We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the street if you have a trailer and the garage was a very nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best Vrbo's we've stayed in. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, and little extras that made our stay very comfortable. The location was great! It was just outside of the main Moab area which kept us out of all that busyness. Getting to a store only took a few minutes.

Check-in put a damper on our stay. Very unwelcoming. It was 106+ degrees on the day of our arrival. Check-in was at 4pm and we arrived at 3:50pm. Due to the extreme heat we wanted to get the fresh groceries into the refrigerator/freezer. We were planning on just dropping off the groceries and then meeting up with the rest of family. The minute I started unloading the groceries (maybe a few minutes after walking through the front door)I was bombarded with multiple VRBO and text messages from the host. The messages pretty much scolded me for being early and inconsiderate. I spent the first 20mins of my stay having to respond and apologize for those 10 mins. The cleaners then showed up after 4pm to finish up on cleaning. There were also issues with the A/C. The property was a steady 78 degrees the whole evening even when it was set to 69. Reached out to the host and was told it was due to the hot weather and it may take a while. That’s it. Spent the rest of my vacation wondering if we were being spied upon and worried that I would received more messages. I have never felt so unwelcomed by a host, ever. Wonderful unit but cannot recommend due to the host’s unwelcoming attitude and the creepy feeling of being spied upon during your whole stay.

We were only in Moab for 4 days but this condo was the perfect place to cool off after a long day of hiking. The accommodations were just as advertised and had everything we needed.

We spent 4 nights at P3 and couldn’t be happier! Two families of four re-connected after a couple years and enjoyed the national parks in the morning and a late afternoon swim in the community pool each day. Kids’ room can sleep 4 in bunk beds and two other bedrooms slept the two couples. There was even a high chair and a pack n play for the 1 year old. Perfect set up! Our kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you! Please note that 8 is the maximum number of guests allowed at P3. This worked perfectly for us. Brooke (Host) was very responsive and alerted us as to who to contact locally if issues arose. We will treasure the memories and choose P3 again if we return to Moab.

We loved staying at this property! It was located just South of downtown Moab close to all our outdoor activities with some great views of the canyon. The owner was super awesome and gave us great recommendations. This is THE place to stay!

House was beautiful, clean, and cozy!! Perfect for myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. Even had a pack and play and high chair for our toddler. Pool and neighborhood were great. Beautiful views from the house. Close to all the shops/restaurants in Moab, which is a very cute town! Would definitely recommend this house!

In a residential village with community pool. Nice home, interesting vaulted ceiling. But can't walk to town or shops, must drive. Apart from that it was comfortable and spacious. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience due to the owner's strict rules and a fraudulent charge. While the location and property were as advertised, the owner imposed unreasonable rules, such as leaving the garage remote on the kitchen counter or paying $100, not using the door code too many times to avoid notifications, and leaving a tip. We were a group of five friends traveling from Denver through Rio Grande and Aspen to Moab on our way to Bryce and Salt Lake City. We booked six accommodations, four through VRBO, including this one. We checked in at 11 PM on May 29th and checked out at 8:15 AM the next day, staying less than 12 hours. On June 1st, I received an email claiming a $300 charge for smoking in the bedroom, despite it being a non-smoking facility, and alleged we used perfume to cover the smell. This accusation is false. None of us smoke, and we would never smoke indoors. We are all MS graduates and a responsible Indian group. It seems the owner tried to scam us, possibly due to stereotypes or to cover cleaning costs. I blocked my card and reported the incident to VRBO customer support, who assured me they would contact the owner and follow up. I strongly advise against booking this property. If you do, be extremely cautious to avoid being scammed by the owner. This experience has marred what should have been a pleasant trip.

This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us.

This place was exactly what we wanted and needed, and we didn't even use all the amenities. Very clean and the two king beds were a bonus as that is hard to find for two adult couples. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to Moab but have some peace and quiet!!

This place has it all. It is South of town in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highway, but far enough away not to hear it. We loved our stay and will be back.

Our stay was great. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. The pleasant surprise was fusball and basketball on the garage. The house location is very convenient. The only minor problem to mention is the unit just mber was not included in the instructions; we had to navigate in the darkness trying to locate our house. Other than that - 5 ⭐ experience.

Property was a little hard to find in the dark, but we were looking for the address. Once we figured out it was not marked with the address and just the unit number it was easy. Property was in excellent condition and clean. Amenities were as described and even a high chair for our baby, which we forgot. We typically travel with all babies needs. There were a great selection of DVDs and even Lego duplos that all my kids, even the baby could play with. The bed pillows are the only constructive criticism. Down pillows aren’t great. They go flat. And the other pillows were fairly flat too. That was pretty minor overall. It was a great property that we would definitely stay at again.

Overall the property was great. The location worked. Two things I didn't appreciate was the comment about the front door. It said everytime the door is open and then locked the home owner received a text. The second was the ring doorbell located by the front door. Unfortunately this was also the patio, so it felt like someone was always listening and watching us. Great for security for the home owner, but not so comfortable for the renter

Great views from the patio. Clean and well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is that the small bathroom is very dimly lit, and could be a little brighter. Convenient and short drive to town and National Parks. Would recommend.
