Convenient, clean, everything worked. No negatives at all.
Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is near enough to walk to the shops and eateries in Pekham and Pekham Rye train station. Room was clean and towels were fluffy. Reception staff were friendly.
Mattresses were not too comfy being a bit firm and thin. En suite is tiny and we couldn’t get the towel rail to come on. Room was cold when we walked in but soon warmed up when we put the heating system on. Bathroom door jammed and it took about 10 minutes to release the lock. Our window overlooked a disused empty lot and in the morning two people chatted loudly just beyond our window, guess there might be a service door there ir something.

If you’re an introvert this hotel is perfect as we landed to the hours when the reception is closed and they have self check-in. The room is quite nice but the bed is amazing so comfy.
The location is a bit off cuz it takes you more than one train to come to the centre

Es war sehr modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet.
Es ist sehr hellhörig.

Alles klein und ok. Sauber.

Čistota a moderní vybavení v pokojích, skvělá komunikace s personálem, v blízkosti ubytování zastávky hromadné dopravy a obchody

Good breakfast
When you had a shower, the water went all over the bathroom floor, and the next person got wet feet. It needs a larger shower screen to stop the water going everywhere

Unmotiviertes Personal.

Ospiti
Colazione un po misera.

The room was very nicely decorated and spotless, lots of clean towels of varying sizes, shampoo and conditioner provided, greater water pressure, comfy bed, and good wifi - perfect for streaming and working. Collection of your own room key from a security box and hot drinks and cutlery and crockery available 24hrs from the communal breakfast room is a nice touch, too. Booked a single and was put in a double, which was a pleasant surprise. The price is incredibly reasonable and in this economy, you're not going to get a much cheaper hotel of the same quality in London. Breakfast was fine - eggs, bread for toasting, jams, dairy and plant milk, yoghurt, cereal, fruit. Loved the Portuguese custard tarts and lemon muffins!
Insanely loud - the hotel is on the main road in Peckham, so delivery lorries and cars went by throughout the night and morning. Guests also came and went throughout the night, often shouting, and weren't asked to keep their voices down by staff. Didn't really sleep, so no ideal for a work trip.
Confusion around breakfast. Paid for breakfast - as did other guest - but there didn't seem to be any record of this. Receptionist seemed very confused. Arrived at 7am for breakfast and nothing was laid out. Was told I could go down and help myself but this wasn't the case as it was all locked away behind the bar. Everything eventually ready by 7.30am when other member of staff clocked in for her shift. You're expected to boil your own eggs, which I've never experienced before at a hotel. This was fine as I worked out the machine quickly but for anyone in a rush or with a minimal understanding of English this is not ideal/potentially confusing. Would recommend boiling eggs for guests and leaving them out, or providing ham/bacon and cheese instead.

Property was in a great location for us. Public transport outside hotel.

Nothing, absolutely nothing was good about this place.
DO NOT STAY HERE
This property is in absolute disarray, from stains on the bedding to paint peeling on the wall, to stains on the floor and broken window shades. The bathroom reeked of smoke for a "non smoking" facility.
Save your money and stay anywhere but here. Didn't end up staying the night as we saw it and immediately turned around.

The staff were so lovely, and the values of the business shone through. Supporting local businesses in their catering and toiletries choices, and being a friendly representation of the community in the area. We loved the vibe.
3.4
Good location. Interaction with staff was minimal but they were nice.
The room looked like it was still under construction. Marks on the walls, no picture hanging where there were frame holders etc. I did expect it to be a little better quality for a Deluxe room.
3.4
All amenities, welcome sweets, big towels, easy and clear instructions for check in
Room size less than 6 sq.m. - a this is double :) In general if you come there just to sleep, then not crucial.
3.4
Alright room, decent price
Weird breakfast options, non helpful staff, tiny hotel rooms without proper pictures of them. Be alarmed, they are not what they seem like.
3.4
Perfect location to get around.
The AC didn’t work and the fan that was placed in the room wasn’t adequate.
3.4
not much! it was clean but all of it was very average
There was no attention to detail or consideration of what people might need in a room - like glasses to drink with, a shelf in the bathroom, four pillows in a double bed for two people, a shower scraper for the wet room floor. There were peeling, scratched, dented walls that show very little attention is given between changeovers. The photos were deceptive and this was no way worth the money. It was also noisy with paper thin walls and the bed was a small double. I didn’t like the sofa cushions on the bed in lieu of pillows - there’s no hygiene in using these to sleep on. I don’t want a sofa style cushion under my head, by my face that others have slept with. The point of pillows is that you have clean pillow cases for each guest. I wouldn’t expect a guest in my house to have a sofa cushion as a pillow.

Breakfast
Small rooms. Quite far from the centre.

It would be good to have a simple glass/coup for teeth brushing.

Have stayed here before.
Staff always friendly, great location.
Bed was a metal frame and made noise with every movement.
Main road was noisy all night, last time I wasnt right by main road.
3.4
Room was clean, great shower, a good fan to cool us down.
Prior our arrival I have asked about ironing facilities via message. I was positively surprised that the iron and ironing board was already waiting for me in the room.
Windows could be cleaned and frames painted

Nothing much:
Hi reception or staff. 3pm until 9am no sign. Appears to be serve yourself
Room had no external windows. Internal: to the breakfast room! From 4am I may as well have moved the mattress to the reception and breakfast of the local travel lodge. There is a reason hotels do t have hard floors or laminate: THE NOISE! Every single persons passing: I was awake and heard was awake with them.

The hotel is so old
The hotel is so old welcoming people

The overall experience was good, even though the bed wasn't really comfortable and the desk was extremely small to work on it for more than 1 hour or so. However, the chillout area downstairs was really comfortable with free tea and coffee provided, so this is a great plus if you have to work some more. The neighbourhood is nice, with places to eat and drink and interesting.
The bed mattress should be changed as you can feel the springs

Nice room

Perfect location on Queens Road. Room secure, clean, warm and an excellent shower. Honesty box for snacks and drinks a nice touch.
Traffic noise early in the morning but we are located in London so to be expected
3.4
The room was clean and comfy.
The room was at the front of the building near a dual carriageway so was very noisy
3.4
Clean room good location if going to Brixton academy, and it's a short walk from Peckham Station. Breakfast was lovely and the little kitchen so could get a cup of tea or drink was excellent especially after coming back late from a long day's travel from an event. Lady at the front desk was friendly too when handed our room key back.
Only issue would be the bathroom was a little cramped especially if sitting on the loo as the toilet faces the wall, a shelf in the shower to put your flannel/ shampoo bar or soap be nice. And a little shelf or holder near the sink to put toothbrushes be handy.
3.4
Good location near the Queens Peckham station and many stores.
The room reserved for me was NOT free (still occupied by other people) at my arrival, after a phone call I received a free upgrade for another room which I found locked the day after, 1 hour waiting time to regain access to my room.
3.4
Staff was very welcoming and friendly also rooms were very clean.
Very large puddle outside front gate. Wet room screen too small. Mattress a bit uncomfortable. No one at reception after 3 pm.
