Welcoming Historic home in Old Town St Charles. Within walking distance to Main St. Lots of restaurants, cute shops and entertainment

Host double booked and cancelled our booking less than 24 hours before check in. Do not trust her.

We travel often and are always looking for a clean place to stay with all the bells & whistles. By far this place has been the best. It was just a few blocks from Main Street St. Charles. We brought our bikes and were able to ride the Katy Trail. The place had beautiful natural wood throughout the house with amazing lighting. Everything was updated. The bed I slept in was very cozy. The weather was great so we sat outside on the patio in the morning and evening. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Was there for a wedding , so not there long, but in close proximity to many things, some of which we didn’t get to do, like enjoy the river.

I really enjoyed being so close to historic Main Street and the Katy Trail. Downtown St. Charles is truly unique. Rachel was timely in her responses with any requests that I had.

The home was close to the downtown district making it a very convenient location for us. The home was warm and inviting. The furniture was not overly comfortable but suitable. The home was clean and smelled fresh. You could tell it was well maintained :)

We stayed here for a short weekend return to the area for a HS class reunion. The house had everything we needed. It is on a quiet street in a quiet historic neighborhood. Didn't know it at the time of booking, but it was just one street from where my grandmother lived when I was a child!

Family Stay
We stayed at such a lovely home for the past few days! Everything was perfect! I loved the area, shops, food, and extra fun places to visit! Thank you so much for such a smooth stay and we would love to come back one day!

Cute property
Cute property, nice neighborhood, only downfall we had was it took a full two days for the temperature downstairs to get below 73. It stayed close to 77 during the daytime. The upstairs has two bedrooms with only one window unit air conditioner. There was a door in between the two rooms you have to leave open to cool the other room. All and all still a fun stay

Cute place in nice area
Property was very clean and it seemed that every detail was taken care of. I can't express enough how nice it was to have more than one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. so we didn't need to run to the store for basics. The shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom was a plus and I absolutely loved having real hand soap pumps at all the sinks. You really know how to make a family feel at home away from home! Thank you so much for all of the little things! I can't forget the kcups either - thank you!

Very clean house!
Ceilings are very low. Stairs are very steep both inside and outside the house. Also, we had no water the first several hours we were there. There were men working on the pipes outside.

Great choice
The house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family reunion. Stayed with my parents, husband and kids (1 1/2 and 4 1/2). Everything was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely return.

Vintage property in a cute neighborhood
Clean, quiet rental duplex. In good repair, and owner very responsive. Good neighborhood. Stairs are steep and bathroom is at the bottom of them. Ceilings on top floor are a little low, but I am tall and found them manageable. One room has no closet. Has basic cooking equipment, but no spices or other edibles (probably due to health dept requirememts).

Beautiful Historical Home
For an older home in the historical district of Saint Charles, this house has been kept up and beautifully modernized while still keeping features of its old world charm. It is comfortable and cozy, and fit our family of 6 very well. The house was very clean , appliances worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be booking this house again for our next visit.

Wonderful 2 bedroom home, walking distance from old St Charles Main Street. G
Great little house for couples or small families. The close proximity to Main Street made it an easy and enjoyable walk for shopping and meals. I would recommend this home to all of my friends who visit St. Louis and St. Charles.

Quaint house in a great location
Very cute and comfortable house for our group of 4. Its walking distance to St Charles Main St which was very convenient as we enjoyed Oktoberfest without the hustle of driving.

Great weekend option
We stayed here for the MO' Cowbell Marathon. Great option for access to the course and great food/night life options. Main Street has some pretty cool places to walk around and hang out.
The house is pretty neat seeing as how old it is. I do have to say, the beds aren't all that comfortable. They're just really stiff with no box springs.
