Guests love the views and peacefulness of the Berry Patch condos in the Aspens. This western themed, 2 bedroom condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. The queen master bedroom on the main floor has a full bath and laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a set of lodge pole pine queen bunk beds and a second bath. There is also a small reading area in the loft. The main floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 and a living room with a raised hearth fireplace. In the summer, you'll enjoy sitting on the deck observing the abundant wildlife roaming about.The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

Everything was great. The property managers communicated excellently and responded to questions right away, even on weekends. They provided all of the information needed about the unit, access code, and area information to make our arrival, stay and departure worry free. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit was exactly as advertised and was very well equipped. It made our stay very relaxing. We would definitely book this unit or another through the property management company - Rendezvous Mountain Rentals!!

Great location with market, bakery, and restaurants nearby. The moose encounters within the property were a nice surprise. The bedrooms and kitchen are cozy; adequate for a few nights (we did have 4 adults and two toddlers). Nice views from the window seat in the living room. Would stay here again.

This condo is located in the Berry Patch, The Aspens. I've been staying in The Aspens for over 30 years. The location gives unobstructed views off of the patio and wildlife abounds. It's quiet with walking around The Aspens perfect.

An amazing stay, property is on the outside of the development so you have a great view of the woods. Convinient getting to/from Jackson Hole for skiing. Plenty of space for people to sleep. Kitchen was a bit narrow/tight but still worked out great.

Very nice property. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living area. Loved that wood and starter for the fireplace was provided. We had no hot water after the first day of skiing so no one could shower. It was after 5 so I followed the directions to report the issue. I was never contacted about it and the next day we had hot water. The chain lock was broken but we felt very secure. The outlet in the main bathroom was not working so the hair dryer didn’t work. Again it was after hours when this was discovered and there is no human contact for help. The check in/out process is excellent as was the communication via text and email prior to our stay.

It was a breeze to book and find. The condo is beautifully appointed, especially the galley kitchen. The bedroom furniture is too big and it’s very awkward to access the beds. Replace this oversized furniture and we’ll be back.

Liked the floorplan and amenities. Only issue we had was that the TV/Cable was challenging to use (input needed to be fixed and this wasn't obvious in instructions given. However when we called property manager they were able to address this).

Visited Tetons in June & it was unusually warm for the area that week. Condo was great as a home base for the end of the day. Quiet neighbors and Staff was very responsive to door access issues on doorknob on Day 2. Overall, enjoyed the stay. Two items: toaster didn’t work but couldn’t confirm if plugged in behind the frig due to tight spaces in kitchen; light cancelling shades in both bedrooms would be great since the sun rises sooo early and the rooms are stark white.

My family of four really enjoyed this unit for our 3 night stay in Jackson. Pictures were very accurate. Loved the different seating areas - my teenage daughter particularly enjoyed the upstairs reading chair, and my son liked sitting on the window seat and watching the birds and deer feeding below. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Property management and all the communication was top-notch as well.

We’ve stayed in this unit twice in the past two years. The location is ideal to be near Teton Village but in a less touristy setting. The back deck looks right into the mountains. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bathrooms updated. We’d come again.

Best location for the price! Only a few minutes to Teton Village and about a 10 minute drive to Jackson. For the price it can’t be beat. Staying at either the Teton village or Jackson for this size property is easily 3-4 times more expensive. Has a cute market at the entrance to the Aspens that has all you need but you certainly pay for the convenience. Fits our family of 4 comfortably. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely come back.

The Aspens is minutes away from Teton Village and a short drive into Jackson. This specific condo has 3 queen beds so no one had to scrunch into a twin. Kitchen had tons of spices and they were kind enough to leave a couple of packets of laundry detergent - and the washer/dryer are brand new. Comfy furniture and extra blankets to cozy up with on the couches.

This condo was a great find for our family of 4 skiiers. The window seat was a favorite place to unwind for the teenagers, and the condo is only a few miles from the slopes. The neighborhood moose was a bonus (from a distance, of course)!
