cobijas con pelos, piso meloso,no habia toallas. No hubo clases de yoga ni musica

la atencion de la mesera, el rooftop, la comida.

las cobijas tenian pelos, el piso estaba meloso, las habitaciones tenian mal olor, no hubo yoga ni musica en vivo como mencionan en publicidad, no nos ponian toallas en la habitacion y nos toco ir a pedir toallas en planta baja, no hubo agua caliente.

Location was the best part about this place but everything else was more hype than it's worth. Staff seemed like they had better things to do, not helpful with planning excursions. They had a theater room, but it wasn't in use. We got a text about a free yoga class that day, showed up and no one was there. Thankfully the bed was large and the room had good space for two. However, we had a bad smell in our room and found mold under our sink which they cleaned, but still. We also had a worker just walk into our room in the middle of the day- yes it was locked, and no he did not knock. He apologized and said he was here to clean the room but still?? Would not stay again.

fine, but could be better.

rooftop was great, amenities and location was great and wash service was great.

Bathroom had a bad, sewer kind of odor. The church and square were quite loud too, not Selinas fault but maybe good to know.

Perfect central location Good breakfast Laundry facility

Another couple was assigned at checkin the same room number and suddenly enterred our room Unpleasant smell in the building which hasnt been maintained well Parties were held on the upperfloor & hence couldnt sleep well Hotel refused to refund breakfast and tourist tax charge for my partner who didnt't stay at Selina but was included in initial booking

- the facilities are modern and comfortable - the rooms are spacious

- breakfast not included - for same price you can get better places with more activities - there was much ambience in the common areas. not the best if you want to meet other travelers

good place to stay in Baños

The rooms are nice and very modern. The hotel has a nice rooftop area where they serve the very delicious breakfast. We had a yoga class included which was awesome! The location is good.

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. also the floor in our room was constantly wet. We thought it must come from a constitutional mistake or something. When we were there the was no water (no toilet, no shower, nothing) for an entire morning (until midday, then they managed to fix it). You can’t darken the room at night which was a bit annoying because our room was right next to the cathedral and their lights.

Comfortable and fun!

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. All the staff was very helpfull and nice. We had a good experience staying here. I loved the rooftop, which made us stay at the same hotel, enjoy a beer and then have a good rest back in the room.

The place doesn't have a parking lot or an space close to the entrance to get our luggage out of the car. The access to the room is kind of hard, the locks are a little tricky to open or close.

Convenient brief stopover

Centrally located - spacious room - good communal areas.

Random breakfast service - limited choice and needed to make many repeat requests before getting everything we’d asked for (like hot water, butter…). Noisy - as you might expect…

It was fine but disappointing compared to other Selinas.

Great location and communal areas. Really nice rooftop bar with food at reasonable prices.

Dorm room and bathroom were dirty with paint peeling off the ceiling. The beds were very hard, pillows too small and the only sheet we were given was the size and thickness of a small towel. It was also very noisy outside.

The location of the hotel is great and well located in the center. The hotel offers many amenities, activities within the hotel as with an agency for outdoor activities. The staff is extremely friendly and always available to support and provide guidance. The agency, for activities, working with the hotel is also very friendly, highly recommended !

Depending on what you are looking for and who is in the hotel,, the hotel hallways could be noisy and could be disturbing some sleeps, having ear plugs helped.

The view and the options for tours and massages, and the space for relaxing. Everyone was helpful and the room was clean.

I had no water pressure in my shower and it was either hot or cold, not warm.
