Attention to details, they even sang me happy birthday was a nice touch
Lots of stairs everywhere and it is a shame that there is no restrooms on the upper pub

Very well maintained property and efficiently run. All staff were lovely.
The grounds were immaculate and the main pool was salt water and nice and warm.
Mealtimes were very busy but the staff were very good at clearing tables and restocking etc. Snack bar was perfect for hungry kids and main bar was great for parents with lots of drink choices and cocktails.
The hotel provides a free bus service to Sian Park which we used.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Our bathroom had a terrible drains smell. To be fair to the management team, they did try and sort this on multiple occasions but the smell came back each time.

The accommodation layout was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. We stayed just before half term and that week was great, they had sunbeds , you could pick where you wanted to sit in the restaurant and the pool wasn’t to busy. It changed completely when half term started. The entertainment was good in the evenings, the room was cleaned everyday. Would definitely come back but not when schools are off. Taxi to airport is about €30 , taxi to town and Siam we’re about €6-9. Would definitely visit plays las vista beach over the others in the area.
There was nothing we didn’t like about it but I wouldn’t come back in half terms. It gets far to busy and crowded. We had a pool view room and sunbeds were getting reserved from about 7, the staff were cleaning round it and people were putting towels down so there’s no rules about reserving. If you get there after 8:30 you’ll be lucky to find a space. Restaurant got packed aswell and had to queue for table. Luckily we had first week of holiday without half term or we wouldn’t have liked it as much.

The breakfast was ok, very busy at times a larger restaurant area would have helped. Odd vegetable chose on the cooked breakfast but no potato option, hash brown or potato slices
Only one air conditioning controller for a two storey apartment. The TV remote was a replacement that did not operate the smart tv. The doors in the apartment were damaged and dirty around the handles. Lots of steps to the apartment fine for us but would not suit an older couple. Could have done with somewhere for the kids to kick a ball or play basketball.

The staff and facilities were great.
The quality of the food offering was not as varied as other locations we have stayed at.

Красивая и ухоженная зеленая территория отеля, уютный, удобный и просторный номер, хороший вид из окна
Анимация, не разнообразен завтрак и ужин

Big shout out to all the lovely staff across the resort- so friendly and helpful.
The resort is fab both during the day and at night with all the beautiful lights. All the activities for the kids were great.
We loved the various pools and kids aqua area for our boys aged 3 & 8 yrs- special thanks to the fab female lifeguard in the aqua park- clearly loves kids and made their time there safe and very enjoyable for us all ❤️
Nothing bad but just be aware of steps/some slight inclines with buggy to get to rooms.
No shops in very close proximity but only ~15 min nice walk to a supermarket and about 30 mins to beach

Gražus viešbučio kompleksas, su baseinais, restoranu, puikiu personalu bei skaniu maistu. Tiek pusryčių, tiek vakarienės metu maisto pasirinkimas didelis bei kokybiškas.
Iki vandenyno - 2 km pėstute.
Rekomenduojame Gran Oasis Resort!

The staff are friendly and hard working.
I think there should be a dress code in the restaurant at all times. At least no bare minimum bikinis or topless male guest.

The resort was great! Close to everything needed, breakfast had great variety and very yummy! Very clean around the resort and in the rooms and all the staff were very friendly
One of the bars you had to use a room card thing to purchase at the bar with the card attached to the room which made it harder as a group of friends to split the bill, instead of individually paying

Staff was friendly and generally it's a good deal. You basically don't need to go elsewhere - food and drinks are there, the pools are clean, sufficient number of beach beds and umbrellas (parasols).
Cleanliness of the rooms. Cleanliness rating roughly 7/10. Also, In the morning, unless you're super early you might be left without a beach bed at a good location, especially child pools, where there are less beds. The guests leave their towels on the beach beds to reserve them while they're having breakfast. Ideally, That should not be welcomed.

Fantastic resort .Everything was fantastic.

Breakfast was good. Actually all food was good. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Entertainment could have been better.
Having a disabled father in a wheelchair the access around the site was arduous as ramps were steep. My elderly mother would have been unable to push the wheelchair. A little far out from Las Americas centre, 5 mins in a taxi.

Nice, well-maintained resort with different pools, a buffet serving three times a day, various amenities... The rooms are actually apartments on two levels, very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was for the most part very friendly and helpful.
Too noisy at night. Hard to fall asleep before 1am almost every night. The walls between apartments are so thin you can hear everything. Also, some people make a lot of noise at night and are completely disrespectful of others, I feel the staff should do more to prevent that. The location is not the greatest if you plan on taking the bus, as it's a little bit remote. It's a 30-min walk to the nearest bus station. Probably best to book a car or use taxi.

The staff was really friendly and helped with all kinds of stuff that are important for a family with kids (including, but not limited to, getting taxis, free fruits for kids at the pool...). The room was as expected. The breakfast was available until 10.30. The pool area was big enough to accomodate a lot of swimmers. Bonus points for the staff from fixing the lock on the terrace door super quickly!
1. There were very few fresh vegetables available at the breakfast (even just leafy salad would've added a lot of customability to the buffet)
2. The pools were not available for late night swimming (the staff told they closed at 19 for disinfection)
3. The gaming area was sadly closed during the new years eve. (Also I really think the games should have been free to play for kids).
4. Coffee machines had really long lines dyring the breakfast. Maybe add a few more...
5. Too few laundry machines for the size of the resort

Pools were decent enough but very busy even in December
Hotel bar does Pints of Dorada for 3.20 euros which is ok
The walls in the hotel are paper thin - you can literally hear every single noise made in the neighbouring apartments - we were woken up on 3 separate occasions by loud and selfish neighbours. This isn't an exaggeration - believe me you can hear everything that goes on next door.
The food included in the stay was absolutely terrible - especially at breakfast - weirdest "bacon" I've ever seen in my life - we had a half board stay and for dinner most nights I resorted to having chicken nuggets and chips because the other options were so poor. Breakfast is especially poor - if you are heart set on this hotel (which I absolutely would not recommend) then please just do bed only and get food elsewhere.
There was (relatively) heavy rain one day and our apartment completely flooded, our clothes were ruined and my phone was smashed in the process and we never even received a courtesy call from the hotel to see how we were doing (or an offer of compensation). I have videos that demonstrate how flooded the apartment was (check google). When I went down to speak to reception, they said that they had multiple rooms with the same problem and that they didnt have the staff to deal with it and they would attend to us when they could. My girlfriend and I had to rush about the room, removing everything from the floors to the upstairs to try and limit the damage. We also had to put down every single towel we had to soak up the water and to prevent further flooding/damage. We had to wait around 3-4 hours before they sent someone to clean the mess up and once they did come they said leave the doors open to air out the apartment, so we had to stay even longer because we couldn't leave our luggage unattended with the doors open.
