About this apartment rental

Homely family apartment with WiFi, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos and the popular Vista Beach and Playa de Los Cristianaos Beach. The beach has golden sands with all the usual amenities such as sun loungers, life guard station, volley ball courts, toilets etc. The sea is gently sloping and shallow providing plenty of paddling and swimming. It is safely divided from boats and a roped line of buoys prevents access to the wider sea. Alternatively if you are after some livelier waves for surfing, the Los Americas Beach is only about 20 minutes walk along the promenade towards Los Americas.

Nearby there are lots of lovely bars and international restaurants offering local dishes and a wide variety of cuisine to suit all tastes. The nearest airport Tenerife South is a 25 minute car journey or about 30 minutes on the local bus with a 10 minute walk from the main Los Cristianos bus station to the apartment. A taxi fare is approximately 25 Euros and the bus fare is about 5 Euros. Each of which can be found just outside the airport terminal. The bus numbers which get you to Los Cristianos are the 111 and 343.

The two bedroom apartment has an amazing 25m² south facing balcony which enjoys full sun for the majority of the day. It is accessible from both the lounge and master bedroom. There is a private community pool with sun loungers within the complex.

From the entrance to the apartment you walk into the open plan living space. The floor is covered in traditional tiles throughout. On your right is the lounge with a chair and sofa for seating; a dining table and chairs, sideboard and TV. This leads onto the balcony through double patio doors. At the back of the lounge is an archway providing a view into the kitchen, which is great for entertaining or keeping an eye on the family whilst cooking/preparing meals. The fully fitted kitchen has all the standard items of crockery, glassware, pots and pans, cutlery etc. With a full sized fridge, freezer, oven, grill, washing machine and sink.

The master bedroom has a double bed. It has ample storage with fitted wardrobes. The room benefits from lots of natural light from the double patio doors leading out on to the balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and is at the rear of the apartment.

The bathroom has recently been refurbished. It has a large modern shower cubicle, toilet, sink and bidet.

Great experience - In 2024 we stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks (also been here in 2023 :-)). The view from and the space on the terrace is superb with quiet surroundings. Close to beach, restaurants, bars etc. We got all good information about check-in. We will definitely come back, maybe in summer 2025.

Lovely apartment beautiful views. Only downside is the hill. Walking down lots of steps if you are not physically able but we always got a taxi back up only 5 euros. Local taxis great don’t use uber much more expensive.

We stayed here 2 weeks in summer 2023. Great experience! The apartment is in beautiful and quiet surroundings, where the view from the terrace and the space on the terrace is superb. It is close to the beach (10 min. walk), restaurants, bars etc. Before arriving we got all the information about check-in. After a week there was a changing off linen and towels. We will definitely come back.

Just returned from Apartment and it was as described and more , very much home from home , views incredible, we walked down all the steps in front of Apartment in about 5 mins to center of town , brings you out at the church , always taxi back up as we usually had shopping , under 5 euros, brilliant , didnt walk up the hill at all , was very steep , water dispenser was so handy Highly recommended

From the time we booked until the time we left the apartment everything was super professional and extremely well organised. Directions to get into the apartment, using the facilities including pool were outstanding. It really was like having a home away from home. Great for small kids, very quiet and safe. We would highly recommend this property. The water dispenser in the apartment block was really helpful.

Stayed for 9 nights. Apartment is in a fantastic location and very well-equipped - including fans in each bedroom. Pool was great and never got too crowded. Location is approx 10-15 mins downhill walk into town and then beach. (It is easy to get taxi back up the hill near the church if you are carrying heavy shopping or it's just too hot to manage the steps!) Views from balcony are incredible - mountains all around and view down to beach. Los Cristianos is full of great restaurants - would especially recommend Gradi, La Piazzeta and El gato Cani. For days out/trips - would suggest Siam park / two hour boat trip to see dolphins & whales Our host was fantastic and very promptly answered any queries prior to the visit and a very minor issue, during our stay, was dealt with within a couple of hours. A great stay!

In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen gemeinschafts Pool und eine große Terasse. Wem das Treppensteigen zu anstrengend ist kann den Aufzug benutzen. Bis in das Zentrum von Los Christanos sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Man ist schnell am hellen Sandstrand von Las Vistas und der langen Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Für den Mietwagen haben wir in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Beschreibung und Bilder stimmen. Voll eingerichtete Küche, die wir gut genutzt haben Neues gutes Bad. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Der Balkon ist gross und bis nachmittags sonnig. Der Pool der Anlage ist noch länger sonnig, groß und ruhig. Oft waren wir allein dort. Die Wohnung ist einen kleinen Fussweg von Läden und Stränden entfernt Der Heimweg führt die Anhöhe hoch. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung hiermit gern weiter.

What a great apartment with fantastic views. This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would suggest though is some cupboard space for groceries as we did a lot of cooking. It’s a great size for a family of 4 and the balcony is not only a great size with dining and sun loungers but also has the sun all day and amazing views which is a fantastic bonus. It’s about a 10 min walk into town and a 10-15 min walk to local beaches and there are 3 to choose from. The complex has a lovely pool and if you go early or late you usually have it to yourself. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It is close to everything and is a great price. If I come back to los Cristianos I will definitely come back to this apartment. Lorna the owner made everything very easy and we were given lots of information about the apartment and local area. Highly recommend for couples or families.

What a great place is up quite a steep hill we took our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter the walk down to Cristianos centre took about ten minutes with buggy taxi back was £3.50 the apartment is outstanding big balcony child safe Lorna &mike have a little gem here it’s on the 3rd floor but a lift is right outside apartment plenty of eateries nearby supermarkets in centre views from apartment are amazing looking forward to staying here again we stayed January 2019 temperatures average 24degrees day 15 night jungle park well worth a visit hint take a packed lunch you will stay all day that much to do there free bus from outside Arona hotel Lorna & Mike have left a lot of useful information on notice board in kitchen which you will find useful all in all fabulous place we have stayed in Cristianos/ Playa Américas numerous times this is the best private apartment we have rented well done

Very nice flat with all amenities necessary for a great holiday. Beds very comfortable and terrace south facing, so lovely to use all day and into the evening. An awning available if necessary to ward off the sun !

Short walk to everything restaurants, bars, shops, beach, perfect! Its up a hill to get back to, as the majority of these apartment blocks are so if you don't want to walk it, just get a taxi back for 4euro incl tip. Local taxi rank easy to find. local taxi firm come to the door within mins too if you want one to go out. Well fitted out inside, especially the kitchen, everything you need is there. The balcony is a big bonus, including sun loungers so you can soak up the sun. A lovely view of the harbour and the sea. Brilliant communication from Lorna the owner and her house keeper who lives close by will help with absolutely anything you need to know. Stay nearby for low key nights out or a short taxi ride gets you to Las Americas, if you want more lively nights. I highly recommend this property.
