Napili Bay location cannot be beaten on Maui, being right on the Napili Bay beach. And amongst the condos there, this was amongst the best of the 4 we have stayed over the years. The lanai faces the beach and you can see the sunset and hear the waves. The condo was clean, bright, well appointed and everything set up for a comfortable stay. The bed and the sofa were comfortable and the lanai had comfortable furniture. The kitchen are was effective and the bathroom was remodeled and newer than typical. Loved our stay and will return again if we have a chance. Deanne was amazing to communicate with and very flexible and gracious. We had a late night flight and she allowed us to stay extra hours without a charge. It ended up being nearly an extra day on the beach for us. Thank you so much!

Great property! VRBO could have made checkin easier by providing the unit number. Lock combo and resort address was provided, but not the unit number. I had to contact the owner to obtain the unit number.

We have stayed in this unit before and came back for a reason. The LOCATION! Napili Bay is our favorite spot on the island and you literally cannot get any closer than this unit! While there are moments I wish there was AC, the trade winds kept things nice and cool once the sun went down!

Deanna’s condo had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Kitchen was well stocked, beach items were in great order, parking was easy and always available. We loved accessing the beach right below and the coastal trail for walks/runs. Bed was very comfy and the unit was very clean. Highly recommended!

The location could not have been better!! The view was sand and water 😍 with a beautiful sunset. We loved the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep… and the cool morning breeze on the porch with cotton candy sky was a dream.

Super well equipped kitchen, all the beach gear was in great shape, right on the beach with just steps to set up chairs and umbrella, and the snorkeling was way better than the snorkeling boat tours!

We enjoyed our short stay at Napili Bay. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great visit.

Napoli Bay is one of our favorites!! Deanna’s place is pure gold- everything you need has been provided: The most epic location, a well appointed space, very comfortable bed, dreamy sound of the ocean 50 feet away and all the beach toys and equipment you need! Deanna is a great communicator - super helpful and responsive to questions and inquiries. We only wish she had room for us in February because we would probably come back for more. You will absolutely be comfortable in this blissful place!!

This place is exactly as advertised. I will say it seemed bigger than expected. Literally everything you could need in the kitchen. Sharp nice knives. The bed was very comfortable. The sand chairs and boogie boards are really nice. The sound of the waves lapping lulls you to sleep. The beach is right off the lanai. And yes sometimes you can hear beach goers as described in other reviews, but it’s not overly loud. And they respect the quiet hours. The owner was amazing. She over and above met our needs. And was very quick to get back with us since we rented last minute. This is a great place to stay for 2. Don’t hesitate to stay here. We loved it.

Good communication with Deanna. She was great and left a nice welcome basket. We actually went into the rental before check-in time and she was very accommodating. Property could not be closer to the beach. My wife kind of complained that the waves were too loud and I told her lots of people pay for sound machines that duplicate the sound of the waves! No AC but it cools off later in the evening pretty well and there are 2 ceiling fans. Awesome stay and beautiful beach. We will try to stay her again when we visit Maui!

I had alway wanted to stay somewhere right on the beach and experience what it's like to be really close to the waves both day and night. My spouse went along and, boy, did Deanna's place deliver. Imagine sleeping on the beach but instead, in a comfortable king mattress one story up. We kept the window louvers wide open all week (the apt has no AC but we never felt like we needed it) and so heard the Pacific Ocean surf in all its moods - sometimes pounding (and loud) and sometimes gentle like waves lapping up on a lake shore. Be aware, too, that during the day you'll hear the assorted sounds of humans enjoying the beach. From the squeals of very young ones to the excited cries of boogie boarding teens. We found it delightful but your tastes may vary. Whenever I wanted a bit of quiet, I'd just sit out on in one of the lawn chairs near the barbecue area behind the building, a very peaceful spot and perfect for reading a good book. We loved the way Deanna has decorated the apartment and you'll have all the cookware you'll need. We also enjoyed meals at the Seahouse (at the bar area since the dining room appears to be booked weeks in advance) and take out from the nearby spots: "Mama's Ribs" and "Joey's Kitchen." Highlights for us was hiking the Kapalua Coastal Trail, snorkeling, swimming, and checking out George Kahumoku Jr's Slack Key Guitar show at the Napili Kai Resort (highly recommended). We thought the Napili Bay Resort was very well managed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and all our neighbors respected the rules. If you are looking for fantastic ocean views and being right on the water then you will probably find much to love about #206. We sure did :-)

