Great Place to Stay, near Beach and Cagliari

The place is ok, in a great area to go everywhere nice in Cagliari. The room has got all the stuff we need, also a mini fridge, so we can keep things cold. The local is very central.

Because is very close to a main street, with a lot of traffic, who has got trouble sleeping (like me) can be a problem, with a lot of noise, anytime at the day and night...

Perfect stay

It was a good stay. the beach is close, close to lots of good restaurants a nice bar close by. Rental of electric scooters🛴 recommended with the Bird application (for the day) to move around all of Quartu Sant'elena. The owner gave us advice and is accessible for any questions and further assistance. The rooms correspond to the photos. The place is relatively quiet and Cagliari is easily accessible by bus (tickets via the CTM busfinder application). Coffee machine available and capsules available in the room, no breakfast but fridge available to put everything you want. Grocery store next door, small coop supermarket as well. Also bar just opposite for breakfast. We recommend taking a trip to the L'Arte del mare restaurant and the nearby pizzeria. We recommend taking the train and bus to get there from the airport.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ideal for a couple, bed was comfortable, nice lighting. Beach 10 min walk, shop 2 minutes, free parking in front of the apartment or on the side street.

Maybe add more cups for drinks, add cutlery and microwave. It's close to the main street, so a bit noisy from the traffic. Fridge is only for a few things (it's small). Oterwise excellent!

The location was great, easy walking distance to the beach and also restaurants in Quartu Sant'Elena. We booked a small room with a bunk bed, but it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very welcoming.

Location is good , supermarket around and several restaurants and bus stop connecting you with the beach and city center

The room was very very small (8m) if you're claustrophobic don't stay here because apart from the room being too small, there is no windows!! We paid 165eur for 3 nights in a room where we couldn't stand at 2 on the floor- that's how small it was.

clean place, good facilities, expensive for what and where it is.

it was clean , it had coffee, shower was good, Giovanni was good,

Andrea was just okay with customer service. it’s actually quite a bit of walking distance from the beach, and the taxi ride from airport with no much was like 38€ ! which with both ways was actually more expensive then the hotel.

Hochwertiges, preisgünstiges Zimmer nahe Stadtstrand Poetto!

Well-refurnished rooms next to the Poetto beach! We searched for an affordable but good accomodation for one night and our expectations were exceeded! Andrea welcomed us warmly and friendly. Our room was very clean and in a perfect condition. As a result of the refurbishment, our room seems stylish and of an high quality concerning the materials. Especially the bathroom is high-quality craftmenship. Thanks! We would come again, even for more than one night.
