This beautiful Craftsman-style, four-bedroom, three-bath home is only minutes from the UO and Hayward Field, yet is tucked away in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood, a three-minute walk from Laurelwood Golf Course. The house, built in 2007, combines a classic Craftsman exterior style with a modern interior and modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system.
The kitchen features a walk-in pantry, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a five-burner Dacor gas cooktop, microwave, and convection oven. There is a maple butcher-block kitchen island with two bar stools for informal eating and chatting with the cooks. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, condiments, and spices.
The kitchen and dining room have a lovely hickory floor, while the living portion of the great room is carpeted. There is a cozy gas fireplace, as well as a large flat-screen TV. Just off the dining room, there is a wooden deck with a dining set and a natural gas grill.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room form a great room that is an inviting space to together, while the four roomy bedrooms and three bathrooms offer privacy. One bedroom and one bath are downstairs; three bedrooms and two baths are upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a granite countertop, as does one of the upstairs bathrooms. The en suite master bathroom (upstairs) has twin sinks, a travertine tile floor, a custom tile shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. The mattresses are high-end models and are very comfortable.

There is a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. The living room has Xfinity television service. The bedrooms have small TVs with Roku streaming service so you can use your streaming services, such as Netflix. A Blu-ray disc player is available for hookup as well.

From the back entrance of the house, there are three steps leading to the first floor. Once in the house, guests sleeping in the first-floor bedroom have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and deck without having to use any stairs.
Eco-friendly soaps, detergents, and cleaning products are used in the house; most are unscented.
Recreation opportunities abound, including some within walking distance. In addition to nearby Laurelwood Golf Course, a hiking trailhead at the end of the street connects to Hendricks Park, with its famed rhododendron garden and 3 miles of forested trails. You can make day trips to ski, raft the McKenzie river, view the Pacific Ocean from the giant dunes at Florence, or mountain bike on the famous singletrack of Oakridge, home of the Mountain Bike Oregon Festival.
You can charge your electric car while at the house with a regular wall outlet or a level 2 EVSE.

Also note:
We do not book back-to-back rentals. The house will remain vacant for at least 29 hours between guests so that it can be ventilated and thoroughly disinfected.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! House was so clean and has many nice touches like comfy couches and lounge chairs, plenty of nice, thick towels and high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, bedrooms have comfortable beds and each person can have two pillows! Alex was super responsive and accommodating as well!! We enjoyed every minute of our time💯!!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again! We stayed for UofO's graduation and it was absolutely perfect. We had family dinner there a couple nights and the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. The gardens were beautiful and house was very clean ad comfortable. In a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this house again!

The property and house were beautiful and the space perfect for our group. The dining table and patio table were perfect places for leisurely meals and games. The surrounding area was beautiful, with ample options for walks. Beds were comfy, coffee and other niceties were provided, and communication was great with our host.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We felt comfortable right from the start. All of the home instructions and amenities were perfect. We enjoyed using the large, well-equipped kitchen to make a meal for our local college kids. Thank you!

Spacious house. We were able to comfortably fit our crew of 7. Easy access to the university with a "bonus" of being able to walk right by Prince Pucklers to/from the track. Alex was responsive to questions and everything was smoothless.

We all enjoyed this property very much. The location is wonderful - a very quiet, charming street. Just minutes away from a few neighborhood eateries (gourmet ice cream, wood fired pizza), and a big park. The home is very spacious and well laid out. It is built with quality, and has comfortable furniture and beds. The master suite is enormous. It is very clean, and well-stocked.

As all of the positive reviews have stated.. This home is beautiful and was very comfortable for my family and siblings. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals but never one with so much attention to details and we’ll stocked amenities. Communication with the host, Alex was quick and helpful! My family didn’t want to leave :) We would love to stay here in the future for our regular travels to Eugene.

This is a great house for visits to our UO student. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, very convenient to the university. There was a slight hiccup to the check in process as far as accessing the door code, but quickly remedied via text with the property manager. No excessive check out chore list that I have seen with many other properties. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future visits to Eugene.

Such great communication with the host, everything was better than expected and the layout of the home worked great. We had 4 couples, with one having mobility issues so the main living bedroom was perfect for him. Loved the location. If we have another Sisters weekend, we will definitely return to this place. It's a great house and a great location. Very quiet and comfortable. A group of us stayed there while attending the football game for the weekend. Everyone enjoyed the time there. If there was one thing that I would say could have been better about this stay, it would be better pillows. Most all of the pillows were nearly paper thin. Outside of that it was perfect.

Our stay lived up to all expectations. The photos and descriptions in the property listing were all accurate. Neighborhood was very quiet but close to everything we needed during our stay. The home is beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed and more. Spacious and inviting. The home can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 with room to spread out. The host was prompt with responses and provided us with all the information we needed to gain entry and make ourselves at home. The check out list was reasonable and easy to complete. Our experience was great. We absolutely loved the home and how convenient everything was! The information book was very comprehensive with tips on restaurants, grocery stores, places to visit, etc. There were amazing trails a walk from the house. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The internet was reliable. We did not use the Roku, so cannot comment on that.

This property is well stocked and very comfortable. The house is much larger than it appears on the website. Three small families shared the house for a week and everyone had all the space they needed. Kitchen is amazing! When we are back in Eugene, we will definitely look for this house again.

The friends who stayed in this house agreed that it was remarkably "homelike". It was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and the fridge even had a delightful array of condiments. The appliances were in excellent condition. The bathrooms were well supplied. The towels were soft! The beds were very comfortable. Each second-floor bedroom had a fine view. Decorations--wall hangings, pictures, etc--were very tasteful and well-selected. Having a charging station by the garage was particularly because each car was all-electric or plug-in hybrid type. The house numbers were large and easily visible to identify it even in the twilight when we arrived. The neighborhood itself was attractive. Feeling very safe allowed for pleasant walks. In short, this was the best VRBO we have stayed at.
