We love Yaffo and we were just in the center of everything. The hotel is quiet although we were in the center!

עיצוב יפה מאד חדר גדול
לא היתה מכונת קפה
מקרר קטן מאד ולא קר

Location is great, but is was really hard to find the entrance. I expected hotel or something close, as it is called boutique hotel ) but its a 10 (something) rooms "casa particular" with zero people at reception when i arrived
Wifi is terrible - i had to use my roaming sim plan for internet connection. Cleaning people and reception guy (who arrived on monday) were entering my room without prior knocking and no matter - "do not disturb" sign was on. I have no idea why did reception guy came. He looked friendly and positive but completely meshuge (insane) with wierd crying or laughing for few seconds time to time 😂 I got used, so wifi is the only thing that should be fixed. Meshuge guy at reception is a local touch.

Nice place, nice staff
4.3
The place is decent. Problems with utilities ie coffee machine. Location is excellent
The bed was too hard. Coffee machine with ants. In the room coffee machine does not work
4.3
The location, design and hospitality is great!
The internet connection is pretty low and instable.
4.3
Very beautiful place, good position . FREE COFFEE AND WATER

We liked the location of the hotel, just a short walk from Jaffa old city, the beach, Shuk Hapishpeshim, Shuk Hakarmel, Neve Tzedek etc. The room was comfortable and the personal very helpful and friendly.
4.3
the room was lovely & lots of light with super high ceilings and windows with a comfy bed. The hotel is really nicely designed and decorated and in a great location - easy to get to the airport and into town. Great views from the rooftop terrace too
the rooftop was great but in the middle of a redesign. there was a washing machine but it wasnt working (but totally wasnt expecting there to be a washing machine at the hotel! there's a laundrette close by anyway)
4.3
Perfect location, great value for money
Poor wifi, windows cannot be opened
4.3
nicely decorated room. big room
the room and bathroom were only superficially clean.
4.3
location and price
no parking
4.3
Location hard to find due to small signage. Received entry codes late. No elevator. Rooftop pictures on website deceiving.
The area surrounding the property for blocks is pretty sketchy…trash everywhere…I believe there was a garbage strike.
4.3
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for visiting Jaffa and Tel Aviv, the hotel is cosy and the staff is very kind.
Will definetely consider the hotel again for a stay in Jaffa.
4.3
great location, very nice that a full automatic coffee machine was there for an early morning cappuccino before starting the day
it was fairly warm, for my Dad a bit uncomfortable
4.3
Location was phenomonal right in the heart of Yaffo and close enought to Tel Aviv. We didn't have breakfast
4.3
The location is good, the bed was comfortable, the house itself is locally authentic with high ceilings and painted floors.
The maintainance isn't good. The coffee cups in the room were dirty, there was an espresso maker but no espresso capsules, the water boiling pot was dirty. There's a coffee station in the hall, but it's dirty. The reception was supposed to be .
occupied 9-19 but mostly wasn't.
The guy that answered the phone to welcome us was impolite and kept remarking about the price I paid as if I was at fault for getting a good deal on booking.com
4.3
It is a nice hotel. the room was quiet nice and comfortable. Staff that I talked to on the phone was nice.
there is very little signage and the property was difficult to locate. There was no staff on site and everything was coordinated via email and messages. There was construction being conducted outside my room on an adjacent property that was quite noisy until late in the evening.
4.3
Although negatives prevailed, the space of the room and the furniture were ok.
I ordered a room with balcony, view onto the old city, but the room had no balcony and no view on the old city. There is only a small reception at the entrance, availability of the personell here is only several hours per day, no breakfests. Capsles in coffe machine were not being completed.
4.3
Early check in was super convenient! The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was in a central location in the old side of the city.
4.3
Nicely renovated interior. Great location. Walked to all of the major tourist locations - Jaffo, beaches, Carmel market, etc. 24 hour store across street. Free street parking at door to hotel.
No complaints
4.3
Location to Jaffa Old City and room size excellent. Other features were adequate to poor.
Housekeeping - stained bedspread, poorly fitted sheets, inoperable air conditioning, bar fridge not working, no soap, no coffee/tea/sugar for coffee machine, dirty glassware, poor quality towels. A 2 star hotel experience expected in some regional motel. Undeserving of the monies paid.
4.3
Location
- Very noisy street with lots of traffic and bars just below the hotel
- Dirty rooms haven't been cleaned in months. Packs of dust everywhere.
- Infested with ants that climb on the bed
- Clogged bathroom sink
4.3
Location and design of the appartment. Free coffee.
No wifi in the room. Wifi was in the lobby.
4.3
Dirty sheets with hair on pillows...although they changed them, I was appalled.. bathroom also dusty.wifi signal in room terrible...told to sit in lobby as signal there was better!
Very disappointed. Not worth the money at all.
Terrible pillows.
4.3
Good localisation, nice rooms.
No reasons to complain about.
