This house, a family heirloom, was built on a plot of land that contains remains of the past (dry stone walls, hunting post, underground cistern ...) and which today offers a beautiful villa well equipped for the comfort of holidaymakers.

“Villa Terre-Brûlée”, has a pool house (summer kitchen, bathroom and WC), 2 terraces with garden furniture and a 2,350 m² park, fully fenced for children to play in complete safety (while the adults relax in the sun on the deck chairs or play a wild game of pétanque on the finely sanded and shaded boules pitch)
On the ground floor you will find: the living room (sofa, HD TV, blu-ray), decorated in the colors of the sea, a beautiful kitchen and well equipped, a very cozy independent living room (sofa, TV HD, blu -ray), the room 'Mimosa', the 2 rooms 'salmon', a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will sleep in the room 'Lavender' with its adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. It opens onto a balcony with a magical view of La Ciotat bay.
All rooms are equipped with closets to allow you to empty your suitcases and actually settle.

We had a fantastic week at Jean and Christiane's beautiful villa. The house has all the space and facilities we needed for a family of five. We had great fun cooling off in the pool on the hottest days, and enjoying the gorgeous view down to the ocean. The outdoor cooking and eating area was great for evening meals. The location is ideal, whether it be for a stroll to the old village to buy croissants, a hike up into the hills, or a short drive to the beach-front cafes in La Ciotat. Thanks to our hosts for an all-round excellent experience!

We had a lovely time thankyou and it was good to be able to use the excellent BBQ area and the pool in mid October!! Ivan was efficient and responded very quickly when we had an issue with sheets that smelt musty.

The photos of the house give a good idea of what to expect. Two spacious double bedrooms, two smaller more functional bedrooms and another room with a folding sofa bed. As a family of 6 adults this enabled 5 bedrooms. However more important was the feeling of space all day with the large dining room opening onto the large longer balcony. And the large space next to the open air kitchen which we used every night, (the indoor kitchen is smaller but has everything you need). We loved the trees and view of the sea, and appreciated the options of where to be around the house and garden. The pool was lovely for cooling off and messing about, very clean and refreshing. Lovely walk straight up the hill ridge, a climb but beautiful. A spacious well equipped holiday home in a beautiful area. Thank you.

Das ideal gelegene Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen: viel Platz, eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, Spielzeug für die Kinder, alles ist sehr sauber. Das hübsche Begrüßungsgeschenk und die ständige Erreichbarkeit (per Mail, Handy) zeigen die Wertschätzung des Gastgebers gegenüber seinen Gästen. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. Bel emplacement avec très jolie vue! La piscine est parfaitement sécurisée pour des enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons!

Magnifique séjour à Ceyreste
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette magnifique maison ! Très bon accueil par Yvan. La maison est propre spacieuse et très joliment décorée. Nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant et avions beaucoup de place tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La cuisine est également très bien équipée.
Le jardin est grand il y a des espaces à l’ombre et nous avons bien rigolé en jouant à la pétanque.
La vue sur la mer est splendide !,!
L’acces aux plages est à environ 10-15 Minutes et on peut également faire des randonnées en partant à pied depuis la maison.
A l’unanimité nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir l’année prochaine.

Beautiful location
We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and could have stayed longer. The set up at the villa was ideal for us and we had everything we needed for a relaxed break in the French countryside. The location was great with shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving distance. The beach recommended by the owners was lovely and check in and check out was seamless. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday! We will be back.

Bel emplacement, superbe vue
La maison est vaste, idéalement située, et au calme. Le jardin est très agréable et le voisinage tranquille. La vue sur La Ciotat et la mer au loin est époustouflante. Les terrasses permettent de prendre ses repas face à ce beau paysage. La piscine est le petit plus dans cette région. Nous recommandons donc cette location. Yvan, qui nous a accueillis, est sympathique et à l'écoute.

Un superbe séjour en famille
Dans une maison accueillante parfaitement équipée dans une pinède avec piscine terrain de boules et une vue magnifique sur l'île verte et les calanques, nous avons passé en famille 2 semaines magnifiques.
La gentillesse et la bienveillance des propriétaires, l'accueil en début et en fin de séjour sont très appréciables.
Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location espérons y retourner très vite.

Nous avons été enchantés de séjourner dans la villa "Terre brûlée".
La villa est très bien agencée et toute la maison est décorée avec goût sur le thème des couleurs et ceci jusqu'au moindre détail. La maison est très agréable à vivre et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux terrasses. La vue est magnifique.
La maison est également très bien équipée, ce qui est très appréciable.
La piscine et le terrain de pétanque ont été bien "rentabilisés" :-)
Bref, un magnifique séjour pour notre famille.

