About this house rental

Come and stay at our spectacular beach house in a highly desirable location. It is located in the heart of Carolina Beach - just one block from the beach and boardwalk and steps from all restaurants. Our house has 3 bedrooms - 2 queens and 1 king. WiFi is provided to our renters along with smart TV’s. Our house also has 2 full bathrooms. On the back patio we provide a grill and a fenced in yard. We provide all bed sheets and towels at no additional charge. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, and utensils. The kitchen also includes a stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. A full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. In addition to the front living and dining area, the house has a back living room were the adults or kids can watch TV, play games, and read. We are one block from the Carolina Beach boardwalk which boasts a variety of entertainment, shops and restaurants - and just blocks from the Marina. Our house is kept very clean, updated and is pet and smoke free.

Our family enjoyed everything about this house! Just a short walk to the beach and other attractions! My son loved going across the street to the Pancake House! So convenient! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed..loved the stainless steel pots and pans! Jenn and Jeff were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

We love this property and will absolutely come back again next year. The condition of the cottage is great, the location is absolutely fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. I loved the little side porch for easy hosing-off after the beach.

This purple beach cottage is adorable and great for a beach stay. It’s updated, clean, and location can’t be beat. Walkable to all the great things to do in CB. The owner is very responsive and helpful! We had a very minor shower drain issue and they had it fixed pronto. The gated side yard is perfect for just wheeling in your beach gear without having to drag a bunch of sand into the house. Beds are very comfortable, the water pressure and a/c work great. Fast internet and a well equipped kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!

Enjoyed visiting this cute little house at Carolina Beach for 3 nights. We were able to park the car on arrival and didn't move it for several days because everything is so convenient. It is in the middle of a lot of activity so you'll need to be okay with some street noise. The first step out of the front door is a doozy, so be careful. Using crosswalks, it's 2 blocks to the Boardwalk and 3 blocks to the sand between your toes! Public areas near the beach have outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook). Private porch for morning coffee. You cannot see the water or beach but it's and easy stroll and the price reflects that. Bring your own beach stuff.

Very cute small house, roomier than it looks from outside. Great location 2 blocks to boardwalk and beach. House nicely updated, decently furnished. Master bedroom has king bed and in-room bathroom. Newer appliances and washer/dryer. Provided linens a nice touch. All about the house was nice. Owners need to supervise their cleaning crew better, however. Overall things were good, but we had to sweep the floor in the kitchen - looked like it was simply missed. Wastebaskets weren't emptied, and when I opened the refrigerater my hand was met with some kind of sticky crud on the handle - not a good first impression. These are small things, easily fixed, but if the first impression of a property is that it's dirty or carelessly cleaned, it could be a deal breaker. Just a heads up for the owners: you have a really great place. Don't let a careless cleaning crew ruin it for you. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless, and would certainly rent your place again. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the ease of doing business with Jennifer. She was very accommodating to our vacation dates and responded quickly to all my messages. The home is quite lovely and located in the center of town. Very close to the ocean and to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. I am very thankful we found this gem and hope to stay there in the future while visiting Carolina Beach.

Great location! We stayed at this property last year and loved it so much we booked again! Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked a few meals at the house. Has a fenced in outside area that was great for our grandson to be able to play outside with worrying about traffic, etc. It was also nice to be able to pull our wagon in with our beach things and just park it for the next beach outing. We walked to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and the beach. The laundry facilities were very useful. The bedroom/bathroom layout of the house works well for us. Jennifer and Jeff were great hosts!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this property. and will continue to come back. It's always so clean and comfy. The owners have added new bedding and rugs, and it's the ideal place to stay if you want to park your vehicle and walk everywhere during your trip.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute three bedroom cottage on Carolina Beach. Cottage was clean and well appointed. We only used our car when we visited Carolina Beach State Park for a beautiful walk along the river. We would definitely stay here again.

What a PERFECT location for a little family getaway! They only time I drove was to grab some groceries, otherwise everything we needed was within walking distance. The house was clean and wonderfully decorated, with plenty of cozy pillows and blankets. LOVED the abundance of windows! I would 100% stay again.

You have a beautiful home. It is a very relaxing space, beautifully decorated. And as close to everything as it was, an oasis and quiet inside. Loved the patio, perfect place for relaxing over a cup of coffee and any other time of day. I do agree with another reviewer that if you have mobility issues, this would not be a good listing for you.

The house itself was great on the inside however if you are handicapped or have someone who is it's definitely not accessible for them. The front is a little to high especially for a short person. I fell going in the front door. My mom and Aunts had to go through the side of the house which wasn't much better especially with their walkers. The house is located in a great location. While we were there I was made to move my vehicle so they could change out the pole when I asked where I could park for free till they changed it out I was told I had to pay for parking.

Loved how close it was to the beach and a great little coffee shop around the corner. I was worried we were so close that we would get noise at night but no issues. The ceilings are a bit low - be careful if you're tall. We were fascinated by the layout and thought we figured out where the original house was and what was added. Owner responsive to issues and even kept us updated about the hurricane status. Did find it annoying that the tv doesn't turn in the front room so it's not optimized for watching from the couch. We used the back living room most.

I almost don’t want to share how much we love this place because I want to make sure dates are available when we want to come back. This is our second stay and we just love it. So convenient to everything including the beach. All the living spaces are just what we need for our family of four. Plenty of room to spread out but comfy spots to snuggle in as a family. TV in the back den is fantastic. Kitchen is well stocked. The front steps are steep, but we found that we enjoyed using the side door as our main entrance so we could leave our sandy shoes on the deck. We rented beach cruisers from pleasure island rentals around the corner and kept them behind the gate. Was so fun to ride to spots all over the island. But also having two parking spots right in front of the house, made it easy when we wanted to go further. And Jennifer is a joy to work with. Very responsive and kind. 5+ stars!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. It's an ideal layout, and the whole space is super comfy and inviting. We love being able to park our cars and walk everywhere. We had some minor suggestions from our last visit, and they put them into place. I'm coming back again in June and have this house bookmarked as a favorite beach getaway.

This property is in a great location. Beach with 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants nearby. Ice cream place, the Celtic Creamery, with great Irish butter pecan ice cream that is to die for near by. Jennifer was a pleasure to rent from. Really cared about my input and helped us out with recommendations. We will go back when we can and stay for longer!!!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. The location is outstanding as it is just steps away from many of our favorite places to eat--coffee, ice cream, sushi, breakfast, and more all within a super quick walk. Great proximity to the beach. And the home itself is very comfortable. All of the beds were great and the divided living space made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The sofas were very comfortable which is often not true with many of the rentals we have had in the past. Parking was so convenient with two spaced directly in front of the house which made unloading and loading so easy. Lastly, Jennifer was VERY helpful, easy to wok with, and prompt in responding. We will definitely stay again.