Small but well-appointed studio. Right. On. The. Beach. Quiet, although the ocean can be amazingly loud at night. Such problems!!! EZ check in and check out, ocean toys included, nice and clean, everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the property is great as it is right overlooking Napili Bay. The views are beautiful. The only downside is that there are no windows only shutters so you can hear the ocean quite loudly. My girlfriend and I both had difficulty sleeping every night we were there. Having no A/C made it pretty hot during the day even when it was relatively cool outside. For the price, I’d try to find a place with actual windows and A/C next time even though the views and location were excellent.

We had the most amazing vacation spent on Napili Bay! Deanna’s condo has the most incredible view of Napili Bay, the best sunsets, and it’s right on the water. Deanna’s condo was great for the two of us, and supplied all the water toys you could ask for. This place is a gem, and we will definitely be back! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay on Maui, thank you SO much Deanna!

Such a wonderful place. You will sit on the Lanai and constantly pinch yourself and say is this real? The beach/cove has everything you could possibly want in one place. There will be other beaches that might surf better/snorkel better, but I’ve never seen a beach do it all really well. Snorkeling? Fantastic, sheltered off to the right by SeaHouse. ‘Swimming pool’ area of water to just chill? Right in front of you and to the immediate right. Great boogie board waves? Kids/beginners halfway to the right/SeaHouse; more advanced, to your right by the rocks. We split out vacation between here and the Westin Ocean Front Villas (we got a sweet deal for putting up with a timeshare presentation) and we are saddened we didn’t just stay here the entire two weeks. Deanna, our hostess, was the best!!! We are already dreaming of next year!!

All I can say is Wow! Napili bay was amazing. This room was perfect in every way and Deanna was awesome. All the amenities you need were provided. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Staying in unit #206 was an absolute dream. The sound of the waves and view of the ocean was amazing. We had everything we needed and the beach was just steps away. Parking was free and always available. The kitchen had everything we needed. Deanna even left us a lovely gift basket with awesome Maui/Hawaii treats. The bed was comfortable the the pull out couch turned into a queen bed for our 2 nine year olds. The water was the perfect temperature. We used the towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel stuff that was all available for our use on the lanai. It was just steps to the 808 board shop to rent anything we wanted. The market down the street also had all we needed. The walking trails were also close by and breathtaking. We cannot wait to come again. We will definitely book again. One note-no air conditioning. But the ocean breeze cooled our room down in no time.

We have stayed at Napilli Bay in the past and we love this location. This was our first stay in #206. We enjoyed the welcome basketl of goodies. The kitchen has everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The best thing about this condo is being right on the beach. We hope to come back soon.!

Beautiful beach, never too crowded. The condo was perfect great for cooking. We used the beach chairs everyday. Went to sleep with the windows open and the waves pounding. A really great spot

Don’t bother reading the reviews and just book this gem already! You fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean and it takes you less than one minute to walk from the kitchen to having sand in your toes. Stunning views and the perfect amount of space for two people. We loved our time here and hope to make this an annual trip!

Napili Bay is the perfect location. The complex is well maintained, has two barbecues and laundry facilities. Unit 206 is clean, comfortable and well equipped for cooking and going to the beach. Deanna is very easy to work with and always provides a basket of goodies upon arrival. This was my third stay in this unit and I look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Deanna's condo #206 and loved it! The bed was super comfy and the shower amazing! Condo was well supplied with whatever we needed to make breakfast and a few lunches. Balcony is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast and for pre dinner cocktail while watching the sunset. At first I was a bit worried about no air conditioner since it was so hot during our stay (88-90 days) but with the two extremely quiet overhead fans and all the open windows we slept better than our other two stays! The crashing wave sound was like music to sleep by! We used the beach chairs and umbrella daily but beach in front of condo was shady until about noon so barely needed them. Deanna also left a welcome gift which was very generous and appreciated! Highly recommend #206!

This property exceeded our expectations! The view is amazing and there is private access to the beach with a wash station to clean off after you are done. There are a ton of beach items provided including snorkel gear, chairs, and a beach umbrella. This place had everything we could have possibly needed and more. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable Napili Bay apt. Host was quick to respond and super-helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
