45 minutes from Perth CBD and only 10 minutes from Mandurah, this river front 2 storey property has 5 large bedrooms with queen beds, and a smaller bedroom / nursery with a porta cot and single bed with access from the master bedroom.
This well-ventilated house has large living areas with views of the Murray River, below ground pool and a private jetty to moor your boat too! The rear of the house opens out to a Shady large grassed public space where kids can run around or throw a ball! Heating and cooling to living areas and master bedroom, Pedestal fans in all other rooms, under cover parking, additional parking for boat, Foxtel connection and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. River access to estuary and ocean via Mandurah cut.
We would love to accommodate your pet on your holiday too, but only if approved by us at the time of booking. A Pet fee will apply if approved and included.
If its wide-open spaces you crave, then this is the holiday home for you! This is NOT a regular canal home; it is on the actual RIVER!! You can watch the dolphins, ducks and boats go by, as you chill in the rear verandah sipping your favourite drink while the snags cook on the barbie, or you can fish/crab off the private jetty. I booked this house for a weekend stay and had a lovely time. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and lounge area, and the gorgeous views facing the canal!

The house is very spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the big kitchen, and the seperate areas of the house to chill out, and jetty to throw a couple of crab nets in. Especially loved the pool too. It had everything to make our stay comfortable. Host Sonya is very responsive and checked in to see if we had settled in ok once we arrived, which was lovely. We will be back. Loved it!

We five guys aged 70 plus have been meeting there for seven years and loving it. We put dropnets in at the private jetty and sit on the back veranda having afternoon drinks with the beautiful outlook on the Murray River. A grassy flat with shady trees leads to the river which has a multitude of river traffic and therefore providing a splendid and relaxing scene. As evening draws on we barbecue our dinner whilst watching and listening to the passing party boats on the Murray. An excellently equipped house and I strongly recommend a stay.

Great location and house suited our large family group perfectly. An older home as mentioned but large and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and handy having the jetty to tie up a boat. Would happily stay here again.

Myself, my family, our friends and their family stayed here over Christmas and what an absolute joy it was! We were delighted to see that Sonya had already set up a Christmas tree for us. The property is huge and has everything you need, conveniently situated right on the Murray river where the kids would go look at the crabs every morning. We were even fortunate enough to wave at Santa going down the river on Christmas Eve. The property itself is great and has endless amount of things to entertain the kids, from the pool to the board games, foosball table, piano and we even got to roast marshmallows over the fire pit. Overall we were thoroughly impressed with the stay and would 100% book again! Thank you so much for accommodating us and our dogs Sonya! ❤️

We all had an amazing weekend the fire pit the water and the whole home was perfect. The home felt comfy and we settled in easily into the home feeling like we were in a tranquil oasis. Sonia was great with communication and we had everything we could ask for .

Another great place to stay with our family for our annual get together. Place was more than suitable for us. A great spot by the river, with very close access to quiet boat ramp as well.

The house is in a fabulous location and the layout is perfect for a holiday home. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and the presentation of the house. Being located so close to the river meant endless entertainment for the kids and the opportunity to take long walks every day. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious well-equipped house in a great location on the river. Mozzies are friendly in the evening, so pack your repellent (some was also supplied at the property).
Sonya the host was excellent with communication during our stay and also gave us a late check out. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic.

Spacious place with basic amenities. Loved that we could enjoy the fireplace and firepit. Games were abundant though some parts missing. We enjoyed playing on the foosball table. Pool was a bit dirty but we didn't go in as it was too cold anyway. The house itself was a bit old, though I'm told Sonya is planning renovations. Sonya was a pleasure to deal with, responding quickly to my queries. There were no towels on arrival and Sonya rectified this reasonably quickly and was very apologetic for this oversight. All in all, a pleasant stay

Spacious house in a great location
6 friends stayed here for a 5 day golf vacation. House was spacious and clean in a great location on the banks of the Murray River. Excellent communication with the host. We’ll most certainly return in the near future. Highly recommended.

Paradise on Murray is correct Title
We had a great time at the Paradise on Murray. The house is old, but where it lacks in quality finishes, it certainly makes up for it in location, facilities, space and comfort. The lounge/living/dining/kitchen is huge and you never feel like you're on top of each other. The fire place made for a cosy place at night to watch the footy on the big smart TV. The outdoor areas are very nice and relaxing as you look towards the river. Having the private jetty was awesome for us to fish and crab from as well as moor our little boat to, to go exploring the river and canals.
The host Sonya, was excellent! Very accommodating and responsive when we needed to contact her about a few things. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay there again if an opportunity arises. Thank you Sonya.

Large house with everything you need right on the river
This house is very big and spacious, perfect for a group of friends and families. 6 ladies had a girls weekends away and it was lovely that we could all have our own bedroom. Fireplace was lovely at night. The views of the river are wonderful. It is an older house but it has everything you need. Kitchen in really well equipped. Use of the pool was great. Shower pressure is not so great but you can still manage to wash. Kitchen fridge isn't huge but they have a second located in the laundry which can be used, as well. Sonya was easy to contact and responded quickly. All bedding and towels were clean and comfortable.
one thing to consider is that there are heaps of mosquitos in the area due to proximity to the river.

Great Location
This place is perfect for a big family to stay. Love sitting by the river to watch sunset. Kids had a great time feeding ducks and fishing. Very roomy and clean couldn't ask for anything better great relaxing break. Thanks Sonya

Great Location
Big, very comfortable/clean but dated home with lots of open areas for a group. Great public open space in front of property down to river and private jetty. Outdoor areas/gardens including the pool area need a bit of TLC. We had a very good three days and the kids loved the area and walk to the cafe to get an icecream and it was special for them to catch fish and crabs from the jetty

Great Location. Short walk along river to Pelicans Cafe. One of our favourite spots to have breakfast at. Walkable also to Sandy Cove Tavern. Another great drinking hole with great food. Thanks for having us

EXCELLENT LOCATION.
Great location on the edge of the Murray River. Having our own boat, kayaks for the kids and private jetty made all the difference. House is very well presented with tons of room and facilities. Pool got some use but more so the river at this time of the year. Walking distance to coffee and the best fish and chips. Two great eating venues 3 minutes away. 5 minutes to a modern IGA in case you forget anything. Our 3 night stay was too short. If available, we will be back.

Paradise on the Murray
We loved our stay at Geoff's house it is in a perfect location so close to Pelicans cafe which does great coffee and food. Close to the Sandy Cove which did an amazing lunch. The house is so spacious and the pool was an added bonus. The cleaners were so lovely and friendly even driving to our next house to drop off a few things we had left behind. Thoroughly recommend and will be back

We had a great time and accommodation was excellent. Great river view and excellent location especially if you have a boat as the jetty comes in handy. Geoff was in touch to make sure we were comfortable and that we had no problems which made life easy.

Amazing! Great house for our family.
Great house with large open common area was nice for our family to hang out together. Right on the river, such a pretty view! We were able to throw in some crab pots from the jetty. Overall amazing stay, would love to return again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Geoff was a fabulous communicator and all that we needed at the property was available. More than enough room for the two families (4adults, 5 kids) and was obvious the place was very pet friendly (we might bring ours next time)! Thanks for having us - we would love to return again.
