So much better than a hotel. This is a must for health conscious out of towners wanting to do their own cooking, and have privacy.

Wonderful home. Great beds, beautiful and fragrant back yard, very usable large kitchen so we could cook together and easy access. We got caught in the shutdown and he was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

My family stayed here the last two days of our trip. The house was clean, had all of the amenities we needed, and had super comfortable beds. We had to leave super early (by 4 am) for our flight the 2nd day- but the close location of the airport made the morning so much easier. This was a perfect spot for us and I am grateful that I found it.

This home was the perfect answer to our moving agenda. We stayed 2 nights while in transition from one house to the next. We chose it because of the driveway but loved all of the other things about the house! Beds and pillows were very comfortable, nice size fridge! It’s was all about location too…close to the Seattle Mariners ballpark for a trip to the game! Everything was clean and neat. Perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood was very quiet too!

This property is a nice, quaint home in a quiet neighborhood that's close to many amenities. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. It is nicely updated and kept well. We had great communication with the property manager as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Seattle area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was exactly as pictured. My husband, myself, our two kids, and my in-laws stayed two nights and had the best time. The house had everything we needed and lots of space. My boys enjoyed playing in the backyard. The flowers and greenery are beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful and we were close to anything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again, if we visit Seattle again. Thank you for making everything very easy!

A nice and cozy home in a nice neighborhood just outside of Seattle. Very comfortable home with full amenities. Kind landlord who brought us a hair dryer because the one in the house was missing. Just minutes from SeaTac. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at your property. There was a comfortable place to visit in the kitchen and in the front room. We loved the bedrooms. We love the huge kitchen. We appreciate it having a nice place to go and be together.

Impressed with everything! Decorated so creatively all the way through the house. Cleaned to perfection. Yard adorable. Only minor thing is that it would be nice to have an additional comfy chair in the living room for when there are more than three people. Close to excellent restaurants. (The Mediterranean place is to die for!)

Richard was great in communicating with us. Place was awesome. Nice and quiet area. We were able to watch a few movies every evening. Kitchen and supplies were well stocked. Close to the highways and we got into Seattle in no time flat every morning to see the sights. Also close to the beach park. Felt very very safe. Thank you.

My husband and I came to Seattle to hang out with our 19 year old grandchildren for the weekend. This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. We each had our own bedrooms (well, I shared with the hubs, of course), so everyone had plenty of privacy. We were able to hang out just like we were at home. The home is beautiful and the artwork throughout is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware. It was an amazing home away from home. I'd definitely stay here again. Richard was a wonderful host, responded promptly and checked in on us to make sure everything was as expected.

We loved our stay here. The house and everything included were of great quality and very comfortable and clean. Very well stocked, super spacious and overall was a superb find when it comes to vrbo’s! Owner was very communicative and accommodating and we would highly recommend this place!

The area was very quiet at night We felt safe. The back yard felt like a secret garden. Very beautiful and serene. My elderly mother sat out there for hours and the weather was perfect for being outdoors. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We loved your home.

This was a very clean and inviting home. The beds were very comfortable, the decorations were very nice. It was hot when we went, so it was nice to have temperature controls in each bedroom and living room. The backyard was beautiful. Richard was very easy to get a hold of and very easy to work with. The home was close to fast food, Trader Joe's, CVS, etc. Easy access to the highway. There were only two relatively small downsides. 1) The proximity to the airport. Although it was very convenient, there were many times we did hear the airplanes, however the airplane sounds weren't too bad overall, especially given it was fleet week and the sounds were actually very bearable. 2) the spiders and spider webs kept me from wanting to hang out in the backyard. But I'm sure not everyone would mind that. Overall it was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again.

Awesome property, centrally located in Burien, minutes to SeaTac, downtown and beyond, and mostly without using the main freeways. With a decently stocked kitchen, we made a Thanksgiving meal for 5 and probably didn't need to bring much (if any) of the supplies, other than food - plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, ... More than adequately provided. Super comfortable memory foam beds, plenty of pillows and linens, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry. This was a perfect location for a quiet and low-key family holiday stay. I can't wait to book another stay the next time family comes to visit.

We had a nice stay. The home is centrally located near the airport, freeways, restaurants & stores. Everything in the home worked as it should. There was misc. toiletries, kitchen condiments and cleaning supplies. It was clean with a well maintained yard. We would stay again.

This home is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. It looks like it has been professionally decorated. I have been using VRBO for our vacation rentals for years and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend. Also, the location was great for us with just a short drive to the Sea-Tac Airport. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.
