Очень хороший гостевой дом!

Очень хороший гостевой дом! Вообще этот дом - лучший на районе. Очень чисто. Тихо. Хорошая мебель. У нас была просторная комната. Чистое постельное бельё. Горячая вода. Хорошее расположение - 5 минут до Тамеля. Классное место для отдыха на крыше с красивым видом. Очень хорошие и приятные хозяева! К тому же интересные люди. Всё супер!

Excellent rooms and price value, but you have to walk a little more to get to the main tourist sites

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The room had a nice balcony. The property also has a very nice terrace on the top floor. The location is quiet and great for a good rest. The price is super good for the facilities in comparison to other properties I stayed at in Kathmandu.

Location is a little far from the main tourist attractions. And it is located next to a dirt road that gets a little annoying to walk through if it rains.

Lovely hosts. Warm & cozy guest house in a well located area

The hosts are welcoming you in a very warming way. Rooms and the whole guest house is very clean and cozy. I loved the roof top, where you can sit and relax. It‘s also good located, just a couple of minutes from „Thamel“, where you can find varieties of restaurants, bars, etc. You also have a big supermarket next to the guest house (3 walking minutes). The hosts are also inviting you to come with them to traditional festivals, if there is one. So they also socialise with you, as long as you want to and treating you like family. I appreciated this a lot as a single traveler. Also they take care of your needs and wishes, so you can ask both of the hosts if you need any help for a hiking trip, going to Pokhara, etc. I highly recommend this guest house because I felt very safe and comfortable and had a very lovely time with the people who stayed here with me and the hosts. Thank you that I could enjoy my stay that much.

It's conveniently located 400m from Thamel, away from the noises, but super close to the places of interest. Room was spacious, shower was nice, very good wifi connection and furniture as well as other facilities were clean and new. Hosts were very nice and friendly

great place to stay where you can feel like at home

Great place! Rabina is extremely nice and helpful. Room has great balcony and big window so you may open it and it feels like you are sitting outside. wifi is good and reliable for work. big shower! location that is slightly away from touristic center so you don’t get annoyed with tourists but you can get to the center in just 10m

I think there were no shampoo or shower gel. but it’s such a minor thing.

*the room was perfect. Bright, quiet, perfectly clean and well maintained. *the location: at a walking distance from Thamel (just near), very calm. *the family who owns it is friendly and kind and professional. If I have to come back in ktm for sure I will go there again.

Very nice family hotel, friendly staff and located central near Thamel, but outside busy streets. Room is big, clean. From rooftop is klasse Kathmandu view. They organize the trekking, guiding with service. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice place, excelent hosts

Good choice for those who look for a cultural trip in Nepal. Nice place to stay in Kathmandu, next to the city center. Clean and spacious rooms, nice terrace and access to a separated kitchen. The hosts are really nice and friendly. I very much appreciated their recommandations and help to better enjoy my trip and visit the places arround.
