Located in the heart of it all, Arrowhead 15 is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a Deep Creek Lake getaway with friends. You will love being able to walk to restaurants, a full-service market, the movie theater and nightlife!

Easy lake access and lots of community outdoor space is a true highlight of this townhome. The wooded grounds give the kids plenty of room to run and play. The expansive shoreline offers breathtaking sunrise views for the early birds in your group.

Keep your boat at the dock so that it is ready and waiting to cruise the lake on sunny summer days. When you return you can gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows under the stars.

Step inside the main level to find a sitting room with lots of natural light and access to the the deck where you can sip your morning coffee and make plans for the day. The well-equipped, galley style kitchen has everything you need to make delicious homemade meals. The dining area has sliding doors that lead to the deck, so barbecues are a breeze!

Upstairs, you will find a private primary suite with a queen bed, TV and skylights. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a little quiet time when you want to unwind, and the jetted tub is an added bonus.

Area and check in/out process was great. Overall cleanliness was pretty good but definitely needs a deep clean as there were cobwebs everywhere and moldy shower upstairs. Kitchen and main living area was in good shape. Biggest issue was the middle level bedroom had no blinds or window coverings on the windows and could see directly in with no issues from the outside! Had we been there with a larger group it would have been a significant issue. There were also no blinds on the back door on the middle level. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows because the bed coverings were not in the best shape. Hallway closets were super cluttered and messy - not an issue because we didn’t need to use them but it was unappealing.

The property was so convenient. Could walk to the hony hony bar and unos. Lake view was stunning. The shared fire pit area was nice to use. The property was clean with modern amenities. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again!

We just stayed at this property for a NY break and we enjoyed it a lot. The location was great and close to everything. The house was clean and everything was just perfect. The beds were comfy, and the size of the bedrooms was perfect. It is not a big place for a big family. We enjoyed it a lot and will be back in the summer.

The home was very clean, and the location was fantastic. A short walk to the market or restaurants. The lake was practiclley right out the back door. The only problem was the sliding glass door on the main living level was next to imposable to open and close, which made it dificult to enjoy the rear deck.

Reviewer Comments: The place was much smaller than expected, a board front was missing in the kitchen. there was a lot of pealing paint on the deck, and the grill was filthy. No AC, which was challenging during the record-breaking hottest week of the year, but the property manager installed a standalone AC unit and fan, which helped. Pet friendly. LOTS of poison ivy to avoid on the short walk to the lake. It is on a "cul-de-sac" cove of the lake, which is narrower, but wide enough for plenty of lake activities and boat/people-watching. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay.

We were able to keep our boat right at the dock which was a wonderful convenience. It’s a quiet location, which made spending quality time with our children more special. Being spoiled with A/C back home, this was our only adjustment we had to make on those hot days since the townhouse didn’t have A/C....but that it why you have the lake, right? To cool off 😉😊 We plan on renting this property again!
