This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range.

NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security.

The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

I had really high hopes for this rental; unfortunately, our experience ensured we would not return to this location again. The description of the property wasn't accurate; I understand that they put their best property on the listing, but the property we got was dingy, outdated, poorly-cleaned, and the communication with the resort was very poor. We arrived to check in at 4pm with two young children in tow only to be told our room wasn't ready. One of the main reasons we wanted to stay here was to use the pool on the property that first evening and to use the kitchen to cook our dinner. I couldn't get a straight answer about the time the room would be done and was told I would be contacted when it was ready. Instead of using the facilities, we ended up having to find dinner in town, pushing my younger son's bedtime much later than we wanted, and it wasn't until I finally called them three hours later that the resort confirmed we could check in. The outside of the cabin was filthy – there were bottles, old clothing, and other trash strewn about the front porch. Inside, the carpet was dingy, the kitchen outdated, and we found old food and somebody's used eyelashes in various rooms. We had reserved this location thinking one of the rooms had two beds – one was intended for my elderly grandmother. However, we received a second room with a queen size bed, which wasn't optimal. The front desk staff were also rude – overall, disappointing.

everyone passed the blame We booked in Feb for 7 night paid in full and never stayed in the place we were promised plus one night short..It seems no ones holding the accountability for it. xmas mountain blames you you blame xmas mountain and our experience was horrible.. I will never recommend vrbo or xmas mountain to anyone. Also not done complaining yet because someone broke a lease agreement for a 7 day stay and ripped us off

It took us 45 minutes to check in because they had low staff! Besides the hot tub not working and long wait for checking in, it was a trip of a lifetime! The cabin and location was perfect! Will most definitely be back 😊

THe reservation for a cabin was not sent to the vacation place correctly. We were placed in a townhome with a ton of steps. I specifically wanted the cabins because of my disability and of having a 4 and 5 year old with us. Luckily, the management at the village was kind enough and had a cabin open and changed us. I may not use this service again if this continues.

I planned my trip 2 months in advance. I got a message right before I left for my trip saying they did some overbooking for the last two nights of my tues-sunday stay but no worries they will figure it out. Got there and it was a totally different place then advertised online... And we had Other family was also staying on the property to meet up with us for thurs-friday for a family reunion. but me, my mother, daughter and granddaughter got told sorry u have to go somewhere else the last two nights...REALLY? Vrbo found us a hotel in the same city but we still had to pack up and move to another hotel room the last night!! I even ended up being put in a dog friendly hotel and I am deathly allergic...ended up sleeping In my car from not able to breathe cause my lungs were closing up from having previous dogs in my hotel room.

I planned a spring break trip last year of 2020 Because of Covid 19, I had to cancel. I did not receive a full refund for the first trip I received a voucher. I was giving a voucher to come back within 12 months. It was hell trying to book again. The second time I scheduled the trip I was told that I had to pay again when booking to use the voucher and that upon check-in I would be credited. I received a credit back that was nowhere near the amount I paid for the first trip. "I paid for the trip twice" Vrbo maybe again but property management is a big fat NO! The resort Christmas Mountain was great.
