About this apartment rental
Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak Resort. Located in one of the newest “Village” condominium buildings, the condo is right on the Granny Jay trail, so you can step out the front door and ski/ride right onto the trail. No walking required!
The pristine cook’s kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Relax in the large living area by the cozy brick hearth gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the 49” flat screen HD TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library with several dozen family movie titles, and selection of board games. French doors look out over the woods and trails. The condo has been immaculately maintained and has been updated recently with new comfortable and stylish living room furniture.
The condo is a ground floor unit with the double french doors from the living room opening to the lawn and trails outside. There are 6 or 7 stairs down to the living area of the condo from the main entrance.
The condo sleeps up to 7 people. The master suite has a king bed, 32' flat-screen TV, attached full bathroom and large closet. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk. There is a new queen-size sofabed in the living area. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo is equipped with new built-in ski boot heaters, washer and dryer, outdoor ski locker and wireless internet. Sleds and snowshoes are provided free of charge for our guests at the condo.
The condo does not have a hot tub; however there is a large shared hot tub available at the Pumphouse Water Park for a daily use fee.
We have an identical 2-bedroom condo adjacent to (and above) this one that's also available for rent if your party needs additional space or you are traveling with multiple families. Additional details can be found at Vrbo: 318644.
There is one assigned parking space in the parking lot in front of the condo building. All other vehicles must park at the free covered parking garage at the Tram Base.
The condo is a beautiful place to be in the summer and fall, in a peaceful and convenient location. Air conditioning, a rarity in condos at Jay Peak, is included via a wall-mounted Mitsubishi unit in the living area. The Tram Base and Pumphouse Water Park are a short 10 minute walk away. Many of our guests like to take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs year-round between the condos, Tram Base and Stateside.
Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its exceptional glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for skiers and riders from novice to expert. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many restaurants and bars at the mountain. The "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center at Stateside has a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!

Had a wonderful stay for a quick spring skiing trip. Location was incredibly convenient both for trail access and for being close to the other on mountain amenities. Condo was very comfortable and clean.

Everything you could want. Literally open the door and click into your skis. Take a hard right when you come home, and you can ski up to 10 feet from your own personal door.

Deb’s home had everything we needed for our family vacation to Jay over the holiday week. Though the snow didn’t cooperate for skiing in and out, the location would be perfect if the conditions were right. It was clean, comfortable and cozy with plenty of space and close to all the other activities at the resort. Would definitely book again!

Property was exactly as described and in excellent condition. A friend and I did a short stay for a wedding with this location being exactly what we needed. The owner was easily accessible with check-in, check-out, activities/restaurant/etc. in the area provided to ensure a well informed stay. Would highly recommend and use for future stays.

Deb was excellent to work with. Contacted me back with any questions I would ask. She also emailed the next morning after check in to make sure everything was fine and we made it. Property is as prescribed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. If your coming in for summer check out the cruises out of Newport Vt. Took a Canadian cruise and was excellent. All in all you will not be disappointed if you book this property.

Clean, easy and perfect for a ski weekend at Jay Peak. Grammy Jay trail is less than 100 ft from the door. Walk out the door about 15 ft, put on your skis and it is downhill to the trail. We have teens now, but it would have been great when they were younger and spent most of their day on Grammy Jay and Raccoon Run.

Great ski in and out condo. Literally take 5 steps out the door, put on your skis and you are on the slopes. You can not get more convenient.
The condo is great. The place has a great personal touch and has everything you need. It is very charming unlike corporate owned locations. The owner is great and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was great. The towels were plush and the sheets a good quality, showing attention to detail.
I have stayed at other condo’s at Jay but this one is the best. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo.

When we checked in and for the first day the condos heat was not working properly. They did everything they could, during a holiday weekend no less to get the heat back working. Obviously Vermont in November needs heat, so super appreciative of the owners making sure the issue was fixed, even after the first try was not successful. They kept pushing to make things, good for us as guests!!!

This was a lovely stay, and our host made everything easy for us. From communication prior to check-in to late check-out permission, she was unobtrusive and helpful. The property is lovely, and is fitted-out with everything one might need. Overall, while the basics were there, we also found more than we might generally expect when renting a property. Additionally, it was one of the quietest stays we have ever had, as we commented to one another after our first night's sleep.
The setting is breathtaking in the Fall, of course.
We have already recommended this to friends.

We spent the weekend to attend a wedding. We he condo was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Deb was helpful and quick to respond. The property and views at the resort were breathtaking.

I’ve stayed in a few of these Jay condos, and this one was great. Really great communication from the owner, also the unit was well stocked - dish washer soap, laundry detergent, pots and pans, plates and cups, coffee filters, paper towels etc. It’s really nice when all that stuff is taken care of.

From start to finish this was a wonderful stay. It was even better than pictured. Our family was very comfortable. The spot was easy to find and we had fun exploring the area in the summer. The condo was well appointed and literally had everything we needed. The Jay Country Store and Jat Peak Provisions while pricier than normal food prices allowed us to have some items for our kitchen rather easily.
