High Seas is a beautifully furnished one (1) bedroom water view condo complete with luxurious decor throughout with interior updates in 2020. This charming suite offers a fully equipped kitchen beautifully finished with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar built for 2 or gather around the beautiful dining table for 4. It offers a balcony with water views and a propane BBQ. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has an adjoining continental full bathroom. The electric Aerobed can be comfortably utilized in the living room.

The High Seas suite has a comfortable kitchen and living room with a view over the harbor. Walkability is as good as it gets. There's an ice cream shop right next door and I could just walk down to the dock with my paddleboard for an early morning paddle. The doors and windows keep most of the noise and people generally don't stay out too late. The restaurant downstairs had piano music was audible enough that I wore earplugs to go to sleep since I'm a light sleeper and we go to sleep early. But, it didn't bother my wife at all.

My family and I had a great experience staying at High Seas for 6 nights. The location is very convenient - only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beautiful harbor. The condo is extremely cozy, spacious and nicely updated with a fantastic view.
Some tips to consider: the air mattress is not comfortable (it appears to have a slow leak). A pull-out couch/sectional or futon would be a better option. The carpet could use a deep clean or perhaps it's time to get it replaced.
The chairs, couch and bed were comfy and tasteful.
This is our third time staying at High Seas and we have also stayed at Valley Farm and Northwest Passage several times. This is our absolute favorite and most convenient location and we'll stay here again and again...

Great directionsand right downtown with a view of the ferry port and water! The kitchen has necessities to cook ( we did not) with full size fridge. Not there are not many slices, oils, stables ( aluminum foil, stretch wrap, etc) there. They did supplly coffee which was nice. There is a grill on the tiny deck that we did not use. You can easily walk tge downtown area and there is a cute farmers market ( mostly crafts) on Saturdays. We were there early June and things close down by 8 or earlier. The parking spots are secure and right behind the building which is very nice!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Friday Harbor. The condo was well equipped and the view and location were perfect! It was within a couple of blocks of anything you might want or need and the designated parking was very convenient and appreciated. I lost track of how much time I spent just watching the ferries load and unload out the window from the chairs in the living room. It was so relaxing. They provided everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Everytime I thought , I wish they had a specific item, I would find it in the condo. The only thing I found they didn’t have was a pizza cutter. I definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was exactly as advertised, and we encountered no issues during our stay. The property was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Appreciate the ease of making the reservation and all of the follow-up with directions, instructions, etc. And we LOVED the view. Just amazing. And wonderfully relaxing. The only thing that I wish I'd have brought to someone's attention was the light outside the Hermosa Mexican Kitchen & Bar, which was right outside our bedroom window. It was shining VERY brightly each night (perhaps even overnight, not sure), and even with the window coverings, it was bothersome. I did not mention it because I thought it might have been a one-night thing (someone perhaps forgot to turn it off?), but it continued each night. And the restaurant and bar were not open at the time when the light was on. Perhaps this can be addressed if it is still happening, for the comfort of future guests.

Very cute condo with everything you need. Great location. Only complaint is that there is zero soundproofing between the condo and retail businesses below. The coffee shop directly under the condo gets real busy with ferry passengers starting at 6:30 and you can hear everything.

The stairs were the one negative. We are all over 70 with bad knees. The blow up bed would be better for kids or young people. But it worked, and we were expecting both.
We had a kitchen sink leak and the owners responded quickly! Kudos to them.

The High Seas unit was wonderful. I was there with a friend and my daughters, and there was plenty of room for 4. It was ready early so we were able to check in before 4. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The furnishings, towels, and bedding were tasteful, there were working blinds on all windows (not always the case in rentals), and we were able to open the windows and get a nice cross-breeze going. The bed, the couch, and the air mattress were all very comfortable. The view was amazing. The deck you see in the photos is a bar next door, but it adds to the vacation atmosphere and they shut down early at night, so minimal noise issues. You do hear some ferry noise but it is an amazingly quiet process! My only two complaints are minor, but I hope management will address them for future renters. First, the method of getting the shower to work is not intuitive at all. I don’t expect them to replumb the shower. However, they need better instructions. Right now there is a tiny brown sticker, under the bath faucet and almost impossible to read, that says “pull down for shower.” Pull what down? Each of us spent 10 minutes in there trying to figure it out. I won’t describe the actual process here but I will say a small laminated card with a better description, along with maybe a photo of the faucet with a hand or an arrow of some sort, would be super helpful. Second, the glassware was disappointing. There was a menagerie of different glasses and I had to go through several before I found two without lip marks on the rim. Perhaps the cleaning team needs to prewash the glasses before loading into the dishwasher.
