This apartment is a modern 2 bedroom apartment, close to the Estoril beaches and Casino gardens. BBQ.
Decorated with influences of the sandy beaches and Atlantic ocean, be sure to find a smooth and harmonious ambiance with unique décor elements and the different color scheme of blue, green, grey and sand.
You will certainly feel at home within this beach safe haven, which sleeps 6 & has a full equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, 2 bathrooms and a private parking bay for a small car.
The Space:
The concept of Urban Beach apartment came from the proximity of this lovely holiday home to the beautiful Estoril beaches and its urban setting. The apartment has been decorated in keeping with this. Within the different areas be sure to find themes influenced by neutral sandy colours which contrast with blues, greens and greys, like the sand, sea and rocks.
You’ll find Urban beach spacious with lots of natural light and many beach(y) influences such as the unique art on the walls along with other decorative elements. Each area has its own personal touch.
This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
The twin bedroom has a large window with lots of natural light but also offers electrical shutters so you won’t be disturbed by light in the morning, air conditioning and has a built-in closet. Here you will find the blue tones which will remind you of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom, has an en suite bathroom with 2 large windows and access to its own personal deck where you may find a small table that seats 2, ideal for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day; this room’s décor is influenced by the fine sandy beaches.

We will give you a proper welcome on your arrival by meeting you with the keys at the property and showing you around.
The Neighborhood:
Urban Beach Estoril Apartment is located within a friendly family oriented area. The property is found within a 4 apartment complex and on one of the connecting back streets that lead to Estoril. Near the apartment you will a coffee shop, a few meters down a mini market (near the parish council) where you will find direct access to paredão, known by the locals, which is the beachfront pathway that connects São João do Estoril to Cascais - worth the walk and along it you will find different beaches, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located 7 min walk away from the Estoril Train Station, where you will also find the bus stop with connecting routes to Cascais, Sintra.
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

After 23:00 - €60.00

Property was properly portrayed in the listing.
Very convenient location, a little busy/noisy, that's the price to pay for being so well located. Minutes from praia da Poca or Tamariz. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, paredao, Casino.
Very clean and functional. For a long stay could probably use a little more storage (bathrooms/kitchen).
I would book again and will recommend to friends and family.

Super clean, well equipped and good location. Cassie was responsive and helpful. The birds over the patio were our only complaint.

Adoramos o interior do apartamento, bem equipado (sentimos falta de um espremedor de sumos, mas compramos um em plástico - deixamos lá), tudo muito organizado e bem decorado e o local é muito seguro. O anúncio não descreve com exatidão por que não revela que o apartamento fica entre duas ruas (frente e fundo) onde os carros passam frequentemente, inclusive à noite. Para além do barulho há tbm a poluição (o chão fica constantemente com poeira) e falta de privacidade quando as janelas estão abertas, mas nada que atrapalhe muito! A nossa experiência foi no inverno, porém no verão não haveria como manter as janelas fechadas, ainda que haja ar condicionados em todos os ambientes. Quem tem automóvel vai sofrer um pouco com a vaga de garagem: temos que interromper o tráfego de carros para conseguir abrir o portão e em seguida estacionar o carro.

Estoril Summer stay
Overall our experience was very good. The property itself was amazing. Location is great as well although we didn’t get a chance to do much exploring. Description of parking space would have been helpful we had a larger car and had a bit difficulty with parking quick enough before automatic gate closed. We did love the apartment itself would stay here again. .

Great apartment, handy location
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the apartment. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we appreciated Cassie's thorough showing over.
It's in a great location, we had a varied holiday split between the nearby beaches and getting the handy train to Lisbon/Cascais. Ideal for entertaining our two teenage sons.
We weren't bothered by the traffic noise, more the fact that whenever we went anywhere having to negotiate crossing the busy road.
The apartment itself is really well appointed and very spacious.
A new house has been built in the plot alongside the apartment so the view is now partly obscured, but you can still see the sea. The photos need to be updated.
