse is in the Coconut Grove section of the community, near the tennis court, and the basketball half-court.
PARKING: 20G has ONE-car garage that can fit a compact car, where we store 4 bicycles and our beach gear; and one reserved parking space outside. There are also open visitor parking spaces within 50 yards of the front door.

Property location in Waikoloa Village perfect for a walk to Kings or Queens Villages or beach front path to A Bay. Information on excursions and activities were provided. We immensely enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect. It is close to some shops and numerous beaches - but also is quiet and private. The pool is great and the food at the pool was really good. The property was exactly what we hoped it would be and we appreciated all of the items in the garage; boogie boards, basketball, snorkeling gear, etc. Highly recommend!

House is clean and spacious. Location is ideal. While this house lacks a direct ocean view, it’s an easy walk to the pool area that has some of the best ocean views around. All of the beach supplies you could ever need are in the garage. Pickleball/tennis courts are a 2 minute walk away. Operator is great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Our family of four had a fantastic week on the Big Island staying in this condo. The unit is a perfect place to relax and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The grounds and pool area are also very nice and we definitely enjoyed returning there nightly after a day of adventures.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at the property. It was a great place from which to explore the island and come home to. The private residents only pool and restaurant area were so enjoyable. The Waikoloa area has so much too offer. We saw molten lava at Volcanoes National Park one day and snow on top of Mauna Kea the next. Great beaches. You can get day passes to the local resorts for a fee and the beach vendors were great. We just Love the Big Island and we will be back.

We spent the week before Christmas at Hannah’s place and it was fantastic. We’ve had the opportunity to stay at most of the condos in the Waikoloa beach area and this place was near the top.
Hannah was easy to communicate with and definitely one of the best owners we’ve ever dealt with. The unit was spacious and clean. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of beach accessories were provided.
Our only issue was with the Beach club. You weren’t allowed to bring in your own drinks, even water, which seems silly in such a warm setting by a pool. It’s also a bit of a walk from the condo so make sure you don’t forget anything.
We will definitely put this place at the top of our list when we return.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai 20G, it was our kids first trip to the Big Island and we brought their grandparents as well. Property was fantastic to base out of for pool, beach and road trips around the island. Well stocked kitchen allowed for easy mealtimes with kids. So many fun beach toys were also provided which was an extra plus! Owner was also very responsive when we had a bit of an issue with a bed on the first night, they got everything taken care of right away for us! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawai'i! Mahalo :-)

This house was the perfect getaway for my family! Not only was Hannah friendly and helpful, she truly outdid herself with every aspect of the home. The fridge had many accommodations, we recieved a basket full of fresh fruit and treats, and everything was very neat and clean. A peaceful and tranquil vacation to the Big Island
My family and I had an absolute blast staying in Hannah's condo. She was always prompt with communication from time of booking, during our stay and through our return home.
The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a Hawaii vacation. The bikes were great for cruising around the Waikoloa Resort and the snorkel gear came in handy for our trips to 'A' Bay and 49 Black Sand Beach.
The Hali'i Kai neighborhood is quiet and well manicured. The pool (10 min walk from condo and right on the shore) is really great for kids, with multiple separated depth levels. Having a full service restaurant/bar right at the pool is very convenient. The sunsets viewed from the pool were quite spectacular.
We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Hannah, for a great trip.

We can't say enough great things about this place. The condo is beautiful and it had everything we needed. The welcome basket with fresh fruit was a treat. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking each day. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were really soft, and we really can't think of anything that wasn't just right. Thank you for providing the beach chairs and the bikes to ride around the area. We absolutely loved that! The weather on this side of the island was just perfect. The location was perfect for us as we hoped it would be sunny and beautiful...which it was! It didn't rain all week, but was mostly sunny the entire time. 82 degrees for the high everyday and 68-70 degrees for the low. Not sure if temps like that can be beat! What a great place to spend our vacation, just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Hannah...you are awesome and we highly recommend staying at your condo!