Villa charmante à l'instar de ses propriétaires , agréable, très bien équipée, avec un espace pétanque (boules fournies)…location tres bien entretenue, avec belle vue sur baie de la ciotat, située en impasse, complètement cloturée.
Un petit bémol toutefois, les clôtures ne masquent pas la route qui jouxte le terrain et on perd donc un peu d'intimité et de sécurité…
La literie du rez de chaussée, à ressorts, nécessiterait à mon sens d'être changée(bruyante, contre-indique les grandes tailles)…
Sinon, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, très réactifs et aux petits soins des locataires.

It was a good occasion to visit the towns and villages of provance and cote d'azur.
From the terrace we had a splendid view on our meals.
Every morning and evening we jumped to the pool.

Douceur de vivre
Une très belle location face à la mer dans une pinède. Le calme et le chant des cigales nous ont portés pendant tout notre séjour. Jolie piscine et terrain de boules (les boules sont prêtées!) pour profiter en famille de cette maison provençale. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain!

Belle villa bien équipée et bien située entre Marseille et les stations balnéaires du Var. Le plus : un terrain de pétanque ombragée avec sa table en pierre prêt à recevoir l'inévitable Pastis accompagnant toute partie de boules digne de ce nom !
Belle vue sur la mer de la grande chambre au 1er étage.
Proche de tous les commerces et des marchés locaux.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa et nous en garderons un grand souvenir. Nous avons profité des joies de la belle piscine, des deux grandes terrasses, du terrain de pétanque mis à disposition et des belles vues sur la mer. Nous avons également savouré les balades dans les calanques, les randonnées dans la colline toute proche et les baignades à la plage bien sûr ! La maison est parfaitement décorée et tous les détails sont soignés. Merci encore pour l'accueil si chaleureux, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Excellentes vacances
Très bon souvenir de ces vacances avec vue imprenable sur la mer!
Et le feu d'artifice pendant l'apéro sans bouger ...
Piscine avec accès sécurisé par portillon à clef assez rare pour être souligné, et terrain de pétanque au top.
Nous étions neuf dont quatre enfants de 1 ,2, 4,5 ans sans jamais se marcher dessus.
Une adresse que nous conseillons sans soucis sauf pendant nos congés ;)

Agréable villa dans un quartier très calme
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette villa à 8 adultes.
Nous avons bien apprécié: quatier très calme - grand terrain clos - piscine (quoique un peu petite pour 8 personnes) - villa propre et bien entretenue - vaisselle en qualité et quantité - wifi - un terrain de boule (avec les boules de qualité mise à disposition) - une grande terrasse et une plus petite, bien pratique.
Très peu d'ombre au tableau: il faut juste signaler que les 2 chambres avec des lits 1 place sont communicantes et que pour accéder à l'une, il faut passer par l'autre. De surcroit, elles sont vraiment petites mais bien équipées en rangements --> ajouter un plan au descriptif serait un plus pour éviter toute déconvenue. La SàM est aussi un peu petite: il faut compter sur le soleil pour vivre aussi sur les terrasses !

"A splendid week for a Swedish family"
This is a wonderful place where you really can enjoy the live. To wake up in the morning with la Ciotat and the Mediterranean in the front and prendre plaisir of a good breakfast on the balcony. What ever can a Scandinavian person need ? When the sun was too hot we just jump into the pool. For a longer visit to a beach we go to le Lecques in approx 15 min. The house has everything you need and if you will conserv the condition there is a marvelous nice walk for an hour, north of the house. Thank you - fam Beretta -for this fantastic week in your house.

Das Haus ist ideal, um die wunderschöne Gegend Toulon - Marsaille kennenzulernen.
Die Calanques sollte man erkunden - schöne Strände gibts eine Menge - Wandern kann man ab Haus,
Die Unterkunft bietet einen sehr guten Standard. Es gibt 2 vollkommen separate Bereiche: 2 Personen im 1.OG - Rest im EG
Vollkommen wäre es, wenn ein Radio, SAT-TV und Internet dabei wären - im Urlaub gehts aber auch mal ohne. Warum Grillen untersagt ist wissen wir nicht - demzufolge fehlt auch die Ausrüstung. Deutsches oder engl. Infomaterial gibt es nicht - selbst vorher was besorgen!
Auf dem Grundstück ist man vollkommen ungestört. Der Pool ist klein aber ok.
Die Unterkunft ist bei Beachtung der Hinweise uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Possibilité de balades à pied en pleine nature en partant de la maison, plage à quelques minutes de voiture, proche de Cassis et de La Ciotat. Un classeur est disponible avec des idées balades (et les cartes qui vont bien avec), de restaurant, sorties diverses et activités variées. Idéal pour famille avec des enfants avec son terrain clos et sa piscine sécurisée. Bref une adresse à retenir et à conseillée sans problème.