Great condo, very clean and well stocked with lots of space for three multigenerational couples. Even my hard to please parents were pleased! Only constructive feedback is there was construction noise in the mornings for two of three bedrooms, and it’s not walkable to a sandy beach. It didn’t bother me and we would happily stay here again.

Really wonderful place
My wife and I and our two little kids loved our nearly three weeks at Hannah's beautiful place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was excellent with communication and information about highlights of the region.
The location is hard to beat, with an amazing ocean-side pool and restaurant/bar and the condo is very spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped. There are so many amazing beaches and sights to see within a short distance.

Wonderful location and amenities
This is an ideal location for a family or couples getaway. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths so you could have as many as 3 couples. The location itself is excellent and the Ocean Club with it's pool, bar, and restaurant is a wonderful amenity to have. The best part is the home itself and all the effort the homeowners make to welcome you. From the beach equipment and bikes in the garage to a fully equipped kitchen, it truly is a home away from home. Really nice touches you don't always get at vacation rentals are the beach towel backpacks, the beach equipment cart, the rice cooker, and coffee grinder. Thanks for everything.

This place was amazing had everything we needed for the week. I did the ironman 70.3 and my family came with me to to watch me race. Everything was so close the ocean, stores and food places to eat. We did use the kitchen and cooked half of our meals. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Perfect Paradise
The layout of the condo with 3BR and 3BA was perfect for 3 "sets" of adults. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen items and various beach items too! The beautiful resort pool is quite enjoyable with amazing views and great food and drinks too. Our excursion day with the Volcano Van was enjoyed by all. Our dinner at the condo with Chef Kathy (recommended by Hannah) was delicious and a highlight of the trip. The sunsets at the pool/golf course are stunning. We also enjoyed sunrise and scenic walks on the path to the Hilton next door. There are many great beaches with a short drive, and the group enjoyed snorkel excursions too. The location of the condo and the communication with Hannah is a definite 5 stars!! We would most definitely return and are "wishing we were there" !

Hannah’s condo is so well stocked, clean, and convenient. It was SO nice to have a garage full of beach items that we could use and did not have to rent. The place was perfect for 5 guests, could have easily fit more. I slept better than I have slept in a LONG time! The pool area is about a 5 minute walk from the condo and has a gorgeous view of the water and golf course. Hannah was very communicative and the check in/check out process was very smooth. Would 100% recommend!

I say this because accommodations really matter to us when we travel. Hannah the owner was extremely organized in preparing us for our travels and our stay in her condominium. She emailed us a week ahead of time with all the instructions regarding our check in and Information on the surrounding area.The condominium is very well stocked. All the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen had every type of dish and cooking utensils needed. There were plenty of beach towels for the beach. It’s also nice that they have coolers, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment in the garage. Both of the patios provide lovely views and listening to the birds in the morning as we sipped coffee was so relaxing. I also might add it was nice that there were plenty of cleaning supplies. We have traveled to vacation rentals before where they only provide a small amount of dish washer detergent or dish soap. It’s nice when you do not have to go buy all of that. There was also plenty of Tupperware for our leftovers.It’s a little bit of a walk to the restaurant and pool but that did not bother us since we really enjoyed the Hawaiian sun. Just mentioning it in case someone cannot walk as far.Overall it was a fantastic stay and we are ever so grateful for the relaxing and comforting accommodations!

Lovely Stay!
This was our first trip after the start of the pandemic. We normally travel every year and had two trips canceled prior to this one. I say this because accommodations really matter to us when we travel.

Wonderful place to experience the big island
We enjoyed our stay at haili'i kai. The place is large with plenty of room for 6. It is also well stocked for anything that you may need. The proximity to the beaches was great. It was a drive but loved hapuna and mauna kea beaches. Also beach 69 and 49. We really enjoyed the pool and ocean club restaurant. We were able to see whales from there several times. Also enjoyed lava lava Beach club which is close by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

location, location, location!!
Beautiful condo walking distance to beach, restaurants, shipping, golf courses. All beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had amazing appliances. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Waikoloa!!
